I love the fit, and love that they have nose pads. I ordered them in 1.74-index lenses, and they are so light I hardly know I have them on. I don't usually get this shape either, but it's nice for a change. At your prices, I can buy lots of glasses for less than the price of one pair at an optical shop. I'm awaiting another pair that I ordered. I like to have more than one.

I have been waiting for over 1 month for my Rx sunglasses. It said it'll take 7-10 business days to make them and I was fine but I had to reach out several times to get an update! Now with the tracking no in hand the status says it's awaiting pickup and it's been over a week waiting at their facility. I will not be ordering from this place again. They are cheap for frames/lenses but simply not worth the inconvenience.

Standard shipping can take 2 to 2 ½ weeks from Date of ordered to delivery at your doorstep. Keep in mind, any questions the lab may have or missing information may affect this shipping timeframe. USPS picks up the glasses from our office and does not always update their system which we have no control over the updating of the tracking. It is in the hands of the US Post Office.

Ordered a pair of glasses for my wife from them. It was shipped directly from China. They claim to be US based company but they are only getting things done in China. The left lens of the glasses has a defect that looks like a bubble.It is not the coating, it is in the lens material itself. The other problem is the temple arm ear piece. It is separating from the frame. Another defect.
On that same left lens the lens is rough and not finished on the bottom edges. 3rd defect.
I contacted them twice today and have yet to receive a response for a full refund. Further looking at their return policy shows you must pay for return shipping even if there is a factory defect. That is total junk. In my opinion I've been severely ripped off by this company and will never do business with them again. Horrible excuse for a company. Pick another company to do business with.

Just I looking for

I bought the glasses to try the screen protective lenses. It is super cute and comfortable. I planned to only wear it when I was staring at my computer, but I love it so much that I am wearing it almost all day. It is great.

Wrong prescription

I got the wrong prescription on the lens-- I could barely see a thing. Customer service was extremely unhelpful and kept asking for "original doctor's prescription" for verification, which is ridiculous since I have been using the same prescription for years, so you could just compare against any of the 4 other pairs of glasses I own that also have the same prescription.

I thought I would try them out, but I think I'll just go back to Zenni.

The prescription seems correct BUT... my vision seems warped. Everything straight appears to be bowed and makes me feel strange. I had another company manufacture the exact same prescription in an old pair of frames and they are just fine. So, I recognize that although the prescription GlassesShop filled may be correct, the quality of their grinding of the lenses isn't good. I will never order from them again. And their Customer Service is not very good. Buy elsewhere.

I bought a nice frame and very affordable multifocal glasses. After wearing the glasses for about half a year, the frame broke. I've asked GlassesShop how they can help me, but have low expectancy because of their 90 days warranty.

We do apologize Jan, however other online eye glass companies do that the same or similar return policy such as Zenni and Glasses USA. Glasses USA has within 14 days return policy.

I am so surprised at how much I love these glasses. I have a tiny head and it always takes me so long to find frames that fit my face. I was really worried they wouldn't fit. But i got them in the mail and fell in love immediately!

Horrible Company

I ordered a pair of glasses they arrived 12 days later in a flimsy small box and were broken. I called customer the very next day and they said return them. Well to my surprise I had to pay for the return even though they arrived broke. This company is a joke. The customer service is horrible. I asked to speak with a supervisor and I am still waiting. I will never ever recommend or use this company again. They are a waste of time and a joke. I am still waiting for my refund...

I purchased two pairs of prescription glassed from GlassesShop.com. They took quite a while to arrive, but that was expected. One of the glasses was ok. But the other pair had something seriously wrong. As soon as I put them on, my eyes felt extremely uncomfortable and I couldn't see very well while wearing them. I took them off and inspected them. It appeared that one of the lenses was thicker than the other. I suspect that probably caused the issue, but I cannot tell for certain. I contacted GlassesShop.com to explain the issue and to enquire if they could replace the faulty pair. They asked me to send them a picture of the faulty glasses, which I did. Then they with the quoted text below.
"Thank you for the picture. We have rechecked the issue with our Lab. The different astigmatism on your both eyes will be reflected on your lenses. Due to your strong prescription, the thickness difference of the lenses will be obvious. We did process your glasses to your order details. Also, according to our Lab, the lens thickness will not affect your vision. Concerning your case, please take your glasses to your eye doctors office to have your glasses tested to see if the prescription on the lenses can match up with the one in your order form, then ask them to issue you a letter on their letterhead to prove they were made incorrectly. Once we receive the letter stating glasses were indeed made incorrectly we will remake a new pair of glasses for you at no additional cost or process a full refund to you. We appreciate your understanding on this matter."
I found this quite ridiculous. This was a lot of effort and cost I had to spend to get the glasses replaced. I think they did just just to get me to go away without replacing the defective glasses. I responded that they should ignore my request, which they appeared glad to do. I have had much better experiences with Zenni and Coastal contacts. Neither of them ever sent me a pair of worthless, unusable glasses.

I purchased 2 sets of prescription sunglasses in April 2018, they arrived on May 10th 2018. My favorite pair broke by June 18th 2018. The wire frame that held the lenses in snapped and could not be repaired. I called their customer support and they told me they only have a 30-day warranty and because I had them for 38 days they would not help me. They offered a 50% discount if I purchased another pair. Not a chance. They will never get another penny from me. Buyer Beware!

These are my third pair of frames from them, and these have easily become my new everyday glasses. I love the nose pads on this style as well, I wish more of their frames offered nose pads like on this style! Highly recommend!

Ive been ordering from glasses shop for years. I have prescription glasses that cost me over 200 dollars that I use as a spare (I lose glasses a lot and would rather not lose these). Buying a cheap pair that gets the job done is perfect for me considering I lose them every other year. I love that they let you search by ALL your measurement needs (frame, bridge, lens width, etc) I just use measuring tape on my current glasses and look at whatever's available in my exact size. I think people need to refer to the carpenters triangle when buying online. GOOD FAST CHEAP, YOU ONLY GET TWO. If its good and fast its not gonna be cheap. If its good and cheap, youre probably gonna be waiting a while for it. If its fast and cheap its probably not the greatest quality. I love glasses shop. Just pay attention to the measurements. The pair you love most, may not come in your size.
