I had several challenges with withdrawing funds due to the fact that my country, Barbados, isnt supported by Gofundme. Their agents were very helpful along the way, providing clear, step-by-step guidance and suggestions to make this work. Their response time is great and when it was going to be longer than normal, they told me up front.

I got a letter in my email wrong so I didn't get the receipt I needed for something. I wrote and got a fast response, with a copy of the receipt inside the response and they sent the receipt email. Really good. Also was easy to use the site to send $$ to an overseas need.
Was able to resolve the issues i had with it declining banking info the representative i spoke with was friendly and quick to respond back with any futher questions im happy with Go fund me costmer care team
This is an excellent service to raise funds for people in need. When we decided to close the campaign, we were able to refund the money since it was not to be used for the main purpose. And we were able to do that through email exchanges, Lili at the customer support was excellent helper and kind. Thank you! Will be using again in the future when help is needed.

Someone put there banking info in my account and setup a withdrawal of all the money. Customer service reversed the payment and erased her information from my account. Thanx again!

The site GoFundMe is one trustworthy one! When I was confused in how they work, I contacted their support and within 30 minutes or so, they had responded to my request in a timely manner and helped me understand how they operated. In my opinion, they demonstrated compassion and diligence towards my request and I was truly satisfied.
