I was browsing Kijiji trying to find a used iphone when I came across a listing by Get Orchard. I was impressed by their well designed and professional site and the seamless process to find and order an iphone. The customer service was beyond-awesome, not only did they keep me well informed of the shipping information but they sent me a phone with 4 X the memory I ordered at no extra charge! That was a sweet surprise to an overall awesome experience. What is most impressive about Get Orchard is that the prices of the iphones are not more expensive than they would be purchasing through individuals AND you get fabulous service, guarantee and products that meet your expectations.

I hope I don't break my phone again anytime soon - but if I do I will definitely order through Get Orchard again!

I was a bit hesitant at first to use this site to buy an iPhone... but after going through their well-designed website + constantly updated Facebook, I decided to give it a try. And I LOVED it! I was able to go through the phones and select the version, condition, and price range that I felt comfortable with. I chose "good condition" and when my phone arrived, it was in PERFECT condition! No scratched anywhere and no problem with the iOS either!

The company is really good with answering questions, so it's really awesome. I definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a second-hand phone. Mine took about a week to arrive. :)

I used Orchard to sell my iPhone 4S (having decided to upgrade my phone). I chose the option to sell directly to Orchard, because I wanted a quick transaction and because they offered a more than fair price. The service definitely rates 5 stars.

I decided to use Orchard after seeing a writeup on Mobile syrup. I usually would be wary of a service that requires sending in your product before being paid, but thought I would trust a trusted 3rd party recommendation.

Orchard did not disappoint. I found the app easy to use, the selling options were clearly presented, Orchard sent me a shipping box within a few days, and then paid me the day after I put the phone in the mail to Orchard. Moreover, I was paid by email interac transfer (very convenient) and at the agreed upon rate. Alex was also very prompt and courteous in dealing with unlocking my phone from my iCloud account.

I truly hope that Orchard will grow to expand its product lineup. I will be a return customer.
