My order # ******* has been the worst experience I've had in purchasing anything on line. They shipped a 60+ pound drain machine in a cardboard box from NJ to Las Vegas, and surprise surprise, the box was torn up and parts from inside were missing, likely rolling around the back of the UPS truck. I spent more than an hour on the phone with these people over several calls trying to get just the clips that hold the wheels on the machine and a very common blade set. They sent me the diagram of the machine and asked me what part. I indicated the part, and went online and ordered it myself recognizing their complete incompetence. I had the clips I ordered myself for the wheels the next day, meanwhile, they're still sending me emails saying there's confusion about what part I need. No there's not, I ordered from your diagram! On top of all that, I bought the Super Vee drain machine spending more on a version that came with a rugged tool box to hold it in and they sent me a flimsy cheap box that came apart, due to the weight of the machine inside, before I got into a customers house with it. They still haven't resolved that issue, even after sending multiple photos. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

My experience has been that they are very unreliable wrt availability and shipping. I bought a large item, and they advertised shipping the next day... they then gave me a delivery time two weeks later (much more than shipping time)... they then pushed it out several days... then on the day it was supposed to arrive, they first sent me an email saying it would be several months late, then that it would be a week late, probably... but they weren't sure about it. If your timeline is critical, go elsewhere.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their account/sales reps don't reply to emails. When I call on the phone to follow up, I've had to restart requests from the very beginning multiple times. From my time with them, I have established that Global Industrial is unprofessional and poor at record keeping.

I purchased a scrubber machine which had to be replaced before even using it. Got a second machine and was only able to use it for an hour before the vacuum motor stopped working and one of the switches was bad. I tried getting a refund for this machine and the lady barely let me explained saying that they wouldnt take it back. These machines are no good, do not buy.

1 year warranty on an ultrasonic humidifier, unit broke down within 2 months due to a bad design of the unit. Attempted to make a warranty claim for the failure and got the run around. Found the part, fixed it myself, 5 months in the unit breaks down again with an electrical component failure. Attempt to make yet another warranty claim and keep getting jerked around by their customer service group asking for another 24-48 hours to respond. 3 weeks later they keep asking for 24-48 hours to review.

We had been getting decent service and products from this place, but this action on their part we will no longer be purchasing from them. Pro-tip their brand name products are all rebranded equipment from other reputable companies. Once you find out who made their product, you can buy the same piece of equipment for a few dollars less and get better service. Search for the general equipment description to find them.

Honestly, no Issues at all

I ordered a Pulsar Lawnmower from Global Industrial on May 10th. It was on a Friday, and I got confirmation for shipping by that same Monday. On the 17th, it was delivered in one, uninjured piece. There was a dent on the house of the lawnmower blade that stopped rotation of the blade that was likely caused by the delivery man placing the lawnmower on its side instead of flat like the box instructed. I hit it with a hammer, put all the pieces together, and it started up literally no problem. Perhaps I'll be singing a different tune in a year, but as far as I can tell the lawnmower is here, and works and sounds like a dream. I did pay 100 dollars in shipping for it to be delivered to my home, which was quite a bit, but this particular lawn mower was sold out literally everywhere else so it was worth the extra hundred to me. Don't know what else to say. When I saw all the other bad reviews I almost cancelled my order, but I'm glad I didn't. I hope you don't see my review and get scammed. I had no interaction with customer service or their quoting system, I simply placed the order online through their website.

Total scam artists, they can't promise you a delivery date and they don't carry the product, they have to order it from another company and you chat with people in India that don't have a clue what's going on. I called the customer service number and they give you the runaround and say that someone will send me an email to verify that my order has been cancelled to issue a refund. But I never got that email. Had to dispute the charges with my credit card company. This company is totally Fraudulent, STAY AWAY!

This company seems as if it is a fraud or not real. Beware of them most likely a scam. I ordered a few weeks ago with two day shipping. The two day shipping that you pay extra for is over two weeks now. The company bilked me out of over three hundred dollars for a fast ship item that was in stock. When calling to track or complain, you get handed off to other people who keep forwarding you to the next and then to the end of the conversation and review with ai that doesn't understand you. With no resolution.

Chatted with multiple individuals regarding unlisted dimensions on a listed item. "Tech Ticket" was created and "escalated." Two weeks after escalation there has been no follow up. I reached out to support again and was told they were waiting to hear back. I don't understand this way of doing business. Somewhere in their system there is a manufacturing drawing for the item. Somewhere there is a warehouse where the items are stored. An email or a phone call to someone inside the organization that has access to the information or the warehouse (and a tape measure) would give the information required. This isn't rocket science.

If you have another option I suggest you go that route.

Off the charts bad service

On 9/21/23 I ordered 3 items. As of 9/28/23 on part of the order has arrived. After speaking with 6 representatives I will not have the rest of my order that they promised me by yesterday. I gave them every opportunity to fix the order, however customer service are out liars and very rude. They have tried everything to appease me except to fulfill the order. They refuse to pick up the half order and at one time told me to just keep it. Cost to much to return it, Now they just simply refuse to deal with me. They continue to claim they will refund my CC and have not. We have prepared the order for return and upon retaping the the box, the corner is damaged. CRICKETS. Never deal with these people.

Our company purchase some shelves, it was delivery and it had concealed damage.
The company will not refund or send a replacement for the shelves. You have to advise them within 5 days
Of the damage or they do nothing. I submitted my claim and it took them 3 weeks to tell me there is nothing they can do, that I would have to reorder a new fixture. How does that solve anything. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. Don't buy from this company unless you want to throw your money away and your taking a risk.

What an Awful Company

We bought a cart and they never told us it would take almost a month to arrive. Then it came with the cable routing hole in the cart top in the wrong place. The hole goes directly into the frame? The hole is useless. After losing tons of time trying to report the issue, they finally replaced it with a top that has the exact same problem. When I went to report the second top had the same issue, they tried to get me to send photos and go through the whole process again. So lame, never again will we deal with this company. They really lost a good customer.
