We found Goedeker's online when we were searching for a great deal on washer/dryer set. We were impressed with their philosophy and wanted to support a Christ based business. Also got an amazing deal, fast delivery and no sales tax. Extremely pleased. Thank you Goedeker's.

Do yourself a favor, and order from somewhere else. They tout on their website 100% satisfaction guaranteed, then do NOTHING to satisfy the customer. My item arrived from a separate company in a flimsy, beat up box with dents on it. Customer Service told me I'm not allowed to return an item once I get it (?) which of course is a load of crap.

I talked to a customer service rep... received no help... then was connected to a supervisor... and received no help. In fact, I found out they do NOT provide return shipping labels, and charge a 25% hidden restocking fee to return your item. In a pathetic attempt to get me to keep a product I didn't want, the supervisor flat-out lied to me on the phone, saying it cost them over $100 to ship the item to me, when the item itself cost $90! How would they make a profit, if that were the case!?! She said she 'did me a favor and looked up the cost of return shipping, and it wouldn't be worth it for me to return it.'. I did my own research and it only cost $17 to FedEx the item back.

Don't bother writing to Steve, the company's owner. His email is listed on their website with a friendly-looking photo (probably catfish) inviting people to write him anytime. So I did. I got a short-worded response from somebody who was NOT Steve saying he's happy to reduce the return shipping costs to a whopping $15. Two-dollar savings. WOW, what a guy.

Do yourself a favor and order from a legitimate company. The peace of mind you'll get from the extra dollars you'll spend elsewhere are well worth the price. These people have no business being in the service industry.

I received excellent service a few years ago when I bought a clothes washer and dryer from Goedeker's. Now we are renovating our kitchen. I performed extensive research to find the best deal for the five appliances I need and ended up saving over $700 compared to the closest competitor. The customer service I received was simply outstanding. I wanted a new double oven which they did not carry so I called them. Within 2 hours they had researched the oven and added it to their database. I was amazed to get that return call so quickly.

I am always nervous ordering over the Internet, especially when it is a multi thousand dollar order! However, I emailed the owner, Steve, and he personally responded to my request for clarification about a delivery issue. I can't tell you the last time I had the head of any company personally email me - on a Sunday no less! We ordered an entire kitchen full of appliances for our new home, and upon arrival the refrigerator was damaged. The folks at Goedeker's promptly re ordered the item, and we had it in our home in less than two weeks. Everyone, from the sales team to the customer service representatives were absolutely fabulous and we would highly recommend anyone to order from Goedeker's for their appliance needs. The pricing can't be beat, the quality is fabulous and the service behind it 100% - Kudos to Steve for running his business the way I would expect it to be done - This Internet transaction far exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

I had a horrible experience. They are priced low, but you pay dearly for it. They have simply grown their business by low prices, but they have not built their support operations for the volume of business they have. So, get a low price, but be ready for NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! And forget about getting your product in a timely manner!

Over 6 weeks to receive my order of 6 appliances, and would have taken longer if I didn't cancel one of the appliances that was supposed to be "available" but wasn't. Everything they sold me had to come from somewhere else to their warehouse, where it sits until they fill up a truckload, only then does it go out. Customer service is nonexistent. They only answer the phone for new orders. I had to return an item for an exhchange, and the nightmare has started all over again. It has been in their warehouse for days being "prepared" for shipping out. No response on when they will ship it.

They had the Samsung microwave I was looking for in stock at the best price I found on the internet. I received it a few days after ordering it online. It was packaged in the original Samsung box inside a very sturdy outside box and had no damage. I was very happy with my purchase.

This is an online distributorship. Their responsibilities are to:

1. Take the order and process it in a timely manner
2. Ship the product to the customer within the time frame promised
3. Provide telephone and email based customer service which SHOULD include:
A. Shipment tracking
B. Relationship management (know when I called and who I talked to)
C. Issue resolution

They can do NONE of these things. After waiting for the 3 weeks to pass and not receiving our new stove, which we needed badly in a house of 5, we were told that they couldn't say whether the product had even shipped. When we asked about the phone calls we had placed the week prior, in which we were given information saying that the product was available and would be shipped, we were told that there was no record of those calls. When we asked to speak to a manager, we were told we were speaking to the manager (yea right). The "Manager" would not give us her last name or any other customer service contact to escalate our issue to. The kicker: When we said we would like to cancel the order we were told that we "may" be charged an $85 restocking fee, "if" the product was in transit. They couldn't TELL IF THE PRODUCT WAS IN TRANSIT THOUGH. The whole experience has been absolutely infuriating. Take your business ANYWHERE else because http://number1direct.com has no idea what they're doing out there in Missouri.
