My daughter and I booked a cooking class in Florence through Get Your Guide. As anyone could imagine, we were very excited about it.
We drove all the way from the Chianti region and arrived early to Florence because we were not familiar with the area. We walked for 10 minutes trying to find the meeting place and asking everyone that worked around there. The local phone number was not working and kept going to answering machine.Finally, after many attempts someone answered and when we asked for the right directions, they asked several questions and had us on the phone for a while. After several minutes of talking to them, they said we were late and we could not join the group. Of course we were late because of their bad directions and because they kept us on the phone asking unnecessary information instead of giving us instructions to get to the right place.
When I explained what happened and that we were not able to find the place because of the lack of information on the directions and that they did not answer their phone earlier, they said that there was nothing they could do about it. Our money was taken with no cooking class. Do not use this website. They will take your money and give you no service. Beware of this fraudulent company which does not care about customers.
TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, terrible customer service and communication. NEVER use this company! They will do nothing to solve a problem and a refund? Forget about it! Slimy, slimy organization. I'll never use OR recommend again. We called to cancel two tours. The operator only cancelled one, so as a result, we ended being charged! Their fault, their mistake! Will not refund the money or admit fault.! DO NOT USE!

Our group from England and New Zealand booked a Louvre tour many months in advance. My husband's credit card expired before travel and he got a new one. GetYourGuide would not accept payment with the new card via website or app, or after 3 phone calls my husband made. We even went to their office (which was closed). With such a popular attraction there's no shortage of willing visitors. We turned up on the day but our tickets were cancelled. This was a big deal for us - we won't be back again; so disappointed. GetYourGuide let us down and don't care - they didn't lose anything.

Don't trust their refund policy. I wouldn't even use this site you can all these trips elsewhere and usually cheaper. They're refund policy is not as easy as they say and you'll likely get denied even for medical reasons.

Incredibly bad company. Had booked an activity months ago and they canceled it 24h prior. Did nothing to help find something else, blamed it on others even there is a lot of review stating they do this a lot. I don't recommend this company since they don't deserve your confidence. They just don't care.

We searched for tickets to the Space Needle in Seattle and Get Your Guide came up first with tickets for the Seattle Observation Deck or that combined with the Chihuly Gardens, which is next door to the Space Needle. Not having ever been to Seattle, we thought the top deck of the Space Needle was called the Observation Deck. As you can see from the attachment below, they offer Space Needle tickets too, just not when you search for Space Needle tickets. Stay away from Get your Guide.

During our recent trip to Europe we used this site several times to book tours and transfers.
They had a large range of activities to choose from and the easy to use booking system, saved us even more as we could pay in AUD.
The app was great to use and we could see our bookings offline.
We highly recommend and would use again.

The get guided app is a fantastic app. Highly recommended. Very easy to use and you get discounts. I will definitely use it again for our next holiday.
Guide vital for trip. Learned so much. Very organised. Skip the line well worth it. Saved at least an hour off the start of tour. Have not used GETYOURGUIDE before and was a little worried how this would work but would always use. Highly recommend.
Getyourguide is just a reseller and has no quality or accountability with third party providers. We had pre-booked tickets in Rome to the Collesium and Forum and they were cancelled just before the tour with no excuse - ruined our holiday

Getyourguide has stolen 12€ to me selling 22€ a ticket at 16€ so 6€ per ticket and 2 tickeyts are 12€ it is peur theft. I want to be no meore contacted by this awfull website

We had a private tour of Asen's Fortress and Bachkovo Monastery with a lovely man named Dimitar. Not only did he know the facts about the places he took us to, but he also spoke about Plovdiv with love and pride which was conveyed with every thing he showed us. He has extensive knowledge of his land and was able to answer every question. It was a pleasure to spend the tour in his company and I highly recommend the tour.
I've never been to this site before. They had the balls to steal $600 from me. Scam Artists. Here's a negative review for your efforts.

I've tried twice a year, for 8 years, to list our tour with them. Every time they keep giving us error messages. We're listed with everyone else, with all of their competitors. I can only conclude They ARE NOT A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS, BUT RATHER, GETYOURGUIDE IS A SCAM.

Worst experience possible!
I had a Bruges day trip booked with the get your guide app, on the 22nd may 2023 and I had a train from Zurich to Paris on the 21st may but since due to strikes in Paris the Zurich tain to Paris got cancelled last minute leaving me stranded with no hotel booking at Zurich and no easy way of reach Paris. Plz consider I was a solo traveller and first timer in Europe.
I tried contacting get your guide but all in vein so as to cancel my booking just in case I was not able to reach paris on time!
I asked for a refun if not full but at least partial but they say I reached them a lil too late and I don't fall under their cancellation policy.

Ordered 6 timed tickets for the 9/11 museum in NY. Everything was straight forwards. Tickets arrived in my mailbox the day before attending.
The only problem l had was a question on whether the timed tickets could be used anytime on the day but no reply came back which was'nt great customer service.
