I ordered a pair of glasses, didn't like them so they offered a credit to get a new pair (minus shipping cost).,
Didn't like the second pair, now they won't give me a refund only 50% credit.
I'm not happy with 2 pairs, I am not going to order another.
I feel like I wasted my money and they are a scam.

Easy to order, walking thru the steps couldn't have been easier. Everything ic clearly explained, and if you need help its available... BOGO is the way to go when the deal comes up. They recently arrived and the quality is exceptional and in line with "big box" stores, but better pricing.

Ordered 2 pair of prescription eyeglasses on 12/16/22. One pair are 40% tint, one pair are transition lenses. Received them 12/31/22 and they are very nice with no flaws. If you're not in need of your order immediately I would recommend.

They blame "delays in Paypal", they delay weeks of delays on "float",'but they absolutely refuse to cancel an order when they refuse to ship it. Weeks and weeks you will wait and they will take your money and block your attempt to go with someplace else. Absolute worst retailer I've dealt with in 2 years. Oh - and their crappy glasses fall apart off your head while you're driving. 8 emails requesting cancelation and they won't do it. Nightmare firm, STAY AWAY.

First and last time we will. Ever order from this company. We ordered 2 pairs of progressive lenses glasses. My boyfriends glasses are progressive lenses but mine are NOT. One of the legs on my boyfriends glasses is loose and can't be tightened anymore. My glasses have a crack in the bottom of the frame that is about to break the rest of the way through(picture provided) and I get told I had to buy another frame at half price. Customer services demands you to email them instead of calling them and their customer service rep on the phone sucks! Their solution to the problem with our glasses is to pay half price on the frames and pay the shipping fee for them to send me a new frame. Oh and when I get the new frames I can pop the lenses out and put them in the new frames myself. Very sad when the glasses aren't even a month old and they want you to pay for new frames and fix it tour self when their frames don't hold up. I should have stuck with Glasses USA.com especially since I have NEVER had a problem with them in the last 15 yrs I have ordered from them. Guess this is what I get for trying a new company just because of a BOGO deal. Won't make that mistake again!

Imagine my surprise when I put on my sunglasses the other day and it was like a film was all over the lens. I tried cleaning them to no avail. It's like the tint has some sort of haze to it. Can't see out of any part of the lens. I called customer service, and their response was too bad they are well out of warranty. She is correct as they are 1 year and 2 months past that. She offered no solutions for their poor quality. Just that I would have to go get a new prescription and order new ones. I have been wearing prescription sunglasses for years, and this is the first time I've had this sort of problem. I can assure you it will be the last time with Glassesshop.com. I'll stick with my local eye dr from now on.

Broke the bow on the frames I purchased in April and gave then order number but they claim the can not find my order. This is the second frames I had received same response saying they can't find my oder. Strange I can find my oder with my account. Not good business practice.

I was initally negative because it took me several attempts to get my order submitted via their web site. In so doing I did not find the site user friendly for entering the inital purchase discount code (so I missed out on that one;-(. Then the transaction did not show on my credit card. Making matters worse my credit card was soon flagged for fraud by Chase. I was initally afraid this was not a legitimate site (but I was WRONG). To make the story short ~ I got my glasses today (even though Chase sent me a new Credit Card). The transaction did go through (and was 3-4 times) cheeper than the other pair I just got from Walmart. Also the glasses from the GlassesShop are perfect! Thank you GlassesShop! I am now flipped to being a happy customer (not sure how my CC was compromised - but it must have been from some other source).

It was my fault for not doing more research on this company before buying a product from them. It's been almost 4 weeks and still haven't got a conformation email of my order, only a order number that I screenshot. I'm currently on the phone with customer service and I'm pretty sure I'm the first one to call because I called the second it opened and I've been on hold for 20 minutes now and I'm not staying on this for an hour. I see reviews get quite the same response, therefore I'm writing a review to get someone to look at my case and give me a refund. Y'all are quick to charge but not quick enough to give to give the product in return. I find it silly to wait to get the tracking number to work AFTER it's been shipped. Please respond ASAP because I need my money back. No store credit please nor hoops to jump through preferably. This company gives off scammer vibes because they seem like they don't try to improve when constructive criticism is given. Don't buy from here because it's nerve wracking, unless you are okay with giving up your money/card information to a company you don't know about like I did.:/
UPDATE: literally just got my glasses they seem okay. I was so frustrated that I didn't even like how they looked on my face but everyone around me say that they look fine so, no need for a refund. BUT that still doesn't discount my overall review. I was hung up on trying to call customer support and had to leave a message (I called as soon as they opened and stayed on hold for 30 minutes). There is no way to track my order so I didn't even know that my glasses were already shipped (no conformation email or anything just a notice after my order to screenshot my tracking number.) please have better customer service because people want to know where their hard earned money is going to. Poor product and services... first they charge for glasses and shipping suppose to free then they again charge for shipping without informing. Second they order from China same product is on aliexpress which you can order for few bucks. Third we have order progressive lens but what it wasn't progressive lenses. Old fashion 2 piece lens not progressive at all. Disappointed quality.

The ordering was easy, the first pair I got was progressive - which I've never worn before - and it turns out they gave me a massive headache. I asked for an exchange and they sent standard bifocals for only a delivery charge of $5.95.
Excellent customer service, really nice glasses and they honored their satisfaction guarantee policy. Highly recommended!
