I ordered 2 pairs of sunglass from the site, and they came super quick. However, I had to return both pairs because I did not like the way they looked on me. Only one of the pairs showed that they were delivered, so I had to reach out to the customer service team so they could change the delivery status of the other pair to show they were delivered as well so I could exchange both pairs. They updated the status within 48 hours and I was able to start the exchange process.

The glasses are way too big and slide off my face. I tried to return them so I could purchase a different pair but the chat bot said It was not elegable. I bought expensive designer glasses that I cannot wear and I am very disappointed.

I ordered these Ray-Bans to replace ones I lost. So I know what to expect from Ray-Ban, they are exceptional quality, best optics of any glasses ever. What I got were genuine Ray-Ban frames with horrible, cheap, off market lenses. Vision clarity is POOR, polarization is almost zero, you can literally see the distortion in these lenses, and no wonder, they are NOT genuine Ray-Ban lenses! No Ray-Ban logo on them anywhere. Nothing on their website says they use cheap knockoff lenses. Very misleading!
I was able to return them for refund but that in itself was a chore. Customer service is non-existent. Don't bother calling, waste of time listening to recorded messages that send you right back to the website. Horrible experience.

I received my order the way I wanted it, and I'm happy with my glasses. The delivery could be a little faster, but other than that, I do not have any complaints.
Don't get your glasses from your optometrist when you can get them much cheaper from GlassesUSA with a far greater selection! I had ordered a pair from my optometrist and cancelled the order so I could get them from GlassesUSA.

My package was stolen and Customer Service resolved the issue immediately.
It took almost three weeks to get my order. In this day and age of shipping, this is archaic. Only to find that I didn't like the glasses and now have to send back. The online "try on" isn't accurate and all of the glasses were bigger in person than on screen

We're sorry to hear that the glasses you had ordered are too big for you. It is important to keep the frame size in mind when looking for a new pair of glasses. You can determine the size you need by checking the size of the glasses you are currently wearing. To locate the dimensions of your existing frames, you can check the inside of the temples (or arms) for a set of three numbers. Please check out our video describing how to read the dimensions printed on your frame.

When you have determined the dimensions of your current frames, you will be able to compare them to the measurements listed under each frame’s product description. Please note that when comparing your dimensions to those on the website, the temple amount should remain about the same. However, the Lens Width and the Bridge amount can be within two millimeters above or below your current measurements. Each frame on the website comes in the one size listed.
We created the Virtual Try-On Mirror so you could get a more accurate picture of how the frames fit your face. To use it, simply follow these steps:
1. Click on the frame you like.
2. Click the small tab below the main photo with the words 'try it on'
3. Click the blue box just below this image that says ‘UPLOAD IMAGE.’
4. Choose an image from your computer, Facebook or even take a photo with your webcam.
As the Try It on feature will not take measurements into account, it cannot be used as a sizing tool. As such, we strongly recommend that you also check the measurements listed below the frame’s product description and compare them with your current frames.

Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
