Bought a hop on / off royal excursion package, 3 bus tours to choose from over 2 days. Visit to royal yacht, holyrood palace and the castle included in royal attractions package. Fantastic value especially being able to go virtually anywhere in the city on the 3 bus package. Attractions were fantastic and would highly recommend this package to see all of Edinburgh, also really enjoyed the history of the city and the facts you learn on the bus. 10 out of 10
Easy to use the trip I booked I would recommend, I did make a change to the planned trip so waiting for a refund but had no hassle, so far I would recommend and I have bookedanother trip with them.
Made a payment on Friday made follow ups but no one was willing to assist to be able to fulfill my planned activity for the day, had to pay another amount for my sake and I have sent proof of payment as well via email... Await for my refund still angry customer
We enjoyed the mini bus tour of LA. David, our guide, was very knowledgeable and wanted to ensure that we had a great experience.
The tours are good. However, trying to book them is a puzzle with no answer. I tried for 8 days to book 3 tours. I reached out to customer service through the phone and email. I got absolutely zero help. My advice is to book the exact same tours on Trip Advisor. They have responsive representatives and the site works.

I booked a floatplane with them for 12:30 on September 7th.
All the information directly from Get your Guide stated to arrive at 12:30
Upon arrival, I found myself at Harbour Air Sea, in which they informed me the plan was in the air by 12:30 and that this problem had happened before.
I reached out to Get your Guide, and they assured me they would look into reimbursing me. In conclusion, they have refused to reimburse me because, on Aug 29, they forwarded me an email from harbour Air. In this email fine print, it stated to arrive 25 min before the arrival time.

Fantastic app which works very well. Very informative and interesting. Some pauses which means you can stop at your leisure and even stop at the odd pub or two! Then starts at specific points en route. Would definitely recommend
My husband and I just got back from the Kelpies, loch lomond and Stirling Castle tour it was excellent. The only thing we said we would change is to have longer at the Kelpies 35 minutes wasn't enough. Then lunch at Aberfoyle for 45 mins would have been better if longer. Maybe this time was cut short as 4 of tshe party were 30 mins late getting back to the bus after seeing the Kelpies. Our driver Ian was very knowledgeable and very enjoyable to listen to. We would recommend Rabbies tours 100%, this is our 2nd this week and more to come.
