Just use another site, this company is horrible. I tried to send a package to family I'm italy and after a month of trying with this company to deliver they said they could not. The funny part is I sent a letter to the same address when I placed the order and usps had no problem sending It and my family received it on time.do not do business with giftsnideas.com
WE ARE A FLORIST IN WOODBRIDGE ONTARIO CANADA, WE RECEIVED TWO ORDERS FOR US TO FILL IN NOVEMBER 2016 WHICH WE FILLED AND DELIVERED. TODATE WE HAVE YET TO BE PAID FOR THEM, WE HAVE CALLED NUMEROUS OF TIMES AND WE SEND THEM OUR INVOICE EVERYDAY WITH NO PAYMENT IN SITE. SCAMMERS, DONT DO WORK FOR THESE THEIVES AND DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. THE POLICE SHOULD GET INVOLVED FRAUD IS A CRIME IN OUR COUNTRY

I placed 4 orders, all were charged to my credit card but for two of them I received an email informing that the orders weren't processed since the credit card "was declined" (Orders ******* and *******), I have been trying to FIX this for the last 3 days without success, their LIVE CHAT SUPPORT is not answering and are ending the chat sessions over and over. Also, I received and email stating that one of the other order that was approved (*******) the product is not available anymore and they asked me how I wish to proceed but I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY FURTHER RESPONSE from my answer. And for the fourth order (*******) I didn't received any confirmation so I don't even know if this will be delivered or not.
WHAT A SHAME, I DEMAND ATTENTION OR A REFUND!
If I could rate this company -5000 I would do that. It is hard to believe this company exist in 2017. It is a joke.
I ordered a birthday cake and received a confirmation email that it would be delivered on Jan 2,2017 as I requested.
On Jan 2nd I went to their website under my account and I saw they changed the delivery date to Jan 3rd without my prior knowledge.On their website it is said product is being delivered on the date I requested. I chatted with their customer service and they said for holidays their bakers are out and they just got to know that today! Is that my problem? I paid this company. I freaking don't care that their bakers are not holiday. They should have said it when I ordered it.
Now they tried to play a new game. They said they can see cake delivery date is Jan 3. I had to send my confirmation email to prove it was Jan 2. Took them about 40 mins to vefiry. Then I got transferred to a manager. He said due to holiday bakers are out till Jan 4 and they would deliver the cake on Jan 3.
At that point I was frustrated with their lies. I said lets put some logic to what you are saying. My confirmation ticket said delivery date is Jan 2. Your website said delivery date is Jan 3 and bakers are out till Jan 4, but you are saying you will deliver on Jan 3. Is this is a joke!
Then he said sorry it will deliver on Jan 4. Note to be taken it was a surprise gift for someone who had a birthday on Jan 2.
At last the manager said after an hour of argument they would send a sorry note with the cake. This should have been the first thing they offer. They never offered me a refund or anything that would resolve my problem.
I can't believe in a competitive market like todays this company exsits with their poor customer service. By the way thier website still says cake will be deliver on Jan 3 when it is not! Liars!
These people are scamers, my product was delivered but didn't reflect the basket I paid for. Paid USD 225 but when I saw the gift basket that was delivered, it was with local goods. The had the audacity to say they replaced these items, a trustworthy site would have refunded all of the money. Now, I am will filing complaints with both BBB, Mastercard, and they are registered in Delaware. They need to be shut down, the US long arm of the law needs to intervene here

I placed three orders with this company, all to be delivered to my grandparents in England on Christmas Eve. Keep in mind, during the order process you are REQUIRED to give the recipient's phone number so they can make sure someone is home for the delivery. The first order was delivered 4 days early, and even though it wasn't the date I requested, I didn't think much of it because at least it got there. The second was delivered 2 days early, and was left IN MY GRANDPARENTS GARBAGE CAN. Neither time did my grandparents receive a phone call, and it was pure luck that my grandmother found the second package before the garbage was taken. The third has yet to be delivered, even though I received confirmation emails that all three were delivered successfully. I called the phone number on giftsnideas.com and the person I spoke to was rude, rushed through the entire conversation, and hung up on me before I was done talking to him. He said the package MIGHT be delivered by December 30th, but he couldn't guarantee that. So, I pay your company money to deliver a package and you can't guarantee that that's even going to happen at all? Then I tried to talk to someone through the live chat option on their website and no one would speak to me. I am sickened by this company's pathetic attempt at "customer service" and I hope that anyone reading this doesn't waste their time or money with this company. Please, do not order with this site. You will be disappointed.
Claims item was delivered. I complained. Got a copy of a random delivery receipt for a delivery to a name I didn't send to and a signature that is not my intended recipient.
They stopped answering my emails. They do not answer the phone. This is, plain and simple robbery.
Using this company is burning money.
This company is a scam. I ordered a package for my mom, never got delivered. I called no answer, email nothing. People should report this company so they remove their website. So disgusted. BIG SCAM

Wow. I wish I found this site earlier. Ordered a huge basket to deliver the 21st in Mexico and spent a lot of money. After calls, chats and emails, something delivered on the 23rd. I bottle of cheap wine, a flower and a small box of chocolates. The call center is off shore and I am not even sure I am dealing with a real company. So sad.
Have ordered & paid for gift delivery. All paperwork received- confirmation etc. No delivery. Contacted company by phone & instant chat. All excuses. All lies. Call centre in India. DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS.

I wish I'd read these other reviews first. I had to dispute my charge with these people through my credit card. I've come to believe they aren't even a real company at all, and are just a fraud to take your money or get credit card info or something. Their "live chat" is an automated robot. Try it and you'll see. It only gives standard responses, and if it doesn't understand what you asked, it just sits forever without responding. I called their phone number and after waiting on a recorded hold for several minutes, it just hung up. I don't think they have any customer service, and I don't think they have any actual products. Scam scam scam is the name of the game here.

I orded and the order was not delivered and each time I contact them on the live chat they say that they will look into it and never reply.
I ordered a birthday cake for my friend, it was ment to arrive one day before her birthday. I contacted their support when the cake did not arrive, and ask for them to make sure to make sure it arrived on the next day. The next day again nothing arrived, their support is incompetent and apathetic offering no apologies or refund. At the end I had to contact American Express to get my money back.
The way this company behaves it makes me suspect they are a scam.
Their live chat to resolve problems (gift never delivered) is the worst I've ever seen, either no answer or meaningless gibberesh
I've bought to my boyfriend's birthday 2 items on their website, I did it with two weeks in advance from the delivery day. There is what happened: the 2 items were delivered but completely different of those I have placed and paid for; one arrived at the day I asked for but the other one, arrived one day later, which is unacceptable as I paid to it be delivered at the day I've asked for; none of them had the sender name, as requested, so as the gift card hadn't everything I wrote, missing a part of the message, even within the limit they had.
They do not respond the "Live Chat" nor emails, doesn't matter how many you send to them.
This company is unbelievable disrespectful with their clients, incompetents and cheaters! Do never trust them!
Worst service ever! I ordered an anniversary gift over a week ago&get informed on the day of delivery that it won't arrive on time! My fiancé is in the US and I'm in SA... what a disappointment as now he won't receive anything! Don't bother using them - no consideration for the customer at all. Pathetic service!
I have ordered a b day gift for my husband on 31st October 2016. It was supposed to deliver it by 3 Nov but still now it has not delivered. When I contacted India one Mr. ***** Brad he is a big lier in the whole world acted as if something wrong in the supplier side. Indian team is worst. I didn't sleep for two night continously by following up for this gift. They have played with ppl's emotions. Now I have contacted my lawyer to sue them. I will teach them a lesson stupid company
