Frigidaire Double Convection was as great price and extremely easy to order online, free shipping to my home is always a plus!
We are loving the washer we purchased through Goedecker's, but the delivery process was much slower than advertised. We were told it would take 2-3 weeks to arrive, but the delivery service that was utilized had problems and it didn't not arrive until approximately 4-5 weeks from the quoted arrival time. Not normally a big deal... until you run out of clean clothes :) Otherwise, the washing machine itself seems great and it was a good price.
Good experience throughout. Quality and service were excellent. Product came when expected and was as nice as I hoped. I would recommend this company as their prices were good and so was the quality.

March 30: Tell me they will pick up the wrong refrigerator. Call me to confirm pick up and never show up.
April 4: Pick up wrong refrigerator and tell me they will deliver the correct one on April 6.
April 6: No one calls or knows when they refrigerator will be delivered
April 12: Correct refrigerator finally delivered.
I had to leave work 4 times to get this refrigerator shipped. When it came, the box was destroyed because instead of sending me a new refrigerator, they picked up the one that was incorrectly delivered and opened.
Never ordering from here again.

Item was received in a timely fashion, but it was damaged. All dealings with the company have been pleasant, though. Nothing has yet been resolved, but I feel like it will be.
New stove came covered with dents and dealing with customer service has been tedious: slow to respond and still have not received any discount as requested.
Our new stove is definitive improvement to our downstairs kitchen. The product and service provided by Goedeker demonstrates how and why this company is as successful as it is.
I ordered a dishwasher on their website. Fantastic pricing and selection. From order to delivery, it took about 2 weeks which I didn't think was unacceptable. Easy from start to finish.
Delivery was exactly as I ordered and was in good condition. The people who delivered were more than helpful and brought the ice maker into my kitchen and helped me inspect it to make certain it was in top condition. I couldn't be happier with my order and will use Goedeker's again.
This is the 5th time we have bought on line with Goedeker's and everytime has been as promised, with the exception of an Idaho delivery in 2015 and it was delayed by 2 weeks because they had lost a delivey partner (trucking company) and had to arrange for a new one. They kept me informed as to their progress and I finally received my appliances in good condition.
Great couch at a fantastic price. Only complaint was the lack of communication regarding delivery. I wasnt informed until I emailed and called customer service. Once I did, my couch was delivered within two days.
I am very happy with the bed that we purchased. However, my husband and I had to call and speak with somebody multiple times to find out why it had not even been shipped. That part was extremely frustrating. Finally, someone helped us by contacting the shipping company directly. I believe this was the shipping companies problem, not Goedekers, but it reflects the entire experience.

I ordered a washing machine and it took almost a month to show up. I contacted customer service twice, and when I did the 2nd. Time they said they had no record of my calling before. I complained, about how long it was taking and asked what they would do to remedy it, cover shipping cost, cover the 5 yr. Warranty I purchased with it, neither of which they would do instead they offered me a 10yr. Warranty, which I still have yet to receive confirmation of. I would recommend oreding from somewhere else.
The price was lower than anywhere I looked. The protection plan is very good and again, the lowest price anywhere.
