Great service! Decided to sell me Iphone and getorchard made it super easy to do this. Everything happened really quickly and it took less than 2 weeks from when i decided to sell my phone to getting money for it. Much better than the kijiji route.

I sold my iphone through Orchard.com and found the experience very, very, easy and quick. Using their App they are able to do a diagnostic on the phone and give you an immediate price quote. The whole process took just over a week and they are in constant communication with you to let you know what they are doing and when you can expect payment. They send you a prepaid shipping box with easy to follow instructions.
A great way to turn your old your iphone into cash!

Purchased my first iPhone 5with Orchard in January, my second iPhone 5 from Ochard on April 17th (for my wife), and my 3rd one on May 12 (for my daughter). Just like my first one, they both work great and Ochard was easy to deal with. They are fast, friendly, reliable and they stand by there product. When I did experience an issue with my second phone they quickly sent me a replacement iPhone with no hassle as well as a return label for the initial phone so that they could look it over. No questions asked. Through all 3 sales, they have been able to answer all questions quickly and efficiently. Definitely a trustworthy company for anyone. Looking to get a used iPhone as a replacement or just to save some cash.

Amazing experience. I loved the all inclusive price with shipping and taxes in. When I got to the checkout and was offered accessories I thought "this is where they will make their money". I was pleasantly surprised to get those at prices lowers than elsewhere the might claim to be the best buy. The video explaining the way they measured phone "quality" was very good. The follow up upon delivery was also very good. Very good process and product from beginning to end.

I bought an iPhone 4s at Orchard for my daughter as a first cell phone. It works perfectly and we had no problem at all having it activated by the carrier. My daughter is just so happy and I am so glad I bought an iPhone with this great Canadian enterprise. I had no border or shipping fees. The iPhone was in a excellent condition and even the service was personalized. I am thinking about getting one for myself now because I could save so much by not having to pay full price for a long term contract with any carrier! I estimated that I have saved up to 700 $ (if I had to pay for a 2 years contract and pay a 75 $ a month "deal"!) Now I only have to pay 35 $ a month and I can cancelled it any given month... I am very happy! ;)

This is the second time I've used Orchard. The process is simple: run their app, get a price quote, send in iphone (they pay shipping) and wait a few weeks to get your money. Orchard consistently beats every other site by offering about $100 better price when they sell your phone.
They even raised the price I would get because the phone looked in even better shape than I reported-that's honest customer service!

Wow, that was easy! I wanted to sell my iPhone 5s without fuss and at a decent price. I got all that dealing with Orchard. It was effortless sending the phone in the pre-supplied box, and 3 weeks later (which was the most profitable option for me), they emailed me the money by Interac. No muss, no fuss. Perfect!

Needed a mid-contract replacement for my daughter's phone that didn't survive being dropped in a raging river. Rather than messing around with Craigslist, I checked out Orchard. Phone was competitively priced and shipped within hours with followup emails. Phone was in excellent condition (in the "good category", only a few small scratches) and works perfectly. I'll continue to use this service, especially since the kids lose or destroy phones at regular intervals and I'm always in the market for replacements!

Fantastic company. Orchard actually ended up notifying me of a mistake on my phone evaluation which resulted in me getting a higher sales price. Can't think of many companies that would do that. Can't recommend enough.

I bought an Iphone 5s 32GB Gold (Fido) for my mom this Christmas. I couldn't be happier because it was worth it. Bought it for $540, I saved like $160 instead of buying the brand new. Phone is exactly what is described from the site. Definitely going to recommend this to my friends!

Ordered 2 phones for our business to replace 2 damaged phones and received them without delay. From now on when we need a used phone rather than a new over-priced phone from our phone provider, I'm checking with GetOrchard first.

Sold my iPhone 4s through GetOrchard. They did very thing they said they would. When I upgraded to an iPhone6 my provider only offered $45, I got $156 from GetOrchard. Would recommend them to anyone.
