Thsi company does not supply the goods, they take your money, but no goods supplied. You telephone the number supplied for customer service but this directs you to their online query form. You fill out the for, where are my goods, quite a simple question, their reply time is three days. After 5 days you send again, after 4 days you send again saying that they are a rip off company and you are reporting them to paypal, they still do not reply. They are a fraudulant company and paypal have been notified to investigate and not take any more money on their behalf. I am waiting for a refund from paypal for the money they took for two items ordered. Neither item has been delivered. Come on paypal get your act together and stop helping fraudulant companies.

I made two orders on 11th April and have still not received them.
The delivery time on the website was 2 to 5 days and I gave them a month before contacting them.
The only way to contact them is via their website and they never respond.
There is a phone number you can call but it's just a recorded message Advising you to complete the web contact form.
Unfortunately I didn't do any research group go groopie prior to ordering because I was ordering things I needed urgently. I have subsequently found lots of information that explains about the people who run this scamming website and how it operates. The positive reviews on this website are mainly fraudulent.
I have created a Facebook group which you can find if you search for Gogroupie scam website.
Please feel free to join and post your experiences. Hopefully if I get enough interest I will be able to use the evidence in some sort of legal proceedings.
Also- do Try and get your bank to do a chargeback from your credit or debit card.
And additionally report them to trading standards as I have done.
These sorts of companies (of which the directors of gogroopie run several) have no place operating.
They make huge sums by making it as difficult as possible for you to exercise your consumer rights and bank on the fact that most people will just write it off as a bad experience rather than try and recoup their losses.
Please do report to trading standards even if you have only a small loss as the more reports they receive, the more likely they are to take action.
This is even more important in the current crisis as care homes have been targeted with regards to PPE equipment that was subsequently not delivered resulting in PPE shortages for those homes.
Simple... just never use this platform. Their customer service is disgusting, they take a week to reply to an email, and then another week to reply to it again, so can can take months to sort things out.
Also, the products on this site are cheap crap and from abroad.

This company is one big scam!
I have not received over half of my orders and no communication at all from Go Groopie or merchants despite PayPal intervention.
Please if you continue to use these thieves, make sure you use PayPal and google prices elsewhere! They lie about special offers and i have found that the prices they say you are saving on are actually selling at that price elsewhere and some even cheaper!
This company certainly needs investigation and possibly closing down! They are blaming C19 for not sending out goods.
Dear Gogroopie, I now have escualted your site for investigation. You accept no responsibility for goods purchased within your company. You DO NOT RESPOND ADEQUATELY To customer emails. I have managed to email some companies independently regarding my missing orders and it seems i am not even on their records?! I have yesterday emailed you frequently regarding these matters and you reply with an automated robot email which tells me nothing of your intentions to solve the matters. You ignore Paypal disputes and esculations. You have thousands of very unhappy customers of whom your company has basically thieved from. This is the reply to a purchase i have not received (MGB lifestyles) who operate under various names so impossible to contact, but you already know that don't You? As you fully intend not to deal with mine and thousands of other customer complaints and missing items, this will now be put all over social media as a warning to stay away from your fraudulent company. It will be referred to Trading Standards, BBC Watch dog and all other lawful sites who can shut you down if you do not promise the service you claim to deliver. Here is the merchant's website i can not reply to!... And then no proper communication or follow up from yourselves. You wonder why such negativity against you all?

Worst ever experience on line, appalling communications, no info as to where order is, from them or their supplier. NEVER DE WITH THIS COMPANY... they should be excluded from google and all other search engines
Ordered an item on 20th march 2020, paid £22.98p incl postage, upto 10 days delivery, Nothing. Then endless back n forth emails, generic replies from merchant litnfleek & gogroopie, absolute robbers! And now, NOTHING.
Thieving b; tards. Pls dont order anything from them or litnfleek in it together.
Only course of action is trading standards.
I haven't given this group of crooks any stars as they are not deserving of even one. I have this day instigated a legal investigation of the practises and illegalities that is the crooked way of dealing with idiots like me.
As will have been seen previously in these reviews, they do not reply to messages, they do not give refunds and do not supply goods that have been purchased and give no information about the traders they purport to deal with. PLEASE, PLEASE, do NOT REPEAT NOT get involved with this evil company. I have had to give a star or I couldn't leave this review. But it does not alter what I know to be true, hopefully when the legal stuff is over, the adverse publicity will damage them irreparably.
I ordered 12 bottles of wine from these people, and they never arrived. They take your money, then don't resolve problems. Disgraceful company. TRADING STANDARDS AWARE.
Fuming is not the word I ordered over three weeks ago one water fountain. Costing 14.99 and a cost of 4.99 postage. The fountain came it was a joke wasn't any thing like it was shown in the video. To add to my stress they charged me near on 50.00. As if this wasn't enough. Try getting in touch with them emailed them four times no reply. Tried to phone them the cost is outrageous. So I don't know where I go from here to try get a full refund. If any one can help me please. Thank you. UPDATE. I have been in touch with my bank who are now going to investigate this as they had no right to take out the amount they have. Fingers crossed. Hope this helps other people x
Ordered a Set of 2 rattan planters... received just one. Customer Service useless. Phoned the company they adamantly stated that the planters always get sent as a set of 2. There is no way that they could get 2 planters in the box that arrived with just 1 lonely planter in it. Ordered a couple of other things... up to 5 weeks ago... not received. Will wait to have my money refunded then will shop elsewhere... disgusting customer service... or lack of it. Don't be tempted by the prices as you have to add a voucher that pushes the price up.
Dont waste your time its a complete scam ordered kids tricycle 30th of march with 10 days delivery emailed gp groopue was told they emailed the merchant told to wait 7 days. Emailed after 7 days told to wait another 7 days phomed the merchant directly no trace of my purchase and even told me they dont deal with go groopie. I told them there contact details were on the voucher but again they told me there was no prder ao had to raise as fraud tp my bank

I would give them zero stars if I could! They are the worst company ever. I ordered a throw in aubergine and even sent an email asking them to confirm the colour but when I got it, it was chocolate! They will, maybe refund for the item but not postage and I have to pay extra postage to send it back. Customer service was very rude and unsympathetic, really didn't want to help. Won't be using them again.
They have a weird way of actually selling. Buy the item then buy the delivery charge. Once that is completed customer is on its own. No tracking. No communications and no item for a couple of weeks. No phone number, so sent 3 emails. Got one reply. Certainly won't be buying from them again. They want to be the best on line seller, they will be lucky to break into top 100. Unless you are absolutely desperate try somewhere else

Ordered gloves and they arrived 4 weeks later. No contact with the company I purchased from said delivery April 4 arrived 10 days later. Wish I had read reviews before hand. Going to ask for a refund on other order 25 days now told 2 weeks
