I received my glasses 19 days after placing the order, and production time was 2 weeks. I was concerned about the delivery date because I was leaving for an extended time, so tried very hard to contact a real person to change the delivery address, to no avail. Frustrating! However, my glasses came before I departed, so all is well that ends well!
My only problem was that your website claims glasses in up to 6 business days from order. I placed an order for prescription sun glasses, and selected express delivery. I had a trip to Thailand coming up and in worst case scenario, 6 days production, 5 days shipping, I would have my glasses in time for my trip. Unfortunately production took quite a bit longer and my glasses arrived well into my trip. It was just disappointing, but your customer service did refund my shipping cost, it was appreciated.

Great value and fast shipping. They communicate great on all the steps.
Everything was fine, it was just that between ordering the glasses, making them, and shipping them out took so much longer than it was estimated to be. My last few pairs were delivered so quick, not even 2 weeks I believe. For my newest pair, it took nearly a month to arrive.

So my glasses frame broke within 30 days. I'm glad it was a smooth process that I was able to get a brand new set.
We order two pair's for our kids one they send it really small trying to return or Excange,impossible, never can talk to live repsentive,so I give up and lost my money,bought from eye glasrs direct much cheaper and better service

I had issues with only getting one out of two pairs of glasses i ordered but they made it right and immediatley started making new ones and shipped me new ones again at no cost
Site is easy to navigate. It chooses the best discount available at the time.
The entire process was easy with good communication. Would have liked delivery a little more quickly but no real complaints.
Customer service is difficult to navigate because you have to get past the automated to get to a real person. When you find the right person, they are great in helping you find out what is going on.
The glasses I ordered were very affordable and great fit. I liked the "try them on " feature so I could see what they would look like before I made the purchase. I do wish the shipping was a little quicker.
I love the look of this frame (Revel Port Black), but I didn't realize when I bought them that the nose piece isn't adjustable. As a result, they fit a bit loose on the bridge of my nose and there is no way to tighten the fit. I'll just use them at my desk.

I took a while before I received the glasses once received, I sent back the next day for correcting and replacing as of this day I have not received the glasses nor any feedback from your team...next time I will order from the optometrist place of business...I think I will get faster services and updating...I loved the frame but not really satisfied with the service.

Answer: Dealing with them right now and thats a NO. Horrible customer service and they will loop hole you to no end so that they dont have to give you a refund on their product that does not work. My eyes literally work better without their glasses on my face.
Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Our customer service is available by phone, email, chat and social media around the clock, 24\7. We can be easily reached at any time, including weekends and holidays at all times to answer any questions and concerns. Our dedicated customer service team works around the clock to make sure any and all issues are taken care of. We are always working on improving all of the above, whether by opening new facilities, working and negotiating our agreements with carriers or expanding our customer service team and making them more efficient. Answer: There should be, they are horrible! They have 0 customer service- you can not speak to a live person! It's totally automated and inefficient if you need help in anyway!

Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
