Not very good. The "polarized" aren't and the Rx is slightly off, so words and letters are blurry when they shouldn't be.
Shipping was delayed. I phoned and did receive a 'free shipping' concession. (thank you) But I would have liked to have received notice before I phoned.
Then when glasses arrived, they were unusable. (See return comment for details.)

Hi! Chat was helpful. However, I just wanted to reorder the exact same glasses I had before, which I loved, and would have liked a reorder icon.
The website is very easy to use - I could quickly and easily filter down to the relevant options. Some models even had the live try-on, which was quite helpful. Entering my prescription was easy enough and my glasses arrived when it said they would. Very easy process, and I ended up making two additional orders.
Excellent customer service experience. From picking out glasses on the website, trying them on and reviewing customer reviews, my glasses are perfect.

My daughter traumatized by her dad US Army Vet Daniel Shane killed in 2022, struggled enough from his death as she stopped communicating now at 5 making progress but still Kindergarten is difficult accidentally broke her glasses. Her self esteem low due to her issues communicating and the awkwardness that comes with having a "angel daddy" school and friends are hard. I ordered a replacement for her glasses urgently as her vision is bad. Glassesusa advertised how fast they are. Order February 20th today it is March 12th, speaking with customer service every day getting disgusting responses and no help and broken promises I reached out to Daniel Rothman CEO on glassesusa as my daughter was at risk of being held back as she was missing work due to her vision. He had the nerve to not help me with the order just told me he talked with Jack Winter, but then turn around and offer $100 credit good for 6 months to give these crooks more of my money and time! Jack winter emails promising overnight delivery on the 12th and delivery on the 13th well no surprise they have not been shipped and called customer service and they can't do anything. My daughter now gets to repeat Kindergarten as this has tremendous impact on her education. She has suffered with feeling confident as she already has communication issues now she's had vision issues which have held her back from her class and she was finally fitting in and this situation has caused her so much trauma. Most horrible customer experience and consequence i've heard and to a daughter of a army veteran killed when she was 3! They aren't even USA based they are out of Jerusalem they should be banned from practicing business in the USA and my daughter should be compensated.
Took over 4 months to get the glasses and the ear pieces are bent and don't fit.

I received damage to my initial pair of glasses and fortunately had coverage on them. My reproductions are perfect, it's great to be able to see unimpaired.
Overall OK - took too long for glasses to arrive - hard to reach a person in customer service. It took at least two weeks for the glasses to be shipped. You need to ask the AI bot in customer service three times before you can actually reach a person who could help. Will consider buying from GlassesUSA again, but I will also look elsewhere.

So cute. Interesting choice however where to put the hinge for lenses in my periphery vision area. Can do better on that I think.

Easy to navigate, quickly. Had no problems at all. Prompt delivery.
I purchased sunglasses a couple of years ago and the experience was great. With my new prescription, I decided to purchase two sets of glasses (regular and sunglasses). When the production time was over 9 business days, I tried to connect to customer service. The chat bot won't allow any dialogue beyond the standard "order timetable" - you couldn't get connected to a real person. So, I called the customer service number and the experience was worse. It was only prompts with no one to talk to! No one!
Now 17 days past the order date. Canned responses about "unexpected delay," but nothing else. Impossible to talk to a real person. There are better choices than this shoddy outfit!

The ordering process was super easy.
The price was very affordable, much more affordable than past in store purchases at other companies. I am extremely pleased with the prescription accuracy, frame quality and fast delivery.
I like them, they fit, and I can see. Took quite a bit of time to get here.
Order took much longer to arrive than promised when I placed my initial order. Worst part is that it's impossible to reach a live customer service agent to discuss any issues after purchase. Everything is handled by a bot that can't resolve problems.

Quick and efficient. Choosing glass frame was easy. After receiving prescription I went back to site and ordered prescription sunglasses. Will refer to other people. One thing people must know are the measurements inside of glass leg to help with fit. It is very important. My optometrist filled in the measurements for me,
The process was pretty simple after you do it once.
My only gripe was not GlassesUSA's fault, I believe that my provider mis-tested me, because the bifocal part is a bit strong.
My issue with glasses.com was, it was 20 days from the time of order to the time that I got it. When I went in to find a customer service link, all I got was automated menus that shuffled me from one menu to the next. I wanted to speak to a human being, but for the life of me could not find a phone number to do that. Please advise if there is one.
All I wanted to know was, where are my glasses being made, is it an American product, and I got vague answers saying, "we operate globally…" Considering they were made in Georgia, or shipped from there anyway, it doesn't make sense to me that it took 20 calendar days. Much of that was shipping, however so I'm not blaming G USA necessarily
I ordered another pair and ordered express shipping and paid the $12.95. Hopefully they will do better this time.

Good, 2nd time ordering, but then i got my glasses in and instead of giving me my prescription for near, you gave it to me for distance. I tried calling and i could not get through to anyone to talk to. So i gave up and ordered another pair. However quite disappointed i couldn't get to talk to anyone about fixing my first pair ordered.

Answer: So far it's been a month and still NO glasses, or tracking info. Much longer than the seven to ten buisness days- in Still waiting.
Answer: I got the same B. S. handed to me. After more than double the stated time and lack of response, I cancelled my order and notified my credit card company.

Answer: Dealing with them right now and thats a NO. Horrible customer service and they will loop hole you to no end so that they dont have to give you a refund on their product that does not work. My eyes literally work better without their glasses on my face.
Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Our customer service is available by phone, email, chat and social media around the clock, 24\7. We can be easily reached at any time, including weekends and holidays at all times to answer any questions and concerns. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
