This is totally a worst experience I ever had! This company is totally a big disappointment and unreliable, I orldered a gift one week ago oline, it was a surprise birthday gift for my sister in Australia and it supposed to delivery on yesterday 16/3 but it never made it so I called them and they accused me that my address and phone number was incorrect but I checked them like 10 times and it was definitely correct! So I live chat with the staff and they said they will delivery that today (17/3) instead! But today it never happen again, so I live chat with them for another 4 hours, they finally said your gift will delivery on Friday or next Monday! THIs is ridiculous! What is the point to send a surprise bday gift after 3-5 days late? It's not fair and I won't trust them anymore! So I definitely won't recommend this company for gift cause they totally riuned a bday surprise! I'll have my money back but the suprise is gone! This is the worst! Think twice before u put the order! Peace!

My mother placed order as a birthday surprise for me to be delivered Monday 14 March. This order was a complete disappointment and proof of awful service:

A.) The simple order was delivered late on afternoon of Tuesday 15 March, despite the explicit request for 14 March delivery and extra payment for expedited delivery.

B.) Cake was horribly & unprofessionally packed using old used Blick newspapers

C.) The cake looked absolutely nothing like what the product pictured online and did not have any of the icing greeting requested.

D.) The small accompanying card was very obviously the one free postcards provided at gas station stands and had my mother's personal message unprofessionally printed directly from the website (in pages sad Times New Roman font) and crudely cut-out + taped with scotch-tape to the back of this sad free postcard.

E.) The vendor repeatedly asked my mother for scanned copies of her personal ID (driver's license/passport) + credit card (front + back, with security codes) after claiming payment issues. This is not only a completely unprofessional request, but seriously has the appearance of requesting highly sensitive personal + financial data for the purposes of fraudulent activities.

In the end the surprise was entirely spoiled as the order was delayed and my mother was forced to share all of the order details with me so I could track delivery on my end. Even after delivered, the product was nothing like what had been advertised and paid for by my mother and I am now incredibly upset she spent her money on such an awful service and product.

SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY, STAY AWAY FROM THIS DECEITFUL COMPANY.

Wondering if they are under the jurisdiction of the retail ombudsman - formal complaint in process. Order not delivered, given multiple, conflicting excuses and then a number of automatic replies. The company is clearly profiting on non delivery. They are also still advertising their page on Facebook, am trying to get them taken down. If anyone has any idea who they are regulated under or what the correct forum is to tackle this it would be really helpful.

I ordered what appeared to be a cute chocolate flower gift basket. What arrived was awful and probably only cost 4 dollars to put together, far from the $140 I paid because this was an international delivery. I have attached a photo. Whatever you do stay away. Read all the reviews on Facebook or BBB or trustpilot. I made the mistake of not checking before ordering!

One of the most horrible online website, I don't know why google shows their review as 4 stars. Actually one star would be too much for them.
I had very bad experience dealing with these guys they did not deliver my order at all, i had to order on Friday 12th of Feb they never did, very bad service they never answer the emails and when i call them they hang up the phone

This place is an absolute joke. My boyfriend is in the army and currently deployed in another country, he tried sending me a Valentine's gift while he was away. Not only was it 5 days late, but what I was given was delivered was tiny compared to what he ordered and what he paid. The company says 24 hours but I can only get a hold of them late late at night. Was told we would be refunded and so am waiting on that. If the money is not refunded I will find a way to take this joke of a company down so they can't ruin anyone else's happiness. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I wanted to gift my sister a pack of ferro rocher chocolate worth 900rupees

They mailed me that the product I ordered wasn't there
And when I asked about replacement of the product or refund me, there is no response from them.

Is there any way to file a complaint against the site? So that some or the other person would not incur damage due to this site.

I paid $200 for a gift basket but they never delivered.
I spent hours and hours just to write email to them or chat with a fake dummy chat robot. I am going no where from here as I can not get in contact with them.

They r imposters... they take ur money & don nt deliver the product... they r fake... do not waste money... my order no ******* was not at all delivered... they took all my credit card details... bt did not deliver... i called their costumer care nos *******9025 around 30 times... eveyr time they picked up... they were talking with various names ryan, maria, simon etc etc... they were all giving buls$#*! answers... they kept on telling me... they are checking with vendor & wud let me know whn my product wud get delivered... they jsy played around... bt never gave me the exact answer...

If I could have given them a zero stars, I would have. Avoid this operation at all costs. This place is a total rip off. They charge a shipping fee for each item, even if going to the same place on the same day. They also scam you on coupon codes... mine was for 15% off AND free shipping... they still gouged us for shipping.

I ordered four sets of donuts to be delivered to four different recipients for Christmas. I paid, the gifts were said to arrive on Christmas Eve. One Christmas DAY (one day after my gifts should have been delivered), I receive an email asking me to pick another gift because the donuts were out of stock. I immediately responded asking my order to be cancelled. A couple of days later I receive another email asking me to please pick a new item. I responded again saying I would not. Refund my money. I got confirmation that my money would be refunded. It was not. They sent my gifts over three weeks later. Merry Christmas! After only of my recipients has since moved. When I contacted them, I was told simply to contact the recipient since they delivered the product. I have never seen a business quite as bad as this one.

One of the most horrible service any online website can provide. I had placed the order 2 days back to be delivered on 1st Jan. The "same day deliver "was not delievered on the 1st Jan and upon follow up I was guaranteed the order would be delivered but its been 4th Jan and i have been hearing one or the other stories by the customer support team. I just got mail again saying it would take another 3-4 days and expected delivary date would be 7th Jan but thats also not guranteed. Customer support team doesn't understand the people's concern. They say we will give an update but nobody follows it up. There is no proper co-ordination with there local vendors. The reasons being given are very fake and lie and they keep on changing the reasons everyday. Just imagine an "Same day delivery Order" for an important occasion, these people don't have clue what to do even after 7-8 days. I understand there will problems but even after 7 days customer support don't know what to tell, so they come up with new story everyday upon following. The reason i got pissed off is as a business/company they don't care wat's people concern and how there problem should be solved at the earliest.

I should have checked out the reviews before ordering anything from this company and should have known the free shipping was a sign. I placed my order 12/13/15 to be delivered before Christmas, to a location in New Zealand. I was emailed days after the order was placed that they were out of stock of my item. I agreed to an alternative item to be sent and to this day, I am still waiting for shipping confirmation. Their email correspondence always say they will look into it and get back with me. I tried to live chat them 3 times today to no avail as it showed the agent was typing but they never responded. All 3 times it was Simon G so I am assuming he is the only one there. Shame on me for not checking out this company. At least I only lost $36 in the deal.

I ordered and paid for a hamper for Christmas for our son in pretoria, I did this on 08. 12. 15 to be delivered on 23. 12. 15 I payed £73.00 or $108.50 quite a lot when all you get is disability benefit, however I have had no communication from the company except to say they have had our money and we would get an email to confirm when it had been delivered, I Skyped my son today and he has received nothing, we have had no notification and they are totally hopeless on live chat, and they didn't answer their phone even though they say they are 24/6. What a waste of time, let alone disappointment for my son and my wife and I out of pocket. Stay away from this useless company and save your your well earned money.

I sign up with my email hoping to get 10% off on my first purchase but the live chat told me that the offer is off. This is an unethical site with lots of false discounts that I suspect is their marketing strategy to get consumers to shop and lure them into getting items. Fortunately. I have not get anything from there and will not after going through ALL the bad reviews. My concern is how can I unsunscribe from the website? I really don't want to receive any emails from these crooks.
