This was the first time we used GetYourGuide. I have to admit, I love the app. Everthing that we needed was right in our hands. The admission tickets for all of our events, meeting place with directions. It was wonderful. It was divided by the cities and countries that we were visiting. The only complaint was a few times we were told to meet our Get Your Guide at the meeting point who would be wearing a Get Your Guide shirt and a white flag. They weren't there because a different company was sponsoring the tour. So you have to look very carefully at your ticket information for your sponsor. We almost missed our Pompeii tour because of it. Other than that, I would definitely use them again for our next trip.
La Guía a descargar floja y debes adivinar en ocasiones que parte escuchar en cada momento. El punto de encuentro, no corresponde con ningún puesto ni contacto de la compañia de reserva. Tras llamar y decirnos que no era necesario contactar con nadie antes de la entrada, nos encontramos en la entrada que no nos dejaban entrar sin entrada física, pero al no haber una persona de contacto en la entrada, no se podía hacer el cambio. Finalmente una trabajadora de la entrada del Castillo nos permitió entrar sin necesidad de validar el QR ni entrada física. Hasta ese momento, nervios e ir de un lado a otro sin que nadie nos diese una solución o información para poder acceder al recinto, ya que no encontramos ninguna persona de la compañia de reserva en la zona de entrada al Castillo.
Ótimo app, tive acesso à passeios e avaliações que se tornaram excelentes experiências de viagem. Recomendo!

I booked the sight seeing trip to another city from where we stayed 4 months in advance. A day before the trip I got an email that they have to cancel because the price quoted on the website was incorrect. My first thought was "you had 4 months to let me know that" and second thought was "why you did not ask if I pay the difference?". I called them. The young gentleman picked up and he in fact was helpful. He called me back after looking into the details and told me that there was an issue with tour guides and unfortunately there is not much he is able to do. While I appreciate this person's honesty and calling me back with the explanation I do not find this company a reliable source of guided trips as per my experience. I will not consider this company in the future. Our hotel was able to find for us a replacement trip thankfully. Otherwise it would be a great waste and disappointment…

Their website has issues with accepting payment. Server error, booked a trip but cant pay for it. I was paying for all my trips, 2 went through, third one- payment error. Called credit card company, they are not blocking it. Tried using another credit card, same error. Called customer support ceter- they said they will look into it if I email them all my credit card details. No thanks. Very frustrating, booked a tour months in advance and now can't go because their website is not accepting payments.
Absolutely shocking company! Do NOT pre-book any tours with this company! We almost had our weekend away ruined because this company had a issue with taking payments of our three events we had booked and almost had our tours/attractions cancelled, which was the only reason we were going to Edinburgh! I called three times to be told "we will look into it" with no results! Knowing fine well we were about to lose our places in these booked events! One advisor didn't even do her job correctly and made no effort to help, the other two tried to help but was told it could take three days to sort out, which was no good, as we were due to leave for our trip before that time frame they gave us, which would have resulted on us losing our booked places in these events! Not happy at all, but thankfully we sorted it out ourselves by booking the events elsewhere and cancelling with this SHOCKING company!
Each to their own, but my advice would be to avoid.
The price was fair, the service was prompt and our guide was a local with a lifetime of knowledge and it showed. Great experience.
Literally waved in to Westminster Abbey past a huge queue with mu Get my guide advance entry. Plus immediate access to a Thames speed boat trip...it feels like you are a VIP...no hassle at all and makes any event effortless so you can maximise enjoyment and peace of mind knowing your event is waiting for you...so easy!
We bought a ticket (worth more than 1K), but changed our mind and wanted to reshedule. But company said they can't reshedule as we bought "non-refundable ticket". We didn't ask refund but wanted to get another date. It is a shame that they refused. Buyers be aware. Don't buy ticket from this website or app. Another sellers are happy to reschedule the date with no question.
I booked a Rome Tiber River cruise. We were told to show up 15 minutes early. We showed up an hour early. Tried to get into 3 different boats and were told no, we weren't allowed on. I emailed them and try girls from the nearby restaurant called for us. They said that they would ask around. I emailed and no response. It was an evening aperitif cruise with snacks. No response to my email and I'm out $300
We booked lunch cruise thru these guys. Even though ticket cancellation were not allowed, due to flight cancellation we couldn't make our appointment. I contacted them on whatsapp, managed to alter the date and they even refunded the difference in price. So helpful and friendly. We are now booking other activities thru them while in NY.
Not to much precised, things are changing, but final experience is very well! Nice night and day in Paris!
I recently booked what I thought was a visit to Seattle's Space Needle for four adults, but instead the search led to Get Your Guide's site for another Seattle experience. When I realized my mistake, they refused to refund, change, or provide a voucher because it was within the 24 hour cancellation window. They kept my $114 for an experience we did not want and were unable to attend, and refused to let us cancel, or even change to another date or time. No interest in resolving the customer service issue, more like a scammy way to do business. Will never recommend or use this company again!
Our guides Sumo and Ali were simply amazing. Sumo is knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Everything you want in a guide. The trip was excellent value for money. I would highly recommend them.

The Company needs to verify small providers and take ownership of the unethical practice. The provider cancel a last-minute last supper tour plan two months ago and fly from the US. Limited ticket and cannot get anywhere else. The Company message, sorry and we will improve. I am NOT your test subject. Lesson learn, Not to work with unaccountable Company, Get YourGuide.
