Glasses USA is a great company to do business with. I have used them before and I go back with them because they are helpful and easy to business with. Most important, they have always produced great glasses for me.

I have submitted a return for this order. I didn't request blue/light lenses for my 2.5 year old. So I have had to return this order.

Easy to use, love the try on feature, user friendly, love the glasses
It was not the easist thing I have ever done.' Had probelms with the uploading my perscription.
Had to be sent 3 times
Also have my Eye Dr check the lens against my perscription and found the lens were not made to my prescription exactly, but Dr suggested keep them and if they bothered me any more he would have them remade at his office.

Ordered what I wanted. Got it quickly. Enough selection I found what I wanted.
I did do a review on Email, I did not have this form. The service has been great. I was able to take my time and think of the purchase.
I have never had to give the prescription data; I hope I got it right.
Ordering was fine, but refunds/returns or talking to a human is a nightmare.
I ordered two smart glasses (their brand, Revel Tune), one arrived dead on arrival, the other one died after 4months. The chat button is a robot and not robust.
They have an email address on their site, I emailed that and got a response saying that the email isn't monitored, wtf.
Getting a response is super slow.
I just can't get a human. I tried calling once and couldn't get through to someone.
I paid for a 2 year warranty but after 4 months I tried to return and the website is saying I can't return which makes no sense.
I would NOT buy from them again based on the issues I'm having.
I really like the smart glasses but it sucks to pay soo much for them and they don't work and GlassesUsa has such sucky customer service.

I ordered the wrong size and have returned the glasses. I want the same style, just in a Large instead of a Medium. When you return a pair of glasses, the site gives you options like "get a full refund, get a store credit, or change the style". It doesn't say anything about returning the glasses for the same style, just in a different size. And forget trying to get a live person on the phone!

My original order for a pair of glasses and a pair of sunglasses was placed over 3 months ago. The glasses arrived perfect but the sunglasses arrived with scratched frames. I sent them back for a replacement.
The replacement frames took over 3 weeks to receive and they arrived damaged as well. I had to send them back to be replaced for a second time.
Again the replacement took over 3 weeks to receive. They arrived damaged AGAIN! In fact they weren't even packed properly. They were only in the soft glasses case in a bubble wrap mailer, not even in a box.
Now I am trying to just return them for a refund because I'm over it. I have reached out to customer service 3 times since I received the third pair of damaged frames. Each time they said they will be sending a return label but I have not yet received one.
I have never been treated so poorly by a company and made to feel like I'm doing something wrong.
I am now going to call customer service for the fourth time to see why I have not received a return label for the damaged sunglasses.
GlassesUSA needs to do better.

The first pair of glasses I got one was great and the other one had the wrong prescription. I contacted customer service and they remade the glasses for me and this time they work great.
Prompt customer service, great help from Caleb, good prices and big selection. My frames production was delayed due to an issue beyond the control of GlassesUSA, but after I received them I was quite happy! I appreciated that the original non-prescription lenses were sent along so that when I get a new pair (updated prescription) in the future, I can pop the lenses back in and continue to use the glasses with contacts--nice touch!

Terrible customer service, no real person. They dragged my order so my prescription expired. I can't buy it from anyone else now and no money returned. Gave me store credit. I am not buying anything from you. Messed up just whole order and my experience. Terrible you guys should do better

The glasses are to specifications and arrived quickly! Easy ordering process.
The customer service rep helped me through my order however I didn't get my prescription attached and I ended up with non-prescription sunglasses, that is not what I wanted. I was told I would get an email with the request for a copy of the prescription but I never received the request. Kind of disappointed.

Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
