I ordered my glasses on 4-19-23 they didn't acknowledge the order till 4-21-23 and it's May 2nd. They just sent me a second email saying my glasses are in production. It's very hard to reach customer service and they don't know anything. They said they could escalate it but couldn't even tell me when to expect a phone call about my order status.

You guys did very bad. I thought that this was a scam because whenever I reach out. You could never gave me an answer of my order and you got me scared that this was a scam so you better fix your customer service. It's very poor have a great day.

I need contacts ASAP and i ordered and payed for EXPRESS SHIPPING which is 3-5 days it has now been 2 weeks. I have tried calling them, and all they have said is to talk to her online bot. Wont be ordering again.

My glasses went into production on April 21,2023. Got email from them that the glasses will take 6 business days to make. It is now April 29th, 2023, at midnight and the glasses still show in production. I paid extra for express shipping which is a joke when your glasses are not made in the time frame you were quoted. This company is a waste of your time and your money.

I ordered two pairs on 4/7/2023; my credit card was charged on that day. It is now 4/27/2023, and neither pair is out of "production." I sent a message and got a cryptic note that I would receive an email when the glasses are ready. Now, the order information about one pair is this: "There is an unexpected issue with your order. We will contact you soon." The other glasses, which were promised in "6 business days," have not been sent. At this point, I will try to get my money back and start from scratch somewhere else. I have no confidence that this company can deliver what it advertises, and I am doubtful that the quality will be acceptable. If you don't have something in stock, be honest with your customers. If you are behind on fulfilling orders, don't talk about "unexpected issues."

I put in all my info for prescription sunglasses. I also used an app to measure the distance between my eyes. When my sunglasses arrived, there was zero prescription in either lens! They sent along a copy of what I allegedly entered and all the numbers were zero. Customer service at least is giving me a full refund not an exchange.

Having waited 3-weeks for a pair of glasses that should have taken 10-days, my glasses finally arrived. I didn't have a problem with the wait, as much as I had a problem with the lack off ability to actually speak with an actual person to inquire after the status of my order. I emailed Glasses USA via email several times and only received a response once which didn't fully answer my query in the first place. My query consisted of me requesting the status of my order! Not a difficult question to respond to considering the nature of the company! When my glasses finally arrived, I noticed something was off with the clarity of my vision when wearing them. I also found it strange that they didn't send me a statement with my prescription on it to verify the prescription of my lenses. I had the lenses checked out at my opticians and the axis was off by 10 on lenses and 9 on the other. Absolutely ridiculous and substandard. They have lots of deals and offers so granted you will save money in the short term but don't pay for it with your vision.
I hate writing negative reviews but service standards like this make warning the general public very imperative and necessary. Do not use this company.

Ordered sunglasses on line. Received the glasses, but they were not tinted, just plain lenses. Tried to resolve the error on line, found out their "live chat" was an automated bot. I emailed both their customer service and returns addresses with both a webpage screenshot of what I ordered (detailed by their website) and an image of what I received. These two images showed what I ordered (verified by them) and what I received. When they responded (Jenny Cooper) they indicated my order had been cancelled and my money refunded. When I pointed out, then how had I RECEIVED the glasses? I heard nothing back. Not sure how this could have been fouled up more than the combination of their automated fake(not live) website and their "standard response" emails. This was my third order, but will never do business with these people again, who misrepresent themselves on line in a number of ways. Just "Not as Advertised", sorry.

I ordered my glasses over two weeks ago and the said production take 6 days… you can't call and talk to a real person and the automated service is enough to make you want to pull your hair out. At this point I'm about to report the order as fraud on my credit card!

Ordered glasses back in february, since then there is now a crack in my glasses tried to the use insurance i paid for when purchasing glasses and submitted a claim over a week ago. Cannot get a response in email, cannot get anyone on the phone. This 24/7 available here for you is bull$#*!, you never get a real person, they go through the prompt and then proceed to disconnect the call. The online live chat is bull$#*! because it's completely automated not a real person assisting you. This company is an absolute JOKE, wasted $240 and will never be using this company again.

Still waiting on a pair of glasses. Said would be about 6 business days once in production. 18 days later they are still in production. Ordered a prescription pair of Costa sunglasses the same day and received them weeks ago. Not very honest on production times.

I bought a pair of prescription sunglasses. The prescription was wrong so I returned them with their return label. The post office lost the package and I can not file a claim because the label they supplied did not include insurance! I can not talk to someone to see how this can be resolved.

It is absolutely ridiculous how this company operates! I filed an insurance claim over a week ago and i still have not received any notification whatsoever about my glasses! I am beyond frustrated after this is my second review within a few days! They replied to my first review and assured me they'd work diligently to give me at least some insight on my order….5 days later since that reply and still nothing! At this point I'm about to take legal action and dispute all charges. There's no way you have a returns department that strictly provides a service for returns and they do not reply! My eye sight is bad without my glasses as I use them for daily use. I can not even drive without my glasses and I have a driving job! Legal action is required! Do not EVER spend a dime with this company! You won't even be able to speak to a supervisor so don't even try it. Company is a joke and I regret EVER doing business with them and paying for a service that they do not provide!

I'm convinced this is a scam. It's been 2 weeks since I ordered my glasses and there has never been any real or true tracking information for my order. If you're fine with throwing small amounts of money in the air hoping something good may randomly happen, or perhaps enjoy throwing pasta at the wall to see what sticks— then GlassesUSA.com is for you!
The live chat is a tragically unhelpful, bot set to send you back to the same screen- its emoji usage is A+ however *— isn't that what everyone needs when they're trying to SEE THINGS?! Also, the phone number ( why are there even business hours if no one even answers the phone?) only offers the website or text massages of what the website says. I have never heard of anything so ridiculous. Well anyway, I wish I would have heard this before I gave them my money. Now I will continue to sit and wait for my glasses which, judging by customer service, will probably be absolutely awful.

Answer: I got the same B. S. handed to me. After more than double the stated time and lack of response, I cancelled my order and notified my credit card company.

Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Our customer service is available by phone, email, chat and social media around the clock, 24\7. We can be easily reached at any time, including weekends and holidays at all times to answer any questions and concerns. Our dedicated customer service team works around the clock to make sure any and all issues are taken care of. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
