After returning the first pair because your site recommended a size medium which I cannot wear, but I didn't know if your glasses were larger than normal, the second pair are fantastic. Your price of $220 for progressive bifocals is Amazing! 4 years ago I paid $600 for a pair. That was the average price and still is locally. I highly recommend your company. You just need to do something about your customer service not being available by phone.
Everything was good just took awhile to get the glasses but other then that great selection on sunglasses and regular glasses

I purchased two pairs of glasses with a BOGO deal offered by GlassesUSA. Both had circular lenses. One of the lenses in one pair was apparently about 90 degrees of off where it should have been set, resulting blurred vision through that eye. On the same pair of glasses, one of the nose pieces fell off the day after they arrived.

I've been ordering glasses from GlassesUSA for many years. This is the first time I was disappointed with the quality of two pair of glasses. Both pair were returned for replacement. But that was over a week ago. I still have heard nothing from GlassesUSA regarding the return status or replacement.

Ordering the glasses was a breeze. Customer service is impossible to get ahold of. I didn't feel as though one of my lenses is accurate and can't get ahold of anyone.

I had broken my favorite pair of glasses and needed to replace them. GlassesUSA had an almost identical pair of frames for a good price. I was able to enter my prescription and get the glasses in less than a week! I'm very happy with them.
Took a month to receive order. Seemed a little excessive. In this day, service should be more prompt given it was all ordered on the internet.

I got two pairs of prescription sunglasses for about 100 bucks. No complaints!
Answer: So far it's been a month and still NO glasses, or tracking info. Much longer than the seven to ten buisness days- in Still waiting.
Answer: I got the same B. S. handed to me. After more than double the stated time and lack of response, I cancelled my order and notified my credit card company.
Answer: Because they're dishonest. They stole $193 from me in store credit
Answer: Dealing with them right now and thats a NO. Horrible customer service and they will loop hole you to no end so that they dont have to give you a refund on their product that does not work. My eyes literally work better without their glasses on my face.
Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Our customer service is available by phone, email, chat and social media around the clock, 24\7. We can be easily reached at any time, including weekends and holidays at all times to answer any questions and concerns. Our dedicated customer service team works around the clock to make sure any and all issues are taken care of. We are always working on improving all of the above, whether by opening new facilities, working and negotiating our agreements with carriers or expanding our customer service team and making them more efficient. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
