This is an outdated and frustrating system, they make you jump through all these hoops, finally check out and fill in all your information (accurately mind you) and then they send an auto email a few minutes later letting you know they cancelled the order for no reason. This is incredibly frustrating and aggravating.
I will never use this company again. I received an email that my visa gift card account was suspended. I called Giftcards.com and the representative told me that apparently I checked my balance too frequently, therefore the card was suspended. If I want to check my gift card 100 times per day I should be allowed the independence to do so without the threat of suspension. Prior to the card suspension, I had multiple problems with paying for any goods online. I emailed support and got an automatic response that the issue was resolved. It was not resolved! Poor service, time consuming and a scam. Avoid at all costs. The email they replied with also stated that I can't use the card to gamble, pay bills with etc. I was trying to buy items online, none of which were for gambling or paying bills. PATHETIC Company.
I received a visa gift card as a gift. The card can not be used at all or activated. An error comes out. There is no one available to take a call or a chat line. Because it's a 'gift' the recipient of the card becomes in the very uncomfortable position of letting the gifter know that the card they provided doesn't work. This is as fishy as it gets. Having been on the receiving end and attested for the atrocious experience, I would never ever gift of these gift cards, knowing that I may put a person I appreciate through the horrendous experience of having to redeem a useless and worthless card.
TERRIBLE. If you want non-existent customer service and hassles with using your so called gift card this is your place. Should be called NIGHTMARE GIFT CARDS. The company sensors what you chose to buy and I haven't been able to reach a human or use the card. Total aggravation, avoid like the plaque

THESE CROOKS CHEATED ME OUT OF $50.00! THEY DID NOT SUCCESSFULLY SEND A GIFT CARD TO MY NEIGHBOR FOR CHRISTMAS. I ASKED THEM FOR A REFUND AND THEY REFUSED TO RESPOND! I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE COLORADO ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE AND THEY HOPEFULLY WILL INVESTIGATE AND PROSECUTE THEM FOR FRAUD AND FINE THEM $100,000.00 AND ENJOIN THEM FROM DOING BUSINESS. IF THEY HAVE CHEATED YOU, I SUGGEST YOU CONTACT YOUR STATE'S ATTORNEY GENERAL AND ALSO ASK EBAY TO BAN THEM FROM THEIR LIST OF SELLERS.
Had one of their cards given to me at Christmas. Been 3 day and constant delays for an e-card. I would never recommend this as a convenient gift for anyone.
They sent an email saying the gift card had shipped and that I would receive a tracking number in a subsequent email. I never got the tracking info. 12 days later, the card never arrived. I called customer service. After an hour on hold, the first representative said that they had no tracking number because they never mailed the gift card. I asked to be escalated to a supervisor. Another hour on hold and the new rep tells me they use a third party shipper and therefore, cannot provide tracking information and she is unable to confirm whether it did or did not ship. What she can tell me is that they don't give refunds. Apparently, I (and the gift recipient) have to wait another 15 business days for it to not arrive before I can call back, sit another few hours on hold and attempt to get a refund. I'll definitely avoid buying gift cards here from now on.
I should have read the reviews saying giftcard.ca is a scam before purchasing from the site. I thought since it sounds official and established, I'd have no issues. I ordered 4 all4one physical gift cards at $45 each. I received them in the mail and it required me to activate them all online. When I went on cardactivations.ca to activate them, it told me the card numbers do not exist. I also went on one4allcard.ca to check the balance and it said the card numbers do not exist. I went back to giftcard.ca and chatted with customer service to get a resolution and they told me they have to look into it and just left the chat without providing an explanation. If you want to lose your money and deal with hands off customer service who can't answer your questions, go ahead and purchase from this site!
They kept charging me $5 dormancy fee every month until the card is used up. They said that fees are not disputable, they don't have an easy way to contact customer service! Please don't buy!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE! They will steal your money. I ordered a digital ebay gift card and it was sent to me with ZERO BALANCE. They sold me a blank card and said I should contact ebay. This is a sham and this company is being reported to the "Better Business Bureau" Thankfully they only got me for 50 bucks. But still, they suck!
They will not honor anything after expiration. The customer service has dogs barking in the background and terrible service.

I ordered a $50 visa card for my Grandaughter and a matching birthday card woth balloons on it. Although it took 2 weeks to deliver via postal service, the entire proccess was very good. The matching balloon colorful birthday visa card and birthday card are highly recomended. This is the second time I used them and I will order again for every birthday needed!
Immediately after I purchased a Visa gift card from giftcards.com on 4/16, fraudulent purchases appeared on my credit card account. I had not otherwise used this credit card this month. I had to cancel my credit card. This is disheartening and I will not use this company again.

It seems, like many other fake sites, Gifcards.com is in the business of collecting customers' personal and credit card data, and it has no intention of doing any order fulfilment. A total scam. Now, my credit card data is sitting at a random location to be hacked or misused!
When you need a canned answer on why your transaction cannot be processed then you've come to the right web site. "Your order was not approved by our security screening process" they say. Its BS. There is only one company worse than this one and its Comcast. Now I'm sure you realize how bad they are after that comparison.
Tried to buy two ebay digital gift cards using my long term credit card and my real idenity. Was denied by their system because of "potential fraud." Was emailed many hours later to inform me. Complete waste of time. Go elsewhere and maybe you can get what you want (I went and bought them on Paypal and was approved in minutes).
