HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IN MIAMI! Booked a jet ski experience and followed all of the instructions on the printed voucher. Arrived at the venue only to discover that the price of the Jet Ski activity had DOUBLED because of hidden fees. Consistent with the instructions on the voucher I called three times to confirm never once did anyone say there were additional costs, except a cash only $100 cash only deposit via an automated message. Only after arrival did they point to the small print on an email, I never received, as justification for the additional costs. Refunds only happen 24 hours prior to arrival, because they don't tell you about the additional charges until you arrive, preventing the refund. Your are much better off skipping purchases online, and going in person so you could make the choice on the fees also the price is about $15 better. Online (Getyourguide) is a bait and switch operation.
Great service, easy experience to find suited tours (inc. Availability) and booking system straightforward. Had to cancel one tour at short notice, and that was easy. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

This is a great service for finding tours and activities. I had an amazing tour of Iceland with Nice Travel Iceland, with the charming and knowledgeable David. I also booked a whale watching tour with SeaTrips Reykjavik on the beautiful Amelia Rose. They had a fabulous guide, aptly named Lucky, who helped us spot many whales and puffins. I am very pleased I found this company!
I ordered tickets for a french venue the same day; due to changements in Covid paperwork we could not attempt the activity, i called GetyourGuide prior using the tickets and asked for refund; few hours later they called me back with the refusal of the refund, but proposed me giftvouchers for three years. I do not want these either extended ticket validity. Just my 60 eu back.

Booked the tour knowing only a small number in it. Sarah our guide was tremendous, full of interesting detail and facts, Tour lasted about an 1 hr 50 mins, would highly recommend.
False advertising, the website shows you a location map for you to check if your location is inside of the pickup area. My place was located inside the square, and I discovered that they wouldn't pick me up because I was in airbnb, and not in a hotel. This distinction between hotel and airbnb is not clear in the purchase page, so take careful.

My wife and I did both tours in Athens, Greece. The first one was absolutely amazing! IT was challenging, but solvable and really opened our eyes to things that we almost certainly would not have stumbled upon on our own. The second was not so great. Several of the clues were simply not solvable. One of them was a reference to a store that no longer is there (we even looked for it for about 15 minutes after we found the answer). It was very frustrating. I am sure that it's difficult to keep some of the tours up to date and I can't speak to how long it was out of date, all I can say is that it was frustrating and made portions of the tour a miserable experience. 75% of the tour was ok though. Its a shame because we so enjoyed the first one, so much so that we told a number of our traveling companions and in-country hosts about how much we loved the first tour.
We used this to book numerous tours while on a road trip. It made it so easy to find things going on and book through one site. I didn't have to worry about anything, just show up at the tour and go!
I will never go anywhere without GetYourGuide again! Whale watching is a must do activity in Iceland.
Beware… I booked for a cruise dinner in Paris. They sent me a email that they will start boarding 15 min before the time to sail. I arrived there to find out the sailed early and I should have gotten an email with the new times. Well no email and they will not refund me anything. I even spoke to the online chat at 7:40 and he never mentioned it. Scammers
