This is my first time I hope that everything go good to do more purchase in the future
I was unable to track my item. When going to the track link, it said it was never sent. I did get an update through email from UPS the day before and the day of, but I thought it was fake because the tracking link never said shipped.

I ordered a replacement blinker cover that was $33, $45 after shipping and taxes. Waited 3 days stuck in the "processing payment" window. I randomly decided to check the status again, and was issued a refund… so basically i waited AND PAID for a part the site didn't bother to state if in stock or not. Now i wasted 3 days and i have to wait 7 business days to (hopefully) get my money back!
There was only one bracket, I was expecting 2 of them. Should have been much more clear on that. Especially for the price I had to pay. I won't order here again.
The bumper reinforcement arrived damaged, while clearly a shipping issue the packaging was not up to the task of the heavy part. The dimensions of the placement of the bolt holes was off. There were only four places to bolt the bumper to the frame but the largest holes were about 1/2 an inch too close together as compared to the old part. Some modification to the vehicle made it bolt up. I would have returned the part butt the shipping damage delayed arrived by several days already. Save yourself aggregation and order elsewhere.
I didnt like that i couldnt see thw price i was paying prior to check out.
$25 for a $5 part, the size of a nickel and the wieght of a nickel, due to shipping.

I received my parts but the grill has a piece missing from the left corner and a blinker light has a broken mount.

Someone either stole my rear hitch cover off my Mercedes or it magically fell off, Go-Parts had my exact replacement for $110.00 cheaper than the dealership and it's the same quality, I'm quite impressed!
