I ordered a stove on this website because the price was great. Upon making my purchase I later realized that the stove which I purchased would not work in the house I purchased it for. I tried to call to cancel the order the same day. A recorded message said they were closed, so I left a message. I have never received a return call, but instead an email saying they reach out to me to cancel my order. That never happened. I emailed again and they assured me that the order was cancelled on July 17. It is now July 29 and I still have not been able to speak with a real person (even after calling and being on hold for more than 2 hours). I have no refund. I have filed a claim with BBB and Paypal to attempt to get my money back, but in the mean time I have a gaping hole in one of my homes and no funds with which to purchase a stove for it since this company has decided not to refund my money. I am looking into my legal options at this point since it looks like we are going to have to sue to get our money back. Not worth the headache to save a buck! Never. Again.
Ordered Undercounter Refrigerator 7/4/2020. Immediately was updated to "backordered appliance". NOT ONE update since my order. I called and was on hold for over 30 minutes with no answer. I emailed twice asking for a replacement model that was not on backorder. NOT ONE RESPONSE! I am filing dispute with my credit card company to get a refund. Their prices are NOT worth the hassle.
GOEDEKER'S Charge my credit card right away June 9th 2020 claim i won't see our washing machine + dryer until mid Sept with no guarantees. Call your credit card holder ASAP to dispute charges so you can go elsewhere without feeling ripped off.

After 6 weeks, trying repeatedly to get details on my delivery, supposedly on manufacturer backorder, it FINALLY arrived after the only other email, although after waiting 5 weeks, with absolutely no customer support, I filed a claim with my bank to get my money back. My new machine works fine, but Goedecker's emailed the DAY AFTER I received my washer to notify me it was going to be delivered.?!?!

The sales rep was pushy and shipped my order ahead of requested. Half the order was lost. No response to emails or voicemails. Hours and hours on hold for customer service, no answer; however calls to the sales department are answered immediately. This company is operated criminals and, as far as I can tell, is effectively a scam.
I called and placed a phone order for a dishwasher. I was told that the manufacturer had it in stock and it would be shipped soon. That was 10 days ago. I have received no emails at all - not to confirm the order, nor to indicate that shipping has been arranged and there is a tracking number. I sent an email to customer service but no indication that the email had been received. Finally, I called and held on for 20 minutes then gave up. I never received notice that I had an account but tried setting one up. It said my account was locked. Next day I got in by resetting the password only to see that the dishwasher was back ordered at the manufacturer. Again, no emails telling me that. I passed on ordering from Home Depot, trusting that Goedekers would get the job done. Now I'm thinking of disputing the charge with my credit card company and moving on. Can anyone give any advice on how to get their attention?
Do not order from this company. They may deliver your product but they will not help whatsoever if you have any issues. I received a bed frame with a broken piece and haven't heard back after 3 emails, multiple calls on hold, and a month later. Not worth whatever you may be buying to deal with the stress of absolutely no customer service. What a disappointment.
I purchased two daybeds from Goedeker's on 6/3/2020, after finally receiving an update on when the beds would ship I decided to cancel the order. The cancellation was approved and I was told that the pending charge on my Synchrony Home account would be cancelled, this was on 7-3-2020, here we are on 7-17-2020 and still the charge is pending with Synchrony Bank. I've sent multiple emails and spoke with multiple representatives who've said that the pending amount would show available in 7 days, 3 days and etc. I've spoken with Synchrony bank and from personal previous experience THERE IS NO WAIT TIME FOR THE AVAILABLE BALANCE TO UPDATE ONCE A PENDING CHARGE IS CANCELLED, the available balance updates immediately and I even had a Synchrony representative on the phone to confirm This information as well. I do not know why this is so difficult for this company to cancel a pending charge for A CANCELED ORDER! I have never experienced anything like this is my life and will never purchase furniture online again. I just want this pending charge to finally be cancelled so that my available balance will update. What's this company end game? Do they believe people will just forget about their money or refund it's unbelievable that they're still in business.
I have lost count how many times I have waited on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes usually closer to an hour. Fact, there order line picks up much faster, they are very ready to take your hard earned cash but customer service is much lower on the priority list. I have been promised call backs, not received them. I have never in my life had such frustrating and inept service. In the meantime they have had my money 3 months and I still have not received what I ordered. ADVICE: Buy locally at a brick and mortar is my advice, dealing with Geodeker's will remain one of the most frustrating shopping experiences EVER! (as I write this I have been on hold for 55 minutes and counting...)

