Absolute rubbish. I bought some shelving from go groupie it cost £26 which included delivery. Impossible to put together Can't find anywhere to make reviews On the go groupie website, or how to return. I have a feeling it won't be worth the hassle, so they're out for the scrap man. Lesson learned.

I paid for a indoor cctv, from GoGroopie on the: 25/2/2022. I am sick & tired of emailing them with no avail.
Please be very carful if you decide to purchase from this site. If you do want more proof look at the GoGroopie complaint site, there are also another 63 unsolved problems with other customers & GoGroopie. I tried to ring the number they leave they say it has nothing to do with them [*******@completesavings.co.uk: This phone number 389 6960* (Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm, and Saturday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. Trust me ringing this number is a wait of time. But by all means please try to ring them. Below it says leave a photograph, I never received my item so there is no photograph to leave. Please Please PLEASE! BE VERY CARFUL with GoGroopie. I can only say I will never ever in my life in its entirety ever even consider using GoGroopie again. You will regret it. I have all the information & proof that all I say here is true. Please do not end up like me out of pocket

Never again will I buy anything from these, purchased two Henry Hoovers they took weeks to come and they were both secondhand, I'm absolutely appalled with this, second hand hoovers and they are selling as new, these should be prosecuted,

I bought a couch off this site and the man who delivered it was so horrible he literally dragged the couch along the path the only time he lifted it was in the house now there's all marks and stuff coming off my couch

Stick to more professional sites, they're not interested in giving you your money back if anything goes wrong

Do not buy anything from these cowboys. I purchased 2 sets of Duracell batteries and paid 2 separate shipping costs of €3.99 each through groupon.ie on the 11th of November, still no sign of them the middle of January so after a lot of hassle and threatening that I was contacting my visa card company for a chargeback I received the items with a customs charge of €5.93 each item, seemingly they came through their UK site, their goes my deal, I could have just went around to my local shops to pick some up.ive tried to contact them to complain about this and to receive a refund on my customs charge but surprise surprise no response. Avoid at all costs

Once they have your money they wash their hands on you, lazy company that has no interest in sorting out your problems. Stick to professional brands

Purchase 2 of these for my grand daughters, the packing last longer than the bracelets, then stupidly order a smart watch that did not even arrive. Paid via PayPal so hopefully get money back. Very poor company if I could give 0 stars I would

I wrote a review about my order, airing my concerns about my purchase on GoGroopie.
After reading such bad reviews I expressed my concern as to whether I would receive my purchase. I did receive. And it was not the company fault. It was mine. I got good few mails from them. With different offers, I only came across the mail saying I had not completed the transactions so I wouldn't be able to get the discount until completed. I did straight away and got my purchase with in two weeks. So let me give credit where credit is due..

Place an order with this VERY VERY VERY dodgy company at your peril!
I've been waiting nearly ONE month still no sign of product ordered, or an answer to several E Mails of complaint, it looks like I'm not the only one having problems judging by the number of negative reviews

I live in hope that I might yet receive my purchase from this company. But after reading all the bad reviews I won't hold my breath. This is so disappointing as I can't afford to waste money and they very quick to take from my account. Put u of shopping online and not fair to honest companies that for fill their contact..

Purchased a Teddy Coat size 12-14
Coat arrived very large and had an XL label. Complained it was the wrong yo gogroopie who put me in contact with the seller.
Seller are based in China!
Said they had converted size to english and it was a size 12-14
It fits someone who is a size 18 so obviously not.
Said to offer a refund I would need to return coat to china and pay the postage which would probably be what coat is worth.
Left with a coat I cannot wear!

Avoid any dealings with this company. There are hidden costs, undisclosed and complex steps that need to be taken in order to actually obtain delivery of the "bargain" they mislead you into thinking you've purchased. They have changed the name they do business under in the past to avoid having to carry out obligations and good luck to anyone who believes their "customer service" department will provide any service at all. "Customer deception & responsibility avoidance" department is a more accurate description for the department. These people are bad news and should not be allowed to continue to operate in the UK.

I bought an item in November which was very poor quality and not fit for purpose. The return process was horrendous. I was eventually promised a refund 3 weeks ago but haven't received a penny. Avoid this company!

Gogroopie, Got to be the worst company I've ever dealt with. I returned a dash cam the day after I received it as it was not as described it was supplied by a company named Hirix International Ltd. Emailed Gogroopie to say it had been returned to Hirix and they( Gogroopie) repeatedly ignored my emails. Looked up details of the company Hirix and found it was a one man band with assets of £5000!
Both companies have terrible reviews and I will pursue them via PayPal to try and get my money back. They should not be trading!
