I hate to write reviews, but this company deserves one. I was scared to order from them because of the reviews but the price was so tempting. I bought two pair of progressives for $127 with expedited shipping. I got them in 10 days. They were perfect and I love them. I worked at an Eye Dr's office for years. I made the lenses and put them in the frames and did the quality check. You as a customer need to check the measurements of the frames. Don't just guess. Where I worked the glasses I bought would have cost me $900 easy. You are NOT getting less quality by ordering online. I ordered the lenses I know what they cost. I saw what was paid for the frames. I would never ever order from a brick and mortar. I know their prices have to cover rent and overhead. Also if the RX is not working for you, and they want you to confirm the lenses are incorrect by the Dr, what they mean is go get them checked. Also it cost nothing to have that done. Reviews make you think you have to pay for that. You don't. It's the logical next step. I've seen people complain because they wanted reading glasses. You have to put in the RX that you need. I know how to transpose mine but you need to ask the Drs. Office for the RX to be changed for you. If you want reading glasses, get one for that along with your normal prescription. If you want intermediate ask for that or explain to them in your words what you want and they can figure out what you are talking about. They will give it to you. I do feel like this might need to be explained on the site. Or like, on Zenni they will do it automatically for you if you need. I could say more but my point is, it's a great deal, do your homework. It's more than worth to wait remake if you need. I had to remake lens before many many times. It just happens. A lot of the negative reviews are because people don't know what's going on. I would wait 6 months for these because of the price, but you won't have to. I didn't add a photo because I just didn't want to take the time as I do hate to write reviews and obviously I am no good at it. I forgot. When your Drs. Office finds out you are gonna order online they will try to tell you that if the PD is wrong that they won't be able to tell. That is a bunch of HOOEY. There is no reason that they give that should make you not order unless maybe you have some ridiculous high amount of prism. I could go on forever. I'm going to stop now.
I recently purchased a pair of glasses from glassesshop.com. They arrived with one lens incorrect - their "bad", I input the Rx correctly, they made it wrong. After having to waste more time than I felt I should to prove to glassesshop that THEY messed up, they did remake the glasses. The frames on these are so bent that the optical place I took them to for adjustment couldn't do anything. This has just become a comedy of errors! Now I have to switch the correct lens into the straight frame.
I buy glasses online frequently. In fact I purchased two other pairs of glasses from two other online businesses at the same time. Those had no problems. Glassesshop had the best price and the speed/shipping wasn't something I could complain about. But they need to figure out what Quality Control is. It would save a lot of people wasting time for things that should not be issues.

These people do not run a serious business! They do not stand behind their products. I paid for progressive lenses and when received there was not correction for farsightedness. Called and emailed numerous times after receiving, but got no resolution, even though they said that they would remake. Waste of money! Order from someone else!

I ordered sunglasses on March 28 and just received them on April 19th! Almost 4 weeks! Not cool. The glasses look nice, feel well made and my prescription is correct so no complaints there. Just don't order here if you're in a hurry!
After receiving my glasses after 2 weeks, I could not see through them. I spoke to Tanya who said I would get an email address so I could send them back, I never received the email. Called back 3 days later and spoke to Michele who explained that I would get a full credit and I could then reorder the glasses again which takes another 2 to 3 weeks. They couldn't get it right the 1st time, why would I do it again? This is outrageous. I lost my money but will never do business with them again. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE processed in China and you can't see through glasses even though prescription numbers are accurate. Outrageous
Just got my transition glasses and the prescription changes about 8 mm up the lens. I have to literally place something on my chin to read it. I sent an email to the company and got the worst response! They tried everything in their power to shift the blame onto me. The site says they offer a 14 day full refund if not satisfied and they tried to offer me "point" credit instead. Save yourself a headache and wasted time! Shop elsewhere!

Order the frame, named FZ1032. Love the style; more contemporary look plus the price cannot be beat. Love it.
I ordered two pairs of glasses from them. When I got them, I tired them on and my eyes immediately crossed. They got the pupillary distance WAY wrong and refused to do anything to help me correct the problem. I sent them a copy of my prescription and one month later, I am still stuck with these worthless glasses. They are MADE IN CHINA and will not give you your money back or even help with a credit or return. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Order elsewhere. I wish I'd read these reviews before sending money for two pairs of glasses. One gave me instant dizziness and the other gave me headaches. I've used the same prescription to order from the Zenni and goggles4u with no problem. They would not offer a 100% refund due to manufacturing error without me spending more money to go to an optometrist to have the glasses checked. Yes, it's in their refund policy but I've never had problems ordering online glasses. I would go with a store with a better refund policy if they make errors in manufacturing your glasses

WARNING this site is not a scam? I ordered from Belgium two pairs of glasses, one for my myopia correction, and a non-slip accessory and I get a pair of weird plastic glasses that I did not order and which looks like nothing, does not appear not on their site and comes from a particular China. I cannot see a thing with my glasses. I sent my prescription for review and was told if I had my eye doctor check them and if it wasn't correct send the results on "letterhead", I would receive a 100% refund. The placement of the bifocal is incorrect and my eye doctor provided the requested information. They are saying this is my fault and only offering a 50% refund. Very disappointed. Never had this problem with Zenni!

Love these glasses. So lightweight. They fit super cute, wasn't sure about round frames at first but I love these. They also don't slip off of your nose at all, feel secured.
They offer 100% refund if you take store credit, but only 50% if you don't. They ground my glasses wrong, but won't give refund unless I go back to the eye doctor and have them checked. That would cost me $100, and the glasses only cost $100 so, I'm stuck. I lost $50 on glasses they ground wrong. BEWARE

Answer: Because of Covid, I paid $25 for expedited shipping. Unbelievably I received a tracking shipping number in the morning and received my glasses that night!
