Buying tickets on getyourguide is safe, and you can change your mind until 24 h before most activities.

I booked my cruise some months earlier. 2 days before said date. It was changed to a later time. This incured an extra cost with my coach company and some of my friends had to change evening plans as we had to return later than originally planned. I also found out that the original booking time, a boat still went out. So why did it have to change. Booked, paid for and you change it. Very disappointed

Have used GetYourGuide to book tours in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, (2022) and Seattle, WA (2023).
Tried the service for the first time as I get a discount through my workplace. Don't know how much I saved in Mexico, but the two tours I booked for Seattle thru GYG using my workplace discount, I saved $75 over booking same tours on my own. Have not run into any problems redeeming the vouchers for tickets, or joining a tour. Very satisfied with GYG.

I booked a private tour through Get Your Guide to visit the Duoro valley in May. After the guide failed to show at the agreed time at my hotel, I inquired and was eventually told it was cancelled, no explanation as to why. They did issue a refund but this was our last day in the area and they could not book us with another guide so we were left high and dry. They were apologetic and said they would make it up to me.kind of hard to do but they said they would make it right. They did refund the tour but said they would elevate and do something for us since we had been regular customers. After not hearing anything after about a month, they finally got back to me and asked me to provide them with receipts of how much money we were out. We weren't out any money; just our last day in Portugal was shot! Anyway, they never made amends so we will no longer use and we will stop recommending.

Booked first a 2 ticket for skydive dubai then it was payment declined. So replied to my bank that it's not a fraudulent use. Even i screenshot the message that I replied to the bank. Then the booking push through. When I am about to book additional 1 sky dive dubai tocket it's not pushing through or in any other booking. My account have been blocked. Trying to explained a thousand times that the first booking pushe through right after I replied to my bank. And then they keep repeating to contact your banl. I already didn that's why it pushes through. Then they told me to try booking it. For the million times even putting my card's detail how can I put. So anyway, after a couple of chats and all. Nothing happened. They are not willing to help. Anyway if it's that you want that no one will buy tickets from you. Very inconsiderate!

Prise en charge parfaite. Notre guide Hassane était vraiment géniale, authentique il prend plaisir à nous expliquer l'histoire du Maroc. Plein de joie, c'est dans un cadre magnifique dans le désert pas comme les autres excursions ou on ne quitte à peine la ville et soit disant on est dans le désert que nous avons mangé avec le couché de soleil. Un régal d'ailleurs. Puis autour d'un feux de la musique arabe qui fut exceptionnelle. Meilleurs activité et meilleure guide. Merci Hassane

We had the most amazing day. We got to visit three different Islands, swim, snorkel, drink cocktails, and play on water bouncy equipment. It was our friend's 21st birthday and she was given a free cocktail which was so appreciated. Sanja and Paško were awesome, they played the best music and were such a vibe, they gave us lots of insight into the islands and great recommendations. Definitely recommend this tour to everyone visiting Split, a huge day to remember.

Better UI than other sites while browsing. Prompt service. Good website.App can be better. Easy refund on cancellation. Overall, happy with the service.

I wanted to visit the Vatican museums but I didn't find any tickets on the Vatican's website hence I started to look for alternatives. Get your guide isn't cheap for sure, you get to pay more for a 2 hour service but at the end I found it worth it. First of all I got to visit exactly when I wanted without queuing and secondly one can't visit these museums without a guide as it would be impossible to understand not to mention become to know some curiosities behind certain things. It was a lovely experience. Tip -use the app and find discount vouchers.

I purchased 2 months ahead tickets to tour the Alhambra in Granada IN THE MORNING when temperatures are lower. My party of 8 has 4 senior citizens. I paid extra $500 to go in a super small group tour. I emailed the company twice to confirm the plans prior to arrival in Spain. We arrived on time to find our names were not in the list. Given no option we took the afternoon tour. Also we were not informed that we were given your with castle tour at the end. We left early as our private car was set to leave at 4:30 pm and hear was terrible so we missed castle tour. No contact by Get Yiur Guide about their error. Please don't use this third party provider. Contact the local tour operators directly if possible.

We booked a 9 am private tour of Alhambra, Spain for our family including our aging parents. It gets extremely hot in the afternoons so the 9 am tour is far more popular than the 2 pm tour. We booked a car and left Seville before 6 am to get here but we found out that they did not secure the 9 am tickets for us as expected leaving us only the option of wasting a trip entirely or enduring the 100 degree heat of an afternoon tour. This is after several email confirmations and very specific planning on our part trying to avoid this scenario. It would have been better to avoid the middle man, and this is a lesson learned.

Get Your Guide is a brilliant app which allows you to construct your trip to a new city perfectly around activities and attractions that are on offer. Every new place I go I usually book 3 things and it always makes my experience so much better, I highly recommend Get Your Guide

SCAM WEBSITE. Based on my experience, they promise people to pay them if give a high rating to the attractions. Then they scam people who want to earn money by rating. Be careful folk!

This was a great day tour. Kim, our guide was fantastic. His English was so much better, in fact, the best English speaking guide I've had in Siem Reap. I learned so much, he explained so much and went the extra mile.
