The ordering was fast and W/D arrived on time, BUT we had it hooked up and started a short cycle and it made the worst noise you can imagine, it sounded like something broken in the motor or pump and the installer and us all jumped up to shut it off. I called in a repair ticket to the number on the product papers and they were to call me today, which they did not. I will call tomorrow or Monday as we need this fixed asap.

Price and quality of item I purchased was good, but delivery took 2 weeks and whenever I called to check on status I was not given accurate information. Goedekers can improve on that.

Saved some money. Site said ship usually 1 to 2 weeks waited 2 1/2 then emailed inquiry. Afterwords started getting communication on expected time in warehouse and delivery info. I would use them again, but knowing now not to be in hurry.

Good price and good washer. Took about 3-4 weeks to get it but I'm happy with the price and free shipping and no tax.

I feel like a queen every time i sit in my new chair! I did have some trouble getting the chair through the door. The customer service department was more than happy to send me instructions on how to remove the back of the chair for easy moving.

The shipping speed is very slow in nowadays standard, which no real status update. But product is good as described and in great price.

These are amazing. Great for when the power is out and still have light. This is my second set and now have in two separate rooms

Happy to see instructions included as some reviews said there were none. I had help putting it together which took a bit. I remembered I had read in reviews that the hose was too long & had to be cut. Was a lot too long. Nice sound for a small unit. Have to monitor the water level daily.

Bad company to deal with... I waited almost a month for my order and when it finally came it was broken in three places... Bad customer service representative!

The chair came well packaged and looks beautiful in the room. The delivery people were very nice. The delivery did not arrive as scheduled. The truck driver called and said they were 3 hours early! I had to leave my husbands hospital room and come home to receive the chair. Dont give customers a window of time, then expect them to be there at an unscheduled time!

I love my mirrors! The only reason I am deducting 1 star is because I think that the packing for shipment of these mirrors is insufficient. My original order was 2 mirrors and one arrived broken. Packed in one layer of bubble wrap with corner protectors. Customer service did a great job at getting me a new mirror, but still a delay for me. Perhaps the packing could be sturdier to protect a shipment of this sort.

Shipping was good, carrier did a nice job. Chair arrived in perfect shape.
The chair itself, however...'eh' is a bit high of a review.
