Jamie was very knowledgeable and humorous too. It was a fun tour of 8 people. From Bath Abbey to the Royal Crescent and back down to the Roman Baths.
Perfect lear from the start, options for spending time, relevant explanations, easy to pay and cancel. I was notified in advance of the next appointment, I felt well guided.
I recommend. I will use it personally in the future.
My partner and I had a bad experience with the above tour. After receiving conformation of the tour for both of us, we walked to the pick up point at the royal mile only to be told the bus was full and they were over booked. My partner is still in the process of trying to be reimbursed with the payment. She has found the web site and the person(s) on the phone very unhelpful. Hope we don't have to go this far but if no sucess we are considering using the small claims court to retrieve our money. Not only did we miss the tour but it totally ruined our evening as we were unable to arrange alternative entertainment at such late notice
We went on the activity Under the Bridges of Stockholm 2-hours trip and once we were there the staff working in the boat put us on the wrong one (1 hour trip, different route, different stops). After the activity we talked to the staff at the main office and told us that we will be refunded for the mistakes (4 tickets). Of course we wrote to the company as we payed for a two hour trip instead of 1 hour and they only refunded the 10% of the four tickets, which made no sense as the activity was much more expensive than the difference that we got back.
Not a good service, inexperienced and lost staff and also trying to steal money from the people.

We recently visited Charleston SC, and because of the extensive history, I decided to book some tours to learn more while seeing sites. This is the first time I have actually used Get Your Guide and it was extremely easy. We booked the Magnolia plantation and historic city tour, which made for a very long day, but glad we did both. We also booked ft sumter, and a haunted carriage ride tour. The staff were super knowledgeable about the history and also shared knowledge of things to see present day. If you are going to visit a city, I would recommend checking out Get your guide for tours they offer, especially if it is a city you want to know more about like the history.

Totally recommend this tour with Juan and Carlos. My wife and I had a great time learning about the city and gaining information that one wouldn't find on their own.
My wife especially enjoyed the direct "English" interaction during the tour. Most of the other tours we took were bilingual (which were great!) but this private tour interaction was more personalized.
Overall, I would recommend this tour.

We really enjoyed our trip to Sienna and Tuscany! The sites were amazing and our guide Alessandro made the experience unforgettable! He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! The sites to see and the wine tasting & lunch were incredible!

I booked this full day tour to Windsor Castle, Bath, and Stonehenge for myself, my husband, and my daughter. We arrived early because the meeting point to board the tour bus was not clear We walked a city block trying to find our tour bus and asking everyone that worked around there. The local phone number did not work even when the local individuals tried to call and help. Finally reached the toll free number to be told they could do nothing. Our money was taken with no tour and they lied saying we had cancelled which we did not. We were even denied a refund because they lied and said we cancelled. Do not use this place. They will take your money and give you no tour. Buyer Beware!

Bought tickets to the Georgia aquarium and our children ended up with 104 fevers and we weren't able to attend. I contacted them and they asked for proof that the kids were ill and they would issue an refund for our $160, so I sent that to them, and they still refuse to issue a refund. They have a 24 hour cancellation policy which is pathetic, you don't get to pick and choose when your kids come down with bilateral ear infections and possible pertussis. Shame on you for taking advantage of people.

First time using this company and I didn't have any issues with it. My only complaint would be that they are still advertising tours that have places that are still close to the public so you will pay for something that is not going to be done and from reading reviews on it they won't tell you until you are on the way there. So Thankfully I read some reviews before buying the tour
We found very good price in guide for you much cheaper then local tourism agency's. All out excursion was In good standard, transport were good and services also. We recomand for all vacantion, we can't imagine go somewhere with out this apps... we save a lot of money.
I had not heard of GetYourGuide before booking our tour in Barcelona. After having a really great experience with Miguel on the Gaudi/Modernism tour, I looked at other options offered by GYG. They have a good mobile phone app but not one designed for an iPad which makes using it clunky if your a tablet user. Nice to have another resource out there
Our guide Shawn was super informative and entertaining. After doing the tour I realized I missed an opportunity to visit a bunch of interesting places that I didn't even know about. Unfortunately for me, I booked this tour on the last day of my vacation so I am planning another visit to NOLA.

It was my first time using this service and I am glad I did. It was nice to have mulitple things on one site so you didn't have to look down the rabbit hole. I liked that they did have a cancellation policy because I wasn't sure one of my party was going to make it (they didn't) and cancelling was relatively easy (took a couple of calls). There was only one problem and that they was a miscommunication on one of my bookings in which there was a 1.5 hour lag time between the swim with manatees and the airboat tour and when I got the location and they explained the tour times I immediately informed them that I was unable to do that due to another engagement. The business, thank goodness was accommodating. I do feel getyourguide needs to be more informative about things like this. I would definitely use them again though!
