Please do not use this company. I wish I had researched them first before using. I am in the UK and wanted to send my newphew in a canada a present. They delivered the wrong gift basket and when I complained they asked me to send pictures of the wrong item. I have been trying for over a week to contact them through email, phone and web chat with no luck. My next step is to contact my credit card company and try nd get them t get the money back.

This site is a fraud, I used them in April for a gift no problem the first time. This second time i wanted a 25th Wedding Anniversary Gift filled in the form paid for it. They sent me an e-mail saying it had been delivered but it had not. This is how they suck you in 1st order go's well then all down hill on the second. Do Not Use This Site.

I have ordered a gift basket and I am still waiting for it. I managed to get them on the phone since live chat never works, and have spoken to Arnold. He left me on the phone for 10 minutes and then an answer machine started! I definetely want my money back for something I have paid for and still waiting! Terrible customer service, will never recommend.

Like the others below my experience is much the same. Quick to take your order and process the payment. Ordered cake and bubbly to be delivered to Holland for my Son's 21st. Still not arrived. Stuck on the Chat line and although initially answered when told them my issue - nothing. Even though I've also spoken to the guy who is the name on the chat line apparently! James Ladd, clearly flustered when I called and wanted to put me on hold, I'm calling from the UK, I don't think so! Asked him to keep in touch on chat line whist he said he was going to check details... nothing. Thieving Gits!

Now to call the fraud Dept of my Bank...

THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AND DELIVERED NOTHING! SAID I SHOULD'VE HAD THE REFUND AFTER 4 DAYS SINCE I REPORTED THE INCIDENT AND IT'S BEEN TWO WEEKS I'M TRYING TO ASK OF IT BUT STILL NO RESPOND AND NO REFUND! YOU THIEVES!

The only place they were very efficient was in charging my credit card. Next day they called back and said they don't have what I ordered and I HAVE to take what they offered. After back and forth haggling I finally asked them to deliver what they have but the same day. Next day what I called they have still not delivered and instead of apologizing they asked me not to "HASSLE" them. Please beware, don't even think of buying anything from them

Don't use this company

THIS is the worst company EVER. Do not use them. I ordered a birthday cake and it was confirmed on line as well as by phone. 3 days after the delivery date I get an email " sorry it was lost in transit" They have not been able to rectify it, and I have been charged. This company is a DISGRACE. They are not answering the phone either.

They have a poor customer service and when you contact them, every time a new person come out and you have to tell the story from the beginning.
At least three times over the period of two years they couldn't finish the deal. In Dubai just simply they told me sorry, after a long time they refund me however no bonus or compensation made. It was my friend's birthday and I was embarrassed. They didn't do any thing.
In the BC-Vancouver they have a big delay for the birth day gift and my friend received after the time.
In Montreal two time they changed their offers. The first time they offered the free shipping, then they said that their vendor has changed his idea and I have to pay for it.
Recently they changed my order and sent any thing else to Montreal and still I don't know about the quality and the price. Simple they said, we don't have this offer that you paid for, we have another one! Poor quality service!

Unfortunately I like many others fell victim to to this fraudulent site.

It is a front to taking your money and delivering either the wrong gift you purchased or something of inferior in quality.

There is no response from either the email contact address given or from the website live chat option once they have taken your money.

Stay far far away from this one - you have been warned.

This is the mail i sent them

After talking with your customer support, it is evident that yours is a fraud company and you have been continuing this cheating over the period. I might not be the first person to be cheated as not I get a better understanding of your business model. Most of the times, you escape as the sender might not disclose the cost of the item to receiver and receiver simply confirm they received a gift so the the delivered item need not be same as ordered. By this way majority of your sales will end up without any issues. Your team seem to be very tricky and trained to handle even if some complaint happened.

All together it is a very cheap fraud as you are also spoiling relationships. Your business model itself supports your local partner to cheat anyone as you have the clause of replacement which is very vague.

Do not use the site for overseas delivery. It is absolutely the worst ever! I had endless issues with the ordering process as they do not have all the sites listed in the USA so when you want to pay it is declined as your address does not match. After struggling with 'live-chat' which is a joke as they do not answer your question they did the order & sent an invoice. This form to complete is also badly designed as all the fields are required and you have type in n/a to get to the next step. 2 days before the delivery I receive a note saying the item I ordered is not available, then the day of the delivery it tells me that the earliest delivery will be 2 days later unless I contact them within 3 hours, (email sent at 3am) or it will be further delayed. I'll be waiting to see if it get's delivered.

I ordered a pretty little gift bag for my neice to be delivered on her birthday. And what she got was an ugly basket with cheap candies and those dollar store magnetic baords.
Unbelievable! I wish i read reviews before ordering! I would rate them below 1 if i could.

The order went through and said they would be delivered the next day
They never arrived and when I inquired they said they can not send baked goods in australia

We did have a successful delivery of a Cake to Dalian China in December 2015, so we came back and what a true joke we found with this site with our second visit. We ordered a new cake with a special Anniversary Decoration to be delivered to the exact same address and phone number as used in December. Then we are told can not deliver to this address, wrong phone number and incomplete address. These folks Would not listen to the fact they had been there before. Then they delivered late a BirthDay cake. We asked for 100% SATISFACTION Guarantee and only because of the BirthDay cake and not because they were late. They said all because of wrong address. Would not listen and finally we give up... Be careful and realize there is NO SATISFACTION GUARANTEE with these folks...

I WANT MY REFUND!

I order something for my son in law, I got an e-mail, saying they couldn't send it, and they'll send flowers in place of if. What I ordered was for a man. FLOWERS?. No, I'd like a refund. I got hung up on. Haven't received a refund yet. It's been 4 weeks. Everytime I call, I get hung up on. PLEASE, DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PHONEY WEBSITE!

I ordered cake 1 week before my parents wedding anniversary. The cake should have been delivered on the 18th April but no cake until now! The online chat is automated. I wanted refund but the online chat never answered me properly. My sister in US called several times to the number mentioned on their site but they just kept you hoping that delivery is on the way and that give them some more time. The site offers you a variety of cakes to choose from and ratings but do not believe! They are cheaters! Overall rating is 0 star.

Ordering from this website has by far been the most stressful experience I've had ordering offline. My receiver waited all day for a package that never came. I tried to get in touch with 'Live Chat' many times, however was ignored, but i wasn't ignored during the processing of the order, only when i needed help on finding out where my package was! I emailed this company about 5+ times, tried to call, Skype, nothing. Keep in mind i had my package set to arrive at a specific date, and days after that it still didn't arrive. When i was finally called, i was put on line with a man who had no intention of telling me where my package was or why it never arrived, he only tried to sell me a different shape of box because they were out of the heart ones. I did get my refund after a few days, however i was left a stressed buyer and with a disappointed loved one. Please never shop here, it is a waste of time, if i could give this 0 stars i would. The site seems extremely trustworthy and full of variety but it is FAR from it.

Its not really bad. My boyfriend in Germany got the cake with proper box. And he said the taste is good. Even they put all my messages on the card which is for them not for my boyfriend. And they said it will deliver in 6 days, but the cake delivered 2 days earlier. But thanks anyway.
