Ordered in Feb 8, didn't get sent to production Feb 22, delivered in Feb 27. Not a terribly long wait, but maybe seemed a few days longer than I would have expected.
Easy, fast and professional. Quality glasses and nice case. Definitely recommend.
First time is always a challenge but I managed through it. I'll probably use a chat next time to get answers to my questions instead of finding the answers myself.
I don't care for the bait and switch of offering frames at significant discount and then not giving that discount.
When placing my order for an in-stock frame and readers, the website estimated 3 days for production. After placing the order, my order page estimated 3 business days. Fine. After the 3rd business day, the order page estimated 6 business days. Okay….fine. On business day 9, it still shows in production. Not okay!
I started trying to reach out to speak to someone, and the phone number gives you automated responses (even though they tout having live agents available from 7:00 AM until Midnight) to use their virtual assistant on their site. I pushed every button on the phone to bypass and reach a live agent, but to no avail. So, after going to the virtual assistant, it took several minutes to get connected to a live agent. Kate Moore was the live agent, and she was very nice, apologetic, and helpful. She's the only bright spot in this ordeal!
I could have ordered from a local Optometrist for less money and received my glasses in 7 Business Days. But, the idea of 2 day shipping (now their website estimates 3-5 business days for express shipping) and 3 production days is why I ultimately chose GlassesUSA. Now, I have to go to my meetings without the $370 glasses that I ordered! I am VERY disappointed and will probably return these regardless of how happy I am with the product.
Difficult to go back and edit order. Why offer more discounts when one has been included? It's confusing to purchaser when total amount goes up instead of being reduced. Websight makes it difficult to return to original order. This was my experience.
I like that they automatically link my UHC benefits to my account so I can see exactly what I'll pay with insurance. I ordered two pair. I received one pair within a week and a half and the other pair took much longer and the quality of the second pair is not great.

My original glass was too loose so I asked for exchange and it was easy process and came in promptly.

This was my third order with GlassesUSA. The first was good and the second--TERRIBLE leading me to think I'd never do it again. Well, I gave it one more shot and REDEMPTION! All went well and the glasses were good! Glad I tried again!

I purchased a pair of glasses 12/2023. Now on their website, there is no evidence of my order #. It just disappeared. I have the original email, though. Ordered anti-glare, this picture shows, they are not, also paid for their 20/20 coverage, I wasn't informed of a copay, until I needed help with replacement. Not an honest broker.

The terms and conditions of the 20/20 Enhanced Coverage are listed on our site. Your glasses were produced with Scratch Resistant Coating, UV Protective Coating and Premium Anti-Reflective Coating.
We understand from your correspondence with our Customer Care Team that you had accidentally stepped on your glasses. The 20/20 Enhanced Coverage covers damage from normal day to day wear and tear, accidental damage from handling and changes to your glasses prescription. Lost or stolen glasses are not covered. A co-payment is required to replace the order. The co-payment charge will depend on the frame selected and lens package.

The glasses are fine, the overall experience was terrible. I needed the glasses and paid for expedited shipping. I was notified on Feb 11 that they were ready to ship. It took another 8 days to actually be shipped and then 3 more days to arrive. I tried to call to find out why they weren't shipping but unless it has been over 2 weeks they will not respond.
In this day and age that is just unacceptable. Hard no from me.

I ordered contacts the first week of January...the system couldn't handle my prescription apparently and so I was sent a handful of automated emails requesting my input. Each went unread from them (apparently) because I would receive an identical email the next day from a different (fake) person. Once I FINALLY got someone on the phone (try asking to speak to someone in Spanish, it gets you a real person) they took care of things. But then I got another series of automated emails asking if I wanted to continue with my order...um, yes please! Called again, spoke to someone in "Spanish" again (actually they speak English, but it's the only way to talk to a real person) and now APPARENTLY my contacts are on the way to me... it's currently Feb 23. This has been nearly a 7 week process. I won't be doing it again. I'm hopeful the correct script gets to me, or else I'm gonna be super unhappy.

Glasses USA had a wide selection. I was able to find the exact style I was looking for. Ordering online was simple. Numbers needed were clearly marked on the ordering page.I would definitely use Glasses USA again.
Web site was easy. My glasses came on time. Very high quality.
Please review my initial order and the last order sent and NOTE, I've purchased four frames and yet to have received the fourth frame. You owe me approximately $414. Your invoices will verify the same. It's impossible to contact a live person or get this straighten out. Phone and text refer me from one department to another. This is NOT resolved.

Answer: I got the same B. S. handed to me. After more than double the stated time and lack of response, I cancelled my order and notified my credit card company.

Answer: Dealing with them right now and thats a NO. Horrible customer service and they will loop hole you to no end so that they dont have to give you a refund on their product that does not work. My eyes literally work better without their glasses on my face.
Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Our customer service is available by phone, email, chat and social media around the clock, 24\7. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
