I received two pairs of glasses in one delivery. They were two different prescriptions. I wish that the prescription card enclosed was attached to the glasses. It took me some time to figure out which was which, and I am still not sure i got it right.

I received my glasses just yesterday and I am pleased with the frames and the prescription. I am very happy that uploading the prescription was possible as I think that made my glasses precise.
Easy I've ordered another pair but haven't received them yet. So far, I'm very happy.
The title pretty much says it all. Overall it was a good experience. The production time was a little bit longer than they stated. It was initially stated production would be six business days. It ended up being nine business days. But that was offset by very fast shipping. So overall no problems.
The ordering process was easy, however it took longer than I expected to actually receive my glasses. I even paid for faster shipping.
Ordered a pair of sunglasses with prescription lenses that I'm very happy with. The website was full of options, with filters that helped to narrow my choices down to the point where I selected a great pair of Maui Jim's. The process was not difficult at all. My only complaint was that the promotional messages that followed all offered discounts, none of which applied to my eventual purchase.
Bought a pair of RayBans sunglasses and it was really easy to use GlassesUSA. I used my HSA account and will probably buy another pair that are prescription. Great discount codes to save me about $100.
The experience of ordering and delivery was smooth. The frames themselves were not as expected. The frames are described as orange, however, they appear more red than orange.

Awful, terrible would give zero stars. They give you the complete run around. Cant get information on your order after 5 different chat sessions and 4 phone calls still could not speak to a real human. Awful, Awful, Awful

Much more convenient than an optometrist. Better value as well.
The glasses are fine, and they have the right prescription, however, if I had tried them on in person, I probably would not have gotten the pair I did.
There is something to be said for seeing glasses in person. Going forward I'll most likely go to an actual store to get glasses. Nothing against GlassesUSA, it's just hard to tell what they will really look like on your face.

Dealing with Glassesusa.com was a very frustrating experience. They sent me the wrong glasses, would not accept a return and have no human you can speak with.
Their customer service representatives are nothing more than chat bots who repeat the same question if the bot does not understand your response.

Ordered 2 pair of glasses Feb 22nd and paid extra for 5-7 day turnaround to be received. Received email Feb 24th glasses were shipped and DHL tracking number provided and dates of estimated delivery is February 28 or 29th. Today is 29th, and the tracking still shows it has not been picked up from glassesusa. It seems to me that a label was created, and it's sitting somewhere without being scanned. I've chatted with 3 people for status and zero help. This new "we have improved our self service" is ridiculous. I keep getting told "Rest assured your package is on its way. If you have not received your package in 14 days please call again." I didn't pay for 14 day turnaround time. I paid for 5-7 day turnaround time!
I have used Glasses USA 3 times prior with no problems at all. It's been a couple years since, and now I'm regretting that mine and my childs glasses are sitting somewhere not shipped! We need our glasses!
Would like 100% refund for false advertisement. 2 pair of glasses are lost and in limbo!

Answer: I got the same B. S. handed to me. After more than double the stated time and lack of response, I cancelled my order and notified my credit card company.

Answer: Dealing with them right now and thats a NO. Horrible customer service and they will loop hole you to no end so that they dont have to give you a refund on their product that does not work. My eyes literally work better without their glasses on my face.
Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Our customer service is available by phone, email, chat and social media around the clock, 24\7. We can be easily reached at any time, including weekends and holidays at all times to answer any questions and concerns. Our dedicated customer service team works around the clock to make sure any and all issues are taken care of. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
