I made my order and then realized less then 5 hours later i miss typed part of my perception I called in to change it and was told it was fine then two days later was emailed that I need to pay for half of the original lenes which weren't even made yet.
I really was not expecting the glasses to be much of anything. However, the shipping time was great, and the quality of the frame was great as well! The ordering process is simple, and there are many different styles to choose from. All you do is put it your prescription and select your style! I definitely will be ordering from here next time. Love the frame very much!

I am cancelling my order due to the customer service rep speaking to me like I was garbage. I never got to being able to review the actual glasses since my order is not placed yet. I had to to verify my prescription, which I did via phone call after contacting live chat, but the verification didn't go through. When I checked back today, I was spoken to so rudely that I just want my money back. I have e mailed and left voice mails to ask for a refund. We'll see if I get one. Do NOT recommend. I've been ordering glasses online for 13 years, never had an experience like this.

I was so worried about buying glasses online. I have a pretty strong prescription and I've always had to pay hundreds of dollars to get lenses that are thin enough and frames that are actually cute. I am so unbelievably thrilled with how these turned out! Will definitely be buying from here in the future!

I was so so happy when I received it. The delivery was super fast and it was well packed and perfect. I am very VERY happy with my purchase. This is one of the best frames ever. I prefer the lightness and comfort. Besides, I find it very beautiful aesthetically not even feel once worn. I highly recommend it.

After shopping around for a pair of polarized, progressive lens prescription sunglasses, I was shocked by the prices at the big name websites. Anywhere from $325 to $800!
Checking further, I came across glassesshop.com. Hmmmm... What do we have here?
The reviews were mixed.
On the positive side: There were minimal complaints about getting the prescription wrong, so they had that going for them. And the prices. The prices were outstanding!
On the negative side: The styles were very limited. Reading the reviews, most of the complaints I saw were about long delivery times (since coming from China) and nonexistent customer service when checking on delivery.
Being frugal, I took the plunge and on 7/25/2020 I ordered the Gaskell model sunglasses, with progressive lenses, polarized, UV coating and anti-scratch. All for just $99.00 with the online discount coupon! And then I settled in for a long wait.
But low and behold, on 8/12/2020 (2 ½ weeks later) they showed up in my mailbox. This was way earlier than I expected.
The glasses work perfectly. The prescription is spot on. The only complaint I have is that the shipping package consisted of the plastic case the glasses came in, wrapped in a thin plastic non-padded envelope. Not very sturdy, as one of the lenses was dislodged from the frame upon arrival. But that was easily fixed.
Would I recommend them? Yes, if price was a concern and you were not impatient.

These glasses are great! Can't beat the price for a pack of three and they each came with their own cloth case and microfiber cloth for cleaning. The styles included in the pack are great- very on trend and exactly the options I was hoping for. So far my boyfriend and I love them! These are our first go at trying blue light glasses so I'm sure there are brands out there that may be way more effective in terms of use but so far these have been serving their purpose well.

These people are very shady. I am disabled and needed glasses badly because mine got broke. I went to eye dr and got script but could not afford their price. So i went on line and ordered from this UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS. Well the next morning my brother came by and brought me new glasses that he went and got from my eye drs office. I was unaware because he wanted to surprise me. So 17 hrs after i ordered i called to cancel my order after being on hold an hour i was told i could cancel and get all my money back minus an 8.95 processing fee. Then at 10pm the same night i get a email telling me my lenses were already being processed which is bull because i wear multi focal lenses which they dont have them there they send off to get them made no way were they made that fast... also they were ordered at 6pm i know they arent open 24 hrs. They told me i could get 64 dollars back out of 215 because i had to pay for lenses.Im 60 years old and never experienced this type of shady crap from a business. I will be contacting BBB Monday also checking with pay pal to see if theres anything they can do and let them know of this companies practices. Also my brother in law is an attorney. Already spoke with him and hes gonna look into it. BEWARE DO NOT DEAL with this company

I have been able to track that these arrived at the Shanghai airport on May 1st and that Canada Post is to receive the package but that has not happened- it's now June 17th. I was prepared for a wait but these seem to have disappeared without a trace.

It's a scamming site! You will never receive anything you "order". They just steal your money. You can write as much as you want to them or call them. They only make excuses and you will never ever get whether the items or your money back.

I ordered two pairs of sunglasses which were delivered to the wrong address weeks after I bought them. After being hung up on 3 times I finally spoke to someone who was very nice and assured me that they would take care of the problem. I then received an email stating it was my problem and suggested that I simply go to the address they were delivered and pick up the package. The address was in a different state! Horrible customer service - do not purchase anything from this site

Glasses were just as described, and they did a great job with my and my husband's prescriptions. They got my husband's correct which was why we switched and tried Glassesshop out. He has a diferrent prescription for each eye and they nailed it unlike the last company who had everything wrong. I will definitely do business with them again. Shipping was accurate due to COVID-19. (3 weeks)

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses that were labeled as large frames and lenses. I expected such. I got them in yesterday, they look like knock off harry potter glasses. They said i should have looked at the dimensions better and ordered large. I asked them to recommend some large ones that were similar and they gave me links to the same ones i bought. They also said that they would only give me a full refund if I shipped them back myself, my cost. Refused to send a prepaid shipping package or reimburse me for shipping cost.
