I am so glad that I bought my phone with Orchard, the service is exceptional, the phone looks brand new for more than half the cost. I highly recommend this company, they deserve 5 stars in service and product, wouldn't go anywhere else, very honest to deal with.

Was initially skeptical about this service but based on reviews I gave it a try purchasing an iphone 5. Arrived on date promised and exactly as advertised. Great communication from staff as well.

Yes it works and yes I am real. Got it sent out Friday, received notification Saturday and payment Sunday (chose the one day option).

I'll admit it up front: I was a little skeptical on sending away my iPhone and waiting for cash. But it all worked great in the end! I got my cash the day they promised they'd send it to me (if they hadn't sold it by a certain time). They sent emals in a timely fashion, in regards to confirming they've received my phone, or confirming they'd received my info to send me the shipping box, etc., etc. All in all, the process was smooth, and I got cash as promised and when promised. Way better than using something like craigslist or kijiji! I only wish I coulda used them for my iPad!

Orchard was absolutely fantastic. The app was very well designed and simple to use. They gave me an honest quote for what my phone would be worth. Upon confirmation, Orchard sent me everything I needed to ship my phone to them and it was the easiest thing in the world. I received great updates, like when they sent the shipping package, when they received my phone, when they were putting it up for sale and when I received my payment for my phone. An amazing service. 5 stars for sure.

Convenient and honest service. I downloaded the app thinking it was worth a shot - everything that followed was exactly as described. No hidden fees or nasty surprises. Just a legitimate transaction. Followed the instructions, sent my phone in the package they sent me. Got an email once it was received. I chose the 3 week period and literally to the day I got my EMT for the amount agreed upon. No issues. Will be recommending to others like me who just don't have the time and patience to deal with Kijiji/eBay etc...

I bought two phones from GetOrchard... one for each of my kids. Both phones were described on-line as in very good condition and this is exactly what we received. Shipping of the phones was prompt with good follow-up. When we ran into trouble with one of the phones, on-line support was immediately available. We ended up replacing the phone. The return of the original phone and the arrival of the replacement proved prompt and painless.

Bought a mint iphone 4s after my old one got wet. Easy to use service and not much more than prices on Craigslist or usedvic, and with a 30 day warranty and all done online. I'd definitely use Orchard again for both selling and buying an iphone.

After ordering, I received confirmation of my phone that it had been shipped. It was also a iPhone 5 32 GB with Bell and when I got it, it was in near mint condition (they thought it was in "Very Good" condition!). I told them it was a fantastic phone and nothing was wrong about it, that everything was working just great on it. It's a piece of gold to me and I think Orchard is the best when it comes to buying a used (and in great fabulous condition) iPhone. Bianca emailed me and said Canada Post had told them my phone was delivered and they had received notification, and she made sure everything was fine with the phone and if there was any problems, that she'd take care of me within 30 days! Excellent customer service from Orchard and I would recommend them to you if you are going to buy a used phone, you won't regret buying a used phone with Orchard. Orchard makes sure your phone is in pristine condition when it gets to you, and even personalizes your mail with a coupon and your name printed on the cardboard box. I absolutely rely on my iPhone for business including taking credit card payments. When I put my almost new iPhone 5c through a washing machine cycle, I was desperate. After hours on Craigs List, etc, I was beyond hope of reliably replacing it safely and affordably. When I came across Orchard my first thought was that at those prices it must be a scam. Read reviews and did a bit of digging and went for it. Nothing could have been easier, affordable, efficient, and good communication too. Love my new-to-me iPhone.

Had a friend recommend Orchard to me when I mentioned selling my 5S on Craigslist. Downloaded the app, got a quote, and entered my address. A few days later I had a flat-packed box and shipping label. Mailed it off, waited a bit, and just got paid by Interac E-transfer today.
