Absolutely pleased with Orchard. I got my device on the day they said it would arrive complete with a box and personalized case with my name on it <3 as well as a coupon with a personalized note. It was efficient and effective service they sent me follow up emails and even their phone numbers in case I needed to call. Oh they said it was "ok" in their review of the quality but i must say it looked new to me :) would definitely buy from them again wish i could keep them a my secret but would definitely recommend them to anyone!

So easy to use this product and such a great idea. I think my phone was worth slightly more than what I got paid out, but hey, I didn't have to post anything on Craigslist or meet any strangers, so the value was definitely made up in that aspect.

Very pleased with my experience selling my iPhone 4S with Orchard! It was all easy and seamless and Orchard was very responsive. I highly recommend using this service to sell your used iPhone. I upgraded to the iPhone 6 and no longer had any use for my iPhone 4S. Bell was offering me $70 to give it to them, Orchard gave me $184. On Kijiji and Craigslist, I saw used Iphone 4S around $200-$250 and I'd have to go through all the hassle of finding a buyer that way. Definitely happy with the route I took with Orchard

At the time of this writing, I have a really good experience with Orchard. After my 3 week wait period after they received my iPhone I received my money as quoted. Had great communication with them and they were there every step of the way.

I was very impressed by the service from GetOrchard. My wife recommended the site because she had heard about it from a friend. I was a little hesitant... to be honest, I can be a bit paranoid about online shopping. My wife was diligent about me getting a new phone (apparently the iPhone 3 isn't cool anymore and I'd only had it for 4 years…), so she searched for reviews and they were all glowing. After seeing that I became more hesitant… do companies, especially online companies, ever live up to those expectations. I figured it was all family and friends making comments… but my wife persisted.

I ordered my "Like New" iPhone 4 (yes I know, but I am way too cheap for a 5 and I only really text and listen to music) on Sunday evening. Shortly after, I received an email letting me know my order was placed and what the expected time of arrival was. Then I received an email on Monday telling me that it had been shipped and may arrive Tuesday. The email included a link to the mail tracker. It arrived Tuesday afternoon. It was legitimately "like new". I love it. 32 GB of awesomeness.

Compared to the prices that my phone company (who shall remain nameless) were going to charge me for an early upgrade and new plan, this will way saved me money.

I am very impressed with the website itself and the service I received during and after the phone arrived. I just received an email asking if everything was alright and if I had any questions or concerns, to contact them. The experience felt personal. Not like I was receiving an automated email. I received my phone just 2 days after ordering it from the site. It looked to be in perfect condition. Everything works just as well as a friends Iphone5 that he has. The battery seems to not stay charged as long as i like it to, but it is a used phone and if i wasn't always on apps that require location services I'm sure it would be perfect for most. Definitely worth saving the money over a new phone. Originally I wanted this phone just to last me till next year when due for an upgrade, but the quality is so good I hope it will last me 2 years. Brilliant! It was an absolutely painless experience from start to finish. It starts by using an app to determine the value of your phone. This is a very novel idea, and it works flawlessly. After a few simple hardware tests and questions, you are presented with a value for your old device.
When you are ready to sell, Orchard sends you an envelope with a box, return shipping label and everything else you need to safely deliver your old device to them free of charge. You are provided several options of how quickly you want them to sell your phone. The longest time is three weeks, which I chose and isn't long at all. The longer you're wiling to wait, the more money you will get.

With Orchard being a startup company, they don't have much of a user base. This made me uncomfortable at first, but I'm glad I decided to try them out. Their process is simple and free, and I was able to get almost $300 for my iPhone 5 to put towards an iPhone 6 Plus. Their trade in values are easily the best in the market, and they do exactly what they say they do.

So if you're looking to get some money for that old iPhone, and you want to help out a very deserving fledgling Canadian company, I would encourage you to use Orchard, because I truely believe there is no better choice out there.

This is a fantastic company! They are who they say they are and did exactly everything they promised to do to sell my iphone. I only happened to find out about them by accident when I was searching how much an iphone 4s was worth (had just gotten the new iphone 6). I read some reviews which rated them very well and decided to take the chance. I'm very glad I did because they were able to sell my phone for more than I would have been able to locally, and without all the hassle that is buying & selling.
