We ended up having the same tour guide for two separate tours, one for the Vatican City and one for the Colloseum. Our tour guide was very informative and made it fun with games and things to look for for my 6 yr old son. The tour was well paced and also enjoyable for me, I would highly recommend this to anyone with kids!
Very informative. Easy enough to find. Give yourself plenty of time to get there fro the city Centre as it's quite far. The weather we had was amazing. We saw seals. Sadly the other wildlife (other reviews told us about) weren't there like puffins or porpoises. We even got off on the island to see the amazing views as the Abby was ok. You simply pay an extra £6 per person to go on the island.
We have used Get Your Guide in a few countries in the last 2 years, this time it was in my home City. They offer a good and convenient Service.

We booked our tours from Krakow (Auschwitz and Birkenau as 1 trip and a tour of the Wieliczka salt mines) before we left the UK via Get Your Guide as we were unsure of ticket limitations due to the COVID 19 pandemic. The website was easy to use, trips were easy to book, good value and had clear instructions on where to meet etc. Both the tours we booked had a change in time to meet (earlier on each day) and we had a telephone call to let us know plus an email. This ensured we knew about the change in time and did not miss our pick ups. Very good service.
I booked an afternoon tea boat trip on the Ouze and when COVID restrictions happened they contacted me to rearrange, this was fairly straight forward and the trip itself went ahead without a hitch.
We had a fantastic trip on 29th September. Our bus driver Duffy was amazing full of interesting knowledge. He made our trip a fabulous one
I feel robbed and extremely sad that there're still companies like Get Your Guide which unprofessionally insult the consumer's trust.
I purchased a regular ticket to visit Acropolis, which resulted validated three days before. At the entrance, the security informed me that this unpleasant inconvenience happens often times when tickets get bought through Get Your Guide.
I called them five times and always received the same vague explanations. One time I've also trusted them when the customer service person promised me to send a new (hopefully valid) ticket. I was relieved... until I realized she sent me back the same invalid one, with the same booking reference and details. A complete mockery!

Our driver was Paul he was brilliant very informative, told us the where to go and the main things to see in both camps.
The price we paid was definitely value for money next time we will book with tour guide.
Paul told us about the area and history of krakow and the camp. And pointed things out to us on our way to auschwitz.

Have used in Iceland and crete and would highly recommend. Have never let me down. Excellent communication. Travelling alone they are a great backup for seeing places safely
The sheer amount of tours available on this website is fantastic. I really love that I have tons of choices and can easily compare. My first complaint is that there needs to be some way to keep tour companies from changing original itineraries or canceling/moving tour dates. Once I have paid for a tour, I want that tour on that day at that time and it should be guaranteed even if I am the only one who booked the tour. This is something that GetYourGuide needs to fix. Also, I despise tipping, so the best way forward is to price the tours at an appropriate price with tipping in the equation so I don't have to think about it. Other than that, I've always gotten my money back for canceled tours and believe everyone at GetYourGuide to be very professional. I recommend this site for any traveler looking for interesting activities.

I used Get Your Guide yet again because it is easy, value for money and a great service. The guides are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and keen to make your experience the best it can be. Don't forget to ask them for restaurant recommendations at the end of your tour! They know all the best local eateries.
I have used Get Your Guide to book excursions, visits, sights, etc. for things to do on holidays. It's easy and reliable! Very easy to change your booking/timing, etc. Would recommend it!

Well organised and very interesting itinerary. Tour guide was very passionate about Palermo cuisine. He was very engaging. 3 hours was long enough
We bought the 48 hour bus tour with cruise and the House of Illusions visit. Both were correctly described and good value. There was the possibility to cancel up to 24 hours before with a full refund which was helpful, although we did not need it.
The service was good, it was easy to book and we enjoyed both activities.
I received several emails with the tickets within 12 hours of the Aero Car experience where one would have been quite enough, but the most frustrating thing was that the link to the tickets required a code which was never actually available. The message said it was "unavailable at this time. Try again later."
Fortunately, at the very bottom of each long email was the pdf of the tickets. Why put purchasers through this stupid exercise?
