I recently purchased two cabinets. The package was missing two long panels for one of the cabinets. Called the company several times but they didn't send out missing items nor refunded. They hung up on me twice, keep transferring and asked to wait. I waited for 8 days and they still asked me to wait. They blamed on me just signed on the delivery sheet without unpacking and checking all the items. There was no manual either. They wasted my time and money. I felt like I was asking for extra pieces for free. They didn't accept their mistake. I ended up ordering another unit because I was running out of time.
Worst customer service ever and very irresponsible.
Shame on them.

I will NEVER do business with this company again. I ordered one thing and they sent me something else NOT once but TWICE. The Part Number or the Nomenclature didn't even match. Customer Service was no help at all it seems like it was all a "conspiracy."
Wish I had read Reviews BEFORE I placed the order
Order has not been received and trucking company lost the paperwork from which shipment was suppose to be delivered on 9/17/18. Called Global on 9/19/18 and was put on hold from a support person for 48:21 minutes with no answer. Called back on 9/20/18 and customer service person said she'd take care of it and follow with the carrier. 4 hours go by with no call back for updates. Called them back and spoke to a Julie and told her to cancel the order. Let's see if Global follows thru this time with what they promise. Will never use them again.
I placed a small order on 8/9/18 (3 desks and 2 partition pieces). 3 weeks later I received the "complete order ONLY 1/2 of it was missing! Desk tops with no legs, no partitions etc... on 8/29/18 I called them to advise them of this on 8/30, I called again because there was no confirmation of follow up and AGAIN had to ask for a correction to this - I was told the order would be rushed. Today is 9/12/18 STILL WAITING! Numerous phone calls later over the last 1-1/2 week gets me nowhere... HORRIBLE!
Received damaged cabinet. Tried to contact customer service and was caught in "all of our customer service representatives are busy" for half an hour. Finally received first email after 6pm when my office was closed which put us one day closer to their 5 day return policy. Bottom line, their customer service system is rigged so you can't return damaged items. You're buying a pig in a poke every time.
I have an account with Global Industrial and was extremely irritated to find I could not update my own billing address without calling customer service. Even though I was logged in to my account there was no "Edit" button for changing the billing address. Funny though, there was an "Edit" button for changing the shipping address. After 10 minutes on the phone with customer service who said they had to create a new "record" for me to change my billing address I was thoroughly frustrated. I kept asking her to please update the billing address with the new shipping address that should clearly be visible from her end. She told me she was not in "that screen" and could not see my information. I told the lady who was speaking to me that I would be closing my account with them. She replied that was was my choice and we hung up. I ended up purchasing the product I needed from Uline in about 1 minute. Global Industrial needs to make things easier for their customers!

My self ganesh i am buying 1 product karcher k2.420 unfortuntly not open cartun box 5 day. When open the box relly surprised it is damaged. Then call your customer service guys very smart said our 48 hours you inform. But we cant open 5 days. Your servies really bad also packing not thats way damge the my order who is going to pay
HORRIBLE SERVICE. HORRIBLE. I will NEVER recommend any business to this company! I I ordered a set of gears from Global Industrial. They said one was discontinued and shipped the rest gears and charged me full amount. It's useless for me unless I have the full set gears. I returned the gears and had not receive the refund after months passed. No reply from Global Industrial. No service.
This company was a nightmare to deal with as far as customer service. I placed an order with them for fixtures and received no follow up email, I called a week and a half later to find out the status of my order and was told my order was suspended because the item I selected could not ship collect (with my provided UPS account #). I authorized them immediately to charge the difference and ship the order as I needed these items for my stores. Next day, still no invoice, no confirmation so I sent a follow up email to which I received the reply that I would receive this upon shipping. 2 days later, still nothing, called to follow up and after 4 different transfers was told my order had still not been processed and they could process this to ship 3 days later! No offer to upgrade shipping after now 3 weeks of back and forth with their company! I cancelled my order with them and placed with another company I found with better prices! Avoid this scam at all costs!
HORRIBLE SERVICE. HORRIBLE. I will NEVER recommend any business to this company! I would rather pay $100 more on a product then deal with these guys again. I ordered some dollies in February and had to stay on them to get my product by the END of JULY that I already PAID for folks. Yes you read correctly. THE END OF JULY! Packages came in busted open with missing parts, our company should have been reimbursed in full. They lost a lot of customers through this transaction for sure! I do not write a lot of reviews but this was SO BAD and SO POORLY HANDLED I just needed to warn some people. Spread the word.
I ordered some material from these idiots. They instantly Billed my Credit Card and sent me an invoice. They claimed that it shipped. The invoice contained a UPS Tracking Number, In checking this UPS Tracking number, to this date 3-23-17, it still shows the material as never being picked from the warehouse to ship. After several emails trying to get correct information (which I never did), I told them to cancel the order and filed a Fraud Claim with AMEX to stop payment. After several days, I find that the package was delivered to the wrong location, using the wrong tracking. Again, the one on the order still shows it sitting in the warehouse. I cannot get these idiots to come pick this garbage up, and like I said I have already purchased from another vendor. These people are HORRIBLE and I would recommend that you go elsewhere. First and last time I will use them. I have also suggested to our corporate people to never use them and Black List them.
Very disappointed in the Customer Service and have concerns that the posted price is "bait". When I've expressed concerns over the delay in ship time and asked if they have other product manufacturers of the same item they offer to transfer me to a sales rep... "switch"
Global Industrial sent me the wrong product, a smaller wine rack than I ordered. I proposed keeping the wine rack they sent if they credited me with the lower price. Seemed easier for all parties. They had to contact the manufacturer personally, but this was only after I had to call a second time to follow up. Will not order from them again. What a hassle!

I purchased a new refrigerator for a tenant situation with supposed delivery up the stairs for an additional $400. A broken refrigerator was delivered by an old man who could barely get it off the truck.
After 3 months of repeated calls and emails I have been stonewalled by these thieves who will not replace, repair or refund their defective merchandise.
I ordered 6 leather midback conference room chairs and found identical chairs some $400+ cheaper at Houzz. I emailed Global and asked for some concession or price match. Heard nothing for over two weeks (in spite of additional emails).
Another email triggered a succinct, "We don't do price matches."
Suggest anyone keeps this firmly in mind before buying from Global Industrial.

Terrible to deal with. Ordered a portable shelter from global.ca for $2196... that wou8 be shipped out in 5 to 9 days. They had trouble processing credit card... so received an email asking for info againso they can ship out asap, right after the processed the payment. An our later I get a email on shipping change. Stating that do to demand of product they don't have any in Stock in Canada or the usa and they would had no idea when the factory would make and ship another one and they would update me when they do. So naturally I wanted to cancel the order when I got no response to email or phone call about getting a straight answer on timeliness. When other companies have them in Stock. Fighting to get money returned. Fist and last experience with this company...
Answer: TOTAL SCAM COMPANY. WILL NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS EVEN WITH A ONE YEAR WARRANTY.
