Received the glasses. Left lens had a distortion in the middle of the lens. I like the look of the frames. They're Oakley clear frames, but don't appear to be anywhere near the quality I paid for the glasses. Other than the Oakley logo on them, they seem no different in material than an inexpensive pair of safety glasses.
Efficiently done at a good price.

Quality glasses for a great price. However, I paid for expedited delivery of 3-5 business days. The delivery took 12 business days and I dided get an email from them until the 9th day saying it was delayed.
Once my wife got her prescription, I went online and shopped from the many choices offered. I found some Versace frames, input the lens info and done! Glasses arrived in Versace packaging with a case and two cleaning cloths. Very happy with my purchase. My wife loves her glasses and she sees very well with them.
Paid for expedited shipping and still waited 10 days. Watched it sit at a facility for 3 days without moving

Shipping can take between 5-10 business days, depending on the Courier:

Fast service and shipping. Matched my prescription and order add-ons perfectly
The shopping experience is always good but it is hard to say flawless when you cannot really see and touch the product. The Warby Parker method is a little better but the glasses options are not as good.
Selection is great, try on is easy, price is fantastic, and service can't be beat
Great experience except they didn't fit. They fell off my face. I had to go to a Lens Crafters to have them make adjustments
It was quick and awesome! Got to apply two different codes to my order so only paid half of what I was supposed to.
I have used Glasses USA before and have never had a problem. Their website is easy to navigate. They keep you updated on when the glasses are in the process of being made and when they are shipped. I would definitely use them again.
Customer service really on point and speedy with all issues I had and I am enjoying all 3 pair of my new glasses.
I am unable to pinpoint why I don't care for these bifocals. I spend a little time each day trying to acclimate to them, but haven't yet reached that point (after 3 weeks.)

One pair of glasses I received was huge. When putting them on they didn't even touch my head. The frame in front was fine but then the arms splayed out 3 plus inches. The fact that I ordered them, paid for them, and then was responsible for returning them and paying for shipping is ridiculous. Why do I get more work, when they sent me crap?

Answer: So far it's been a month and still NO glasses, or tracking info. Much longer than the seven to ten buisness days- in Still waiting.
Answer: I got the same B. S. handed to me. After more than double the stated time and lack of response, I cancelled my order and notified my credit card company.

Answer: Dealing with them right now and thats a NO. Horrible customer service and they will loop hole you to no end so that they dont have to give you a refund on their product that does not work. My eyes literally work better without their glasses on my face.
Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Our customer service is available by phone, email, chat and social media around the clock, 24\7. We can be easily reached at any time, including weekends and holidays at all times to answer any questions and concerns. Our dedicated customer service team works around the clock to make sure any and all issues are taken care of. We are always working on improving all of the above, whether by opening new facilities, working and negotiating our agreements with carriers or expanding our customer service team and making them more efficient. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
