I am editing my previous glowing review to 1 star. They block people instead of talking to them about any issues. My script was wrong and when I said that they decided to stop doing business with me. The multitude of 1 star reviews speak for themselves. The glasses were always nice and I never had blurred vision or anything with the script but they were in fact not the prescription that I requested.

I have placed two orders for glasses and there will probably be many more in the future! My first order included 3 pairs of glasses. Two of which were progressive bifocals. These came to me in a reasonable time frame and were a good quality for the price. The lenses were perfect. I earned points toward a second order, so I purchased another pair that was a different style and got them for $25 (non bifocal). For that price, I can order different styles for different moods or outfits. I can't recommend them enough.

First of all my first order was put in on Nov 20,2020.
I did not received them until the first week in January. That was 7 weeks and the order was wrong,
I have Dyslexia so anything I do I always have some one check what I do.
Then some one from your company call on December 3, if I had wanted the order to go through,
I called on December 28, and no answer to where my glasses were.
On the 4th called 11:57 left a message to call back never did, on the 4th again at 3:08 called again nothing,
One day after got the glasses and they were wrong.
I called on the 8th to see what I could do, got points to get new glasses,
Put the order in on January 12 and got charged $5.95 shipping. Which I payed that day on the 12th,
Even though I picked out frames $10.00 cheaper,
I didn't check my text for a few days when I did they said my order was on hold,
I called on the 20 of January only to find they said I did not pay the $5.95
They did not apply it to the bill.
I proved that I payed and they said they would put the order in, on the 12th
Got up and checked today and they still have not put the order in,
It's January 24 that's three months to get this company to get this order right?
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY ONE!

LOVE these! I plan on buying these again in a different color because I love them so much. They also look great and I have gotten a bunch of compliments. I will say that if you have a smaller face, the large frames might not compliment your face shape. And you can't beat the price! Highly recommend!

First time hearing about blue light glasses by a co worker. These where a budget type and I didn't mind tryin them out. I LOVED them so much got great compliments on them at the office. Perfect size not as big as I thought which will depend on face features. Will recommend to co workers for sure. They do make a difference! Really good quality as well.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I tried returning a pair of glasses and what should be an easy process has been difficult and frustrating. It has been over a month and still no progress. Very dissatisfied and will never recommend. If you are going to have a return policy - follow it. I just keep getting emails going in circles.

I ordered my glasses on 11/15/20 and it is now 12/16/20 and still no glasses. I Called 10 days ago to check understanding that we are in covid times and things can get backed up, they told me my glasses had shipped and since I still haven't received my glasses I called today and was told that the frames were lost and that I can get a refund or they can remake them. They told me that they emailed about this and I checked my junk folder just in case and im not surprised by now that they had not emailed me. The website is nice and easy to navigate but this business is in over its head and it seems to operate very poorly based on my experience and the reviews of other customers. I should also add that the people that finally answer the phone when they do answer sound like they are speaking from their home while there are dogs barking in the background and babies crying as well as other background noise. Like they say if it sounds to good to be true it probably is and although the prices seem great its a long shot that you will be satisfied. Check the better business bureau reviews and complaints and see for your self before you take a chance with glasses shop.

I love these frames so much. I am shocked at how good these glasses are... I have been wearing glasses for about 10 years. Never ordered online before. I did the measuring, online try on, etc., but did not expect these to fit so well, but actually feel so good, and still be at good price. I am ordering another pair, but in sunglasses. I got this frame for my daughter as her glasses broke in the middle of this corona virus pandemic so we couldn't go to the eye doctor to get a replacement ordered. Answer: Because of Covid, I paid $25 for expedited shipping. Unbelievably I received a tracking shipping number in the morning and received my glasses that night!
