Got some great glasses at a good price & was able to use my insurance online. Probably thee best pair I have ever owned.
I had to return my glasses as they broke the day I received them. I did get a store credit and ordered another pair just waiting on those hopefully they come soon
I found glasses I really liked and made the order. It was quick turnaround and the glasses are perfect.
From start to finish the whole process was efficient and effortless. The selection was almost to much to chose from and price was right cheaper than my insurance would have been. And sent in order to insurance and will be reimbursed the cost just amazing!

Everything went very smooth. My prescription of progressives for some reason is difficult normally and they have to return them. Not Glasses USA. The prescription was perfect. Will be back again.
I will definitely come back. And make all my purchases for my lens and frames and sunglasses from here from now on.

I loved that it is easy and fast to buy a prescribed glass, with the option to see how it looks on you.
However, the pair I got was too big for me, so I returned it.
In a few clicks, I got a return level and had multiple options for dropping it.
A little different than expected, more square and thin. But still a good product, and I'll use them.
It was easy to order my glasses, I got a good price for the optical frame and wrote my prescription. However, the glasses' costs were expensive including the vision insurance.

Glasses came as ordered, on time, no prescription issues. Ordering was simple and straightforward. The generic transitions work as well as the non-generic variety on the glasses I already own. Overall good value. I will likely order again in the future.
I got tired of waiting for my glasses after waiting a month, so I cancelled my order. Three days later I received notification that my order had shipped! Really terrible customer service! I don't even want the dam things but since I paid for them (because of course they didn't process the credit like they said they would when I cancelled) I will see if I even like them once they arrive.

The experience was great from start to finish. Fit was great & look was what I was looking for.
They are amazing and I can see clearly they function how they should. But there is a issue when cleaning them sometimes the lenses will pop out I can push they back in but it worries me I might have gotten a faulty product.

I found the shopping experience frustrating. I wanted to use a promo from work and the regular price of the glasses kept changing depending on what promo was added. The glasses themselves are decent. The quality is good after adjusting to fit me better.

This is my third time ordering from GlassesUSA. The frames are exactly what I wanted. They fit great and my prescription lenses are correct.

Answer: I got the same B. S. handed to me. After more than double the stated time and lack of response, I cancelled my order and notified my credit card company.

Answer: Dealing with them right now and thats a NO. Horrible customer service and they will loop hole you to no end so that they dont have to give you a refund on their product that does not work. My eyes literally work better without their glasses on my face.
Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
