Ordered my first item from Goedeker's. A black stainless steel French door refrigerator. The order took about 3 weeks from ordering online to delivery. The refrigerator was delivered on time, without a scratch and works great. Best part was the price and no tax.
It is amazing and was such a good price. It took a little longer to get here than I expected, but it was worth the wait. I would recommend Goedekers to anyone!

Took about almost a month to arrive but it was $600 cheaper than home depot or lowes. It did arrive damaged, back end was crushed badly. Not visable from the front and did not damage any internals.
Good experience. Shipping was a bit slow and cumbersome with follow up phone calls on our end. The shipping tracking email was not helpful or functional. Improvement needed in this area.

Building new home and ordered almost all the appliances through Goedekers. Saved a lot until it came to washer and dryer, even after asking for a little help since I had *******@5K already. Didnt work out, Lowes won out on w&d, so always check out all options.

Delivery was difficult as we were moving into new home. One delivery was prior to ownership... one was left at curb & neighbors brought in & the final delivery was unboxed grudgingly (packing materials left for us to dismantle & dispose of).
Excellent experience... price, communication, delivery all very good. Would buy from again if opportunity arises.
In all honesty I hoped for my order to take less than 30 days to arrive but in all fairness it was nice to save money and the taxes. Lowe's would price match but not on the taxes. In our case it was a few hundred bucks, lowes would have been faster. The fridge and oven arrived slightly damaged, fridge was on the lower back side which was not worth to fuss about. The oven has a slight ding in the front door which I had not noticed until I installed. Bottom line if you are on to wait for your purchase, go for it. If you're on a time constraint then shop brick and mortar.

We got our furniture cheaper than we could at Ashleys with free shipping. It was a great deal and saved me and my wife hundreds of dollars. The order took a while to fulfill but thats because it was on backorder. We knew that going into the purchase and wanted to follow through because we were getting such a great price. It looks great and were thankful for the great expiration experience!

I would order through Goedeker's again it was a great experience. Delivery was great and the dresser is amazing more than what I expected!
Placed an order for Ashley love seat and chair which the site stated would ship in 4-5 days on 3/13. Finally on 3/23 the order was shipped to the shipper. No, that's not a typo, they shipped my purchase from Ashley in WI to a third-party shipper in NJ and then on to me which took 11 days in total. At no time was Goedeker's or the shipper able to track the shipment, or provide me with an estimated delivery date until 10 days after it shipped. It was delivered damaged by two guys in a Penske rental truck. I then spent another two weeks trying to resolve the issue with Goedeker's customer service. Repeated emails, calls and written messages left went unanswered. I finally agreed to a price reduction rather than having someone patch my new furniture or waiting another month for a replacement to arrive. Even running the credit card again for the refund took another six business days. Maybe they are better in person when then can't ignore you for days on end and you can just pick up your items from the store, but living in CO, I'll never use them again. Awful.
