This drafting chair is awesome. Delivered within 2 days and easy to assemble. The adjustable arm rests are great! Best chair I have purchased to date. Only took wasting my money on an expensive ergonomic one that did nothing for my back.

Can't get parts

I have the floor scrubber that works ok but the pump burned out and I can't get a replacement.
Customer service was to call me back with a replacement option but they never called.
I have a 1,200.00 scrubber that is completely useless and I have to try to fix it myself.

HORRIBLE

Made an order DEC 21 today is Feb 4 and the order has not arrived. They charged my card and 2 hours on hold and 40 minutes on their websites chat and all I get is "Please allow me a moment to check this information for you. I am currently working on multiple requests. Some of my responses may take longer than usual and no one is willing to help". HORRIBLE COMPANY STAY AWAY

Terrible customer service

Rude people. They just don't care at all, the phone and online chat. Don't waste your time with them. $16 for shipping and it takes a week and a half lol best off ordering from a different company or even on amazon and ebay

Terrible

Had to wait 20 days to find out my order was out of stock and I would have to wait a month or two for possible delivery. During the 20 days I constantly asked what was going on and had no answers because they couldn't communicate with the warehouse. Its clear they do not care about the people buying there products. Also the people we have to communicate with are rude and clearly have no idea whats going on

Poor

Bought a $5k floor scrubber for my gym, the machine is over priced and always has something wrong with it. Leaks, squeegee pulls to the left, and the machine didn't even come with a brush head. You figure if you paid $5k it would come with the item you need to operate it.
On top of that the customer service is trash. Takes weeks for anyone to get back to you, if at all. I've sent in several emails to customer support and made phone calls - only to be told that someone will contact me.
Don't waste your money.

Ripped off $212.00

Ordered 10 boxes of 10 capsules for $19.00 per box of 10. Got 1 box of 10 ripped off for over $200. Been 2 months now trying to get help.

Mixed up company

I purchased three of the same item, they billed me for three and mistakenly shipped one. I called and pointed out the mistake and they shipped the final two. Then they email me proclaiming they mistakenly sent me extra items. I explained the facts, they acknowledge in an email they understand and apologize it was their mistake. A week later I get an email indicating they have been trying to reach me unsuccessfully (which is absolutely untrue) about the additional items they mistakenly shipped and since they can't get me they are going to charge my card!
Seems like a disorganized customer support department to cross that many wires and not have a record of my correspondence for which they had previously acknowledged.

It seems virtually impossible to get off their email list. I have tried emailing them and calling them with no luck. The person I spoke with says I was removed but I am continuing to receive multiple emails a day from them. I question their legitimacy at this point

Unresponsive, unprofessional & unhelpful

The purchasing experience was a disaster from the beginning. I waited nearly 8 months for half of a $5000 order, only to have the company cancel my order. I asked to return what I did receive because I purchased everything to match. They refused. They wouldn't even issue a partial refund for all of the hassel and mistakes. They did not communicate with me during the delays. I would call regularly for updates. They had zero information and were unhelpful. After 6 months I hired someone to build what I had ordered. I know we have all had to deal with supply issues during the pandemic but it's completely unacceptable to make customers wait months on end with no information. Terrible customer service. I opened the portion of the order that I received (who wouldn't?) and they refused to take it back. How was I to know the balance of my order would never arrive? I will never do business with this company again and I would recommend the same for others.

Our company returned two items. Shipment tracking confirmed Global Industrial received the items in August. After waiting two weeks and not seeing a refund on the credit card, we reached out to GI. Nothing. Called GI. They will look into it. Nothing. E-mailed twice a week and called again. Nothing. It took 3 months to eventually received a refund -- less 10% for a restocking fee! What a joke considering the time that was put in to get a refund. If we hadn't followed up on the return, I am convinced we would not have received a refund. Our company will no longer be working with Global Industrial.

Very deceptive company

I purchased a Global Industrial TM Auto Walk-Behind Floor Scrubber 20" Cleaning Path, Two 115 Amp with 1 yr warranty and purchased a separate 3-year warranty. After 13 months the batteries died. I called for the warranty info and they said the batteries weren't covered. I had to purchase two batteries for $800. Got the batteries going and now it's not sucking up the water. I called the company for some technical guidance and they won't talk to me because the 1 yr warranty has expired. Apparently, the extended warranty we purchased from them is actually from a third party. They never gave us any warranty documentation so I AM AT THEIR MERCY as to what the warranty covers.

Purchased a table went to return it within 30 days like new condition. Box was not in good condition to return the table so we threw it away. Now they will not take the table back cause it is not in the original condition. However, when I called the customer service rep (2 of them) told me I did not need the original box that I could return it. I requested the RMA number and it was declined due to the original box was missing. Our company will not purchase from here again. I would advise that who does purchase from them keep the original box no matter how mess-up it gets with shipping.

Scam?

My experience is that GI a scam. They've taken my money twice and never delivered anything. I get no response from their customer service dept. by email and they hang up on me before anyone talks to me. The uploaded receipt shows delivery by 9/15/21 but it was also promised by 8/25,9/4,10/1,10/7. It's not coming and I get no response by email, phone or chat to credit me.

They shipped defective products, at first they first they did not want to take back, then they FINALLY agreed to a return but wanted me to pay for shipping and charge me a restocking fee. THEY finally agreed to send me a return label took multiple calls, shipped merchandise back two months ago, NO refund or credit after multiple calls to the company and promises to issue a credit. Their phone people are very nice but they can't deliver on promises. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THEM. RUN! YOU WASTE ENOUGH TIME TRY TO GET ANYTHING DONE WITH THEM!

No replacement parts

Simple snap on drainage house was leaking on Global dehumidifier and they couldn't sell me the part. Was rebranded from a Chinese factory for them. Don't buy from them, it's one sale and see you, good luck, don't call us, etc.

WORST COMPANY EVER

This company sucks. The manufacturer sucks. Don't waste your time or money on them. Their return policy hurts customers. They will say that they can accept your return but will wait a month and a half to reach out to you to say they can't accept the product without original packaging. That is pathetic. We are out $400+ because we don't have the original box. The customer service reps are THE WORST. SO RUDE. One hung up on me. DO NOT WASTE your money! You will regret it! This product was ok but was too big for the area we needed. It was never used and they still won't accept the product back. I would give them 0 stars if I could. We are even considering taking this company to court. The communication is nonexistent and they will just be mean to you because you want to return their product. Absolutely terrible experience.

I purchased a dehumidifier for $750 18 months ago. The dehumidifier worked well for 15 months. When it stopped working, i called customer support for suggestions on where to repair it. It was 3 months out of warranty — ‘check the internet.' No-one carries the pairs for the obscure Chinese manufacturer. So i have an expensive, non-operating unit i cant fix. I wont purchase from them again. They sell Chinese garbage and cant support their products.

I ordered an item. I reached out to return it and Global Industries sent me a shipping label. Turns out they had me billed for $1100. 56. They keep telling me they will get it taken care of but I kero getting past due bills from the freight company. They are awful!
