We ordered lockers and were told they were in stock so we paid for the order. 2.5 weeks later 2 sets of the 36 lockers were delivered, no notification that there were back orders. Took 3 days to find out from customer service that they weren't in stock and would deliver "when the truck arrived"
Its now been almost 6 weeks and after leaving 5 messages and 3 emails am told it will be another week.
I would never from them again. EVER

Misleading
August 8, 2016

Ordered 2 pks (25ea) of corrigated bins. You have to order in multiples of 25, order confirmation reflects the qty of packs - 2. Everything looks good until notified of shipment... they shipped 1.68, and 0.32 is on back-order. Where did 1.68 come from? Yeah, they break the packs apart for shipment... so I have 42 pcs in transit. Receiving Dept will have a ball receiving 42ea of 2pks, NOT!
Customer service acts like it's normal. How often do you go Home supply store, pickup screws in packs, get to the register and the cashier opens the plastic container and dumps them on the counter to count piece by piece? NEVER!

I tried to order a drawer for my workbench on line-got up to the last step but it kept telling me my zip code was wrong. Sent a chat request-took 20 minutes to get someone. Told them of my problem-they never returned-lost about 45 minutes. Called and got a sales women who took my information incorrectly-wrong spelling of my name and street name. She also gave me the wrong info on the product order number. She was going to check it out and never came back on the phone. Made another call-sales women said she will fix the errors and I would get an email with the updated info-that was hours ago and no correction. Don't purchase from this company! I hope my order arrives.

Horrible

So I ordered the wrong sized trash cans and wanted to return them. I was sent a letter requiring me to ship them back within 15 days, which was fine. Until I received an email from Valona Vanderpool 2 days after I submitted a request for a refund saying I needed to fax her a form for whether or not I was returning the item. I emailed her 3 times asking if it needed to be a fax with no response. So I faxed it multiple times with no response. Turns out shipping for each box was going to cost more than I paid total. So now I have 12 trash cans that I don't need. Buy from Walmart or Home Depot or anyone besides these people. They suck.

Awful Customer Service!

I purchased 30 trays from this company for my students desks on 8/29/2015. I paid for these out of my own pocket. After receiving them, I called them to have a return slip sent because they had sent the wrong sized trays. The gal at customer service actually argued with me and told me the trays weren't too far off. What? I ordered 10 1/2 x 13 x 5 and was sent
9 x 10 x 6 and they wouldn't even fit in my student's desks. After waiting more than a week and receiving nothing, I contacted them again and I was assured it would be taken care of. I still have heard nothing from this company. I needed these trays a month ago when they were ordered! At this point, I want an immediate refund so I can order elsewhere and then they can send me a return label at their leisure.

Ordered Lockers
September 15, 2015

Worst Customer Service Ever. Was told I would receive my entire shipment by September 8th. It is September 15th and I just received half my order.

Was told that for an extra charge, they would deliver it inside the door. The delivery guy said that wasn't possible.

Tried to contact my sales rep Barbara and she just puts you through to customer service, where I have to leave a message.

Buyer Beware!

We bought two large fans for our barn. When they were delivered the the boxes were all beat up. When we opened them there was nothing to protect the cages, so they were bent and the welds were broken. We contacted customer service and they sent another and credited us for one. My husband told them that they needed to use better packing so they would ship better. They did not do it. So the delivery was a repeat. We have been waiting for them to pick them up but they told us to just throw them away.
Most of the people have been a bit of a smart $#*! and short to be understanding.

I bought a double vanity from their site on June 4. My order was to be shipped in 3-5 days. After 10 days, I received an email stating the order was out of stock and had no estimated shipping date. When I called to cancel the order I was told that my order had already shipped and the email was in error and they would follow-up with a tracking number soon. Another 10 days past and 4 calls later to Global Industrials with every employee pretending they were new to the process and would try to resolve the issue immediately. Finally, 3 weeks later, I got a call from a trucker saying that he had a delivery for me. Excited that I would finally receive my item, only to find out that he was located in North Carolina and I am in New York. They had the wrong address and said they were closing and would call me in the morning. Another 4 calls to Global Industrial with the same story that they will call with a tracking number and my item would be in its way in a couple days. My item arrives 45 days later and of course was damaged. I am still in this debacle with Global Industrial because they asked for pictures to send to their vendor and I still am yet to receive my replacement item. Then they will not give me any substantial refund because they claim that they only make a few dollars on the item. They also wouldn't give me the vendors contact information so I am stuck in limo waiting for my item, yet my credit card has been fully charged since the order was placed!

I will never order from them again and advise everyone else to save themselves the headache!

I ordered a workbench with this company. I first placed an order that later on had to get canceled since it was so heavy! I then was told to wait to receive a cancellation email before reordering. I never received such an email. I had to call the Sales Rep that placed the order. This was a week later, and then 2 days later I received a very generic email from Jessica, "Your order has been canceled." I still don't know if I got charged since it was placed on another corporate card. I then called back the Sales Rep, she got a quote for me as I needed the workbench to be delivered to a specific lab where I would later have someone else assemble. I waited 2 extra days for this quote that was $400 more... I just agreed since it was a hazard for an employee to carry. The delivery company came, and refused to go into my office! So now I have a huge and heavy box sitting outside. I immediately called the Sales Rep where she later on transferred me to customer service only to hear "dead silence." So I hung up and directly called CS. I gave the customer service rep my order number, and she states that I was never charged this service. I had to have her pull up the original canceled order to show the same items were ordered, but a $400 delivery difference. She then placed me on hold to verify this... um hello common sense that I was charged for this delivery service. She then said she would contact that delivery service to see what would happen. This happened on a Friday and I am on PST so I was willing to give it until Tuesday morning for an answer for them to either take it into the office or refund. On Wednesday (3 days after contacting) I finally called customer service. They said my refund was pending approval. I made them refund me at that very moment. So overall, terrible, and I mean terrible communication with this company. It took a month for this whole ordering and receiving.

Ordered and received three different sizes of Floor Mats. Started cutting them in to fit my vehicle as floor mats. Quickly found that they were complete garbage. You could tear a hole in them with your fingernail. If you pushed your thumb into the surface, the imprint would stay permanently. I'm not sure what application these would be useful in; certainly not as something anyone could walk on. When I called Global Industrial they said that the product was sent straight from the manufacturer and would do absolutely nothing for me. They kept quoting "Not Refundable and Not Returnable". Well I am "Not Impressed" and "Never ordering from Global Industrial again".

Ordered paper towels. Product description --quantity included in order-- was completely misleading. Given that we received a much lower quantity than what we thought we had ordered, the product turned out to be very very expensive. Next best thing after highway robbery. Stay away!

"I ordered a Workbench and accompanying Upright kit (add shelves, etc). They were shipped separately. The upright kit was totally damaged, unusable. I could not believe how they packaged it. I was basically a couple of boxes end to end taped together. Not sure who is managing this effort, but it was pretty bad packaging. No way was it going to survive. The bench never arrived. I paid extra to get notified of the delivery day and time so I could have someone assigned to receive it. Finally cancelled it. Not sure if this is normal or an aberration. I had very bad experiences asking questions of their support team when picking out the products, so I'm guessing that this is more normal. I was warned by others not to order from these guys, but I did anyway. Oh well live and learn. I sure hope they refund my money."

Update: To be fair to Globalindustrial, they refunded my entire purchase, acknowledging it was their bad.

I ordered a hand dryer from global industrial and they all work perfectly. Relatively cheap compared to what my contractor wanted to charge me. I recommend buying from them and then letting your contractor install for you.