They have provided the worst possible customer service and despite willing to wait for my dishwasher for 2 months, they have still not followed through.
Funny, the hardest part is to get the order. Which they did. And yet, after repeated calls that were never answered, emails with no replies, they still did not deliver or followed up on complaints for non delivery.
I would never use their service- absolutely not reliable.
I am heading to Home depot or Loew's. It least there, the customer service person exist
We bought a $1,000 Smeg fridge which came defective after calling everyday for 2 weeks for it to arrive, since it didn't show up when they said it would. Now it's defective and they don't want to take responsibility. Plan on waiting on hold for over an hour if you want to talk to someone! I would give zero stars if that was an option!
These people should literally be locked up. They are taking money from people and never sending them their orders. They are also not responding to anyone attempts at contacting them for refunds. Read their BBB reviews. They should be shut down! I personally spent $525 on an outdoor tiki bar and what I received was 4 cheap stools. Not the item I ordered and not even close to worth what I paid. Multiple attempts to contact them through email, phone, facebook (basically all of their social media accounts) and no response. So I guess I'm just out $525? This is a lot of money for my family. This is happening to a ton of people and I wish I would have looked into them before placing my order. Lesson learned. I hope this prevents someone from making the same costly mistake that I did.

I saved considerable money by using this store. Based on other reviews I was very worried about getting damaged merchandise! I ordered 5 expensive Kitchenaid appliances. Everything arrived in mint condition in the manufactures box with no issues. I was told specifically by the store to reject delivery if boxes were damaged. The delivery guys opened all boxes so I could inspect each item.
The ordered was delayed for the range hood. However, I called the company and they released the other appliances and sent the hood by itself via Fedex. My card was charged at point-of-order but my savings was so substantial I took the plunge.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. WE PURCHASE A $1,600 VANITY FROM THEM. IT TOOK OVER 6 WEEKS TO DELIVER AND WHEN IT ARRIVED IT WAS DAMAGED. WE REQUESTED THEY RETRIEVE SAID VANITY AND ISSUE US A REFUND. INSTEAD, THEY WANT TO JUST GIVE US SOME MONEY. WE CANNOT USE A DAMAGED VANITY. YOU CANNOT SPEAK TO ANYONE ON THE PHONE, YOU MUST TRY TO EMAIL THEM... BUT THEN NOT GET A RESPONSE. I HAVE TURNED THIS MATTER OVER TO OUR ATTORNEY.
I ordered a cooktop from their website. It was "in stock". I got an email saying that I would be notified once the item is shipped out. Two weeks passed and nothing happened. I tried to call. It didn't go through for over 2 hours! I sent an email to their customer service. After a day or so, I got a reply saying that it would be shipped in about two weeks. But, of course, it remains deadly quiet after the date they proposed passed and until this moment I am calling their "customer service" again. A bunch of very lazy, arrogant and dishonest people.

Placed the order March 16th and was told it would leave the warehouse within 2 weeks for a total of three weeks to be delivered. I asked regarding coronavirus issues and they said it should still be on time. I received an email on March 23rd saying I would receive it and seven business days. After 7 business days, I called and they said that email was an error and I should receive it in two to three weeks. It is now been a month later and it hasn't even left the warehouse. Literally nothing! No tracking number no info nothing! After a month you think somebody could put a name and address on a box and at least ship it? Bad Business just trying to keep money and never ship it. Customer service said it may ship by the end of the month! Over six weeks to maybe ship it? MAYBE? What a joke! Won't do business with you again.
I have purchased a floor lamp that was delivered well packed and now stands in our living room. Must say that they offer a huuuge variety of products. We will definitely visit them again and not once.
They represented certain dates and times for delivery. Found them to not be very good communicating. Needed 3 appliances in weeks. Was sent a purported delivery date. Had we not called to learn it was "months" not week(s) they would have not informed us. Shameful experience as we were hoping they would help and pull through. Not the case at all. Lost valuable time and angry. Went to Credit Card Co to dispute and cancel order.
My experience with Goedeker's was amazing. They had the exact dresser I had been looking for and it was the cheapest price through them. It was a typical delivery time of about a month, but they were extremely professional about delivery. They had great communication with me on who was dropping it off, how far away they were and everything. The dresser is in perfect condition and I really enjoyed my experience.
