This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a business. I ordered a pair of reading glasses and, admittedly, failed to include the "ADD" portion of the prescription due to a confusing website. I called them to get it corrected. Then their emails started. They would ask me one question and wait for reply. Then they would ask one more. This went on for 5-6 question, with me always thinking I was done. One of these was requesting a photo copy of the prescription, which I sent. They then sent me a copy of the prescription they intended to make and it was different from what I needed. After a week of back and forth I had no confidence that I would get an accurate pair of glasses and cancelled the order. They were going to charge me a ~$10 fee and I told them it was stealing from someone since I had done nothing wrong. They refunded the whole amount.
I have reached out to them several times and still no response back, I had order my glasses on November 19th and its been two weeks still without my glasses nor any help. What was really sketchy was when I messaged them via live chat. It was past their usual hours, however it said I could still leave a message and they'd just get to me the next day. When I sent one, I got an automatic response saying that I had reached them during their regular business hours and that they are currently reaching out to "other costumers", and would have to call instead. It was 10 p.m., their business hours are from 9 a. M to 5 p.m. I just want my glasses! I feel like they are intentionally not trying to help out!

For several weeks now I have tried to get assistance for an address to send the glasses back for repair or a replacement pair. I received one email stating that I should place the temples under hot water so that they would adjust, same as posted in the leaflet that came with the glasses. It has been over a month! Since my order. I called customer service and they dot even know what's going on. There management is email only?. They prompted to tell me about a delay and they said it's "Overstock" now I worked in retail if an item is overstock there should be an abundance left over? Right I'm not dumb buyer beware if your glasses should take more then two weeks go some where else.

I love these frames. These glasses are everything I expected and more! I love the shape, style and color. They are also super light weight compared to my previous lenses! I bought these as a type of glasses for blue light protection since I work in front of a screen for majority of the day but I am now wearing these everywhere. Very satisfied!

I cannot get used to my glasses which are bifocals. The distance prescription is wrong & they will only give me 1/2 of what I paid and it states that they need to be new & unworn! How is that 100%guarantee? STAY AWAY! I would give them a minus 10 stars if I could!

My frustration finally ended.
After 3 attempts with a competitor to order sunglasses unsuccessfully after many calls
L and returns I was able to get a refund. My prescription was changed and an excuse given yet I could not see.
I found Glassesshop and received my eyeware with nicer frames, better price and best I can see.
I will definitely order again and recommend.

This is the ONLY place I order my glasses from now. They always have a fantastic combination of sales and discounts and I tell people about them all the time. Shipping is anywhere from about 2 to 3 weeks, and the wait is certainly worth it. I scored 4 complete pair for right around 80 bucks and that including shipping!

I ordered glasses here over a month ago and keep checking the tracking but it never updates. I contacted customer service they said because of covid it's delayed... uhm I've ordered glasses online from tons of other places and the shipping and turn around time is always quick. So I finally broke down and called the post office they looked up the tracking number and said the label was printed but the glasses were never actually shipped from the facility... wow I can't believe I was ripped off... what a waste of time and money... will NEVER buy from here again... so disappointed... I just really wanted these glasses too... so sad they lost what would have been a great customer...

I love these frame! I got the largest version because I was scared the smaller versions wouldn't work with my face shape. They feel sturdy and industrial, but they're still feminine and accentuate my jaw nicely. I really like the look.
