My second time visiting Rome using GYG. Ale was friendly, professional and a historian born in Rome - she was so passionate about the topic and made you excited for what you were learning. I wouldn't hesitate to use GYG again based on the fact that the guides are so amazing. Also did Colosseum and the guide was an Archeologist with the same level of passion and professionalism.

Our time in Waikiki was great... Towards the end of our trip we did the Beauty and The Feast tour. We loved it. Heads up you won't have a lot of time at stops but that's understandable... The time you are there is priceless and the lunch was good... Take the trip and take it all in. We had Matt as a guide and he gets 15 out of 10 stars... He was that good!

Booked to go into the story on Tuesday at 11am, no problems, wore a mask, there are hand sanitizers around. Once again found it to be very interesting, you don't have to take your own earphones, as they do issue them to you. After the story section, you come into the cafe or go upstairs to the shop, teashirts were expensive we thought, at £20 or some are £35 for 2. If you visit the Beatles museum opposite the Caven Club on Mathew street, teashirts are £15, so you could save a bit going there. That entrance fee is £15.

We used Get Your Guide for 2 tours during our recent vacation. We were very satisfied with both although we did not get to see everything we thought we would on our helicopter tour of Zion. That is not their fault but the advertising was a tad misleading. They should state that no flights can go directly over the park.
However the pilot was fantastic and made the experience memorable!

I would never recommend this company! We booked snorkeling event a month in advance and I received updates with my confirmation frequently through out the time from booking up till the day of the event and when we showed they said the boat was entirely full and that they were never contacted from getyourguide company. This is an untrustworthy site and I would never book through them.
This makes it easy to keep up with activities. We had so much fun in Dubai. The Activities were easy to book and with the alerts, we timed our day accordingly. Highly recommend.
We did the grand canyon west and hoover dam and skywalk... totally AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Oir tour guide Jason and driver Lorena were outstanding. Very funny and very informative. They kept us going on the bus there and back. Made the trip seem shorter. This is a must do trip when in Vegas
So let start by saying your starts at 6am meaning you have to be up before that to be ready. I book this tour with my family for vaca fun. We call support as a group to see how was transportation would work out. Around 7am a van pulls Up with a bus full of people. I asked the driver was he picking up my sister and the rest of my family he told me yes they were on the way. After picking up the next group the driver realize that we were on the wrong Van. Turn the van around took us back to the hotel and told us that the other van another van was coming to pick me and my family up as a group. We never got a callback from anyone that day about the tour. Getting a refund is becoming a nightmare. Supposedly due to the driver picking us up and take us back to the hotel to wait for another van. This tour was $150 per person. This was a waste of money from the start trust me.

I neglected to see the note at the bottom of the Tour we selected where it stated we were required to give a 24 hour notice email verifying the exact pick up location and time. Failing to do so may result in the booking being canceled without a refund. Around 8:30 pm the night before our am pick up, our rep at Get your guide was able to contact our Tour company and reschedule so that we did not lose our money. Thanks GYG!
Purchased a "Gladiator" tour of the Colosseum several weeks before my wife and I departed for our trip to Italy. Just 2 days before our tour was to take place, the company contacted us to say that our tour was not available and that they were offering to put us on a tour that cost half as much, about $80 difference for 2 adults, but they would only refund $5 to us as an "inconvenience fee." OR we could opt for a complete refund and get no tour. With minimal ability to shop and such a short time before our tour (we were only to be in Rome for 1 day), we accepted the tour. The tour itself was completely horrible and I hated every second of it. It was so terrible that several other tourists abandoned the guide mid-tour... The tour guide was awful and spent 95% of the time walking around talking about things NOT related to the Colosseum, and then abruptly ended the tour and left us a few minutes before the tour was supposed to end. It was like she just walked around talking about random things until she thought she'd satisfied the time requirement, and then abandoned us. When we got home a week later I noticed the company had still not sent us the "inconvenience" money, so I started contacting them, after several weeks of going back and forth the company said they would refund my money for the entire tour, but they never did. Rather than refund my credit card or issue a check, the company demanded sensitive banking information, so I called my bank and they recommended not giving that type of information out to anyone. The company continued to refuse to issue a check or refund my credit card.

My wife and I were booked initially on a 3:15 p.m. cruise on Lake Whakatipu (New Zealand) but changed this to the 1:15 p.m. cruise. Thankfully, we got even better sunlight and opportunities for photography before the sun disappeared behind the western ranges.
Lots of families on school vacation trips joined us, and most went upstairs to the sheltered canopies while we stayed below in the large lounge with picture windows as we had pre-purchased "Wine and cheeses" to enjoy. All of the added fruits and nuts were appreciated, and the local wines were very pleasant. Photography opportunities were excellent!
The best place was in The Cove where lots of native birds sang their hearts out in melodious song. We were met at the Mt Nicholas Station by the run-holder who collected newspapers and his mail.
The 1.5 hours cruise on the catamaran was enjoyable and the scenery magnificent.
