I sold my iPhone 6+ to Orchard and was quoted the top rate for the type and config of my phone. I shipped into Orchard and within hours of it being received they sent me an email telling that because my phone was in such great shape they were INCREASING the amount they would pay for my phone by just under 10%. Talk about an unexpected bonus. My phone sold within a few days and my interac payment was sent to me. I certainly would use this service again.

Ordered an unlocked iPhone 5C 16GB Pink in good condition along with Orchard care extended warranty and ultimate iPhone bundle.
Received a LOCKED iPhone 5C pink that would not work.
Orchard sent a shipping label and the phone was returned and confirmed received.
Still awaiting the credit.

Re-ordered an unlocked iPhone 5S 32GB Space grey in good condition along with Orchard care extended warranty.
Received a 16GB phone instead of a 32GB phone.
Options offered to return it or pay the price of the 16GB. Was offered the 16GB price of $345.00 whereas the Orchard site showed it as $320.00. I asked for $20 off the listed Orchard price and was told no deal. So I accepted to return it as those were the only 2 options.

Now, I have to take time again to get it to a Canada Post office and pay for parking etc. twice for Orchard'e errors.
Obviously, the quality control standards are questionable and the after sales service is not geared to client satisfaction, rather to trouble clients for their errors and then we have to wait on them for the refund credits.

The first credit is still not in and when asked there is no response in the email on this subject and I am still waiting. Let's see what grief they give me on the second return and stay tuned for un update on this company.

You can get a brand new iPhone 5SE 16GB with FIDO on a 24 month Pulse 15 plan. This means you only pay $15 per month for 24 months in addition to your existing plan. Total cost of the new phone only is 15x24=$360 + tax. This is a few dollars more for a brand new iPhone, so go figure it out yourself.

Will follow it up with a BBB complaint if my credit takes too long.

I purchased an iPhone 5 from orchard last March. The iPhone initially had some trouble with its battery- it died within 4 hours the first day. I took it to the apple store and they replaced the battery, no questions asked. It worked well for the next few months, and then yesterday it simply stopped charging. I took it to the apple store again, and they told me the phone was likely fake- they couldn't find the serial number and they pointed out that the back of the phone was completely different from a real iPhone. Even though the fix was likely easy, they would not do it because they said the phone was not an iPhone. So now, 9 months later, I've had to buy another phone completely. Huge waster of money and really disappointed in this company.

After I ran the Orchard diagnostic test on my iPhone, their app asked me if the phone was locked or unlocked and I responded locked. I was then quoted a price and shipped the phone to them. About a week later, Orchard told me that the phone was locked (yes, I know and that's what I told you) and that there was an issue with the battery - I had never experienced an issue with battery life. The end result was that they reduced the price that I would receive for the phone by more than 35%. The experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

I just sold my iPhone 5 with Orchard. The service was excellent. They quoted me a price for my phone which I accepted. They sent me an Indestructo shipping box with a pre-paid shipping envelope. And about 2 weeks later I got paid by e-transfer. I would use them again and recommend them highly to anyone else wanting to take the hassle out of selling their phone.

I have excellent experience selling my iPhone 4s with Orchard, great customer services and I got my money as promised within the time frame. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to sell their iPhones.

A few months ago (when I got my new iPhone 6) I sold my 4s through Kijjiji; it was a lengthy (more than 3 weeks until a genuinely interested customer showed up) and unpleasant exercise. Last week, my wife and two other members of my family got their 6s. Having learned about Orchard in the meantime, we decided to take them on on their offer to sell the phones for us. I took all three to their office (mailing is the prime option), since I wanted to "check-out" this 'operation'. I was received very nicely and "processed" very quickly and effectively by one of their employees. Suffice to say, I was very impressed with what I've seen and heard. Today (after only 4 days) I got my first Interac transfer for one of the three phones. This is above expectations, so far. If anyone one wants to sell their iPhones, Orchard is the way to go.

Great experience. Easy to use app. Easy mail-in process. Quick funds deposit. Will definitely use the service again. Good job by all!

We didn't know what to do with our old iPhones. We didn't want to go through the hassle of Kijiji or Craigslist. So I googled what to do with old phones and GetOrchard came up. It was very easy to do: download the app, scan the phone, receive the packaging to send our phones, and a couple of days later we were paid for the phones!

My second time to sell an iPhone with Orchard. They follow through; they list, sell the phone, and pay up within the agreed timeframe. Exemplary communication and customer service. Orchard has perfected the process of upgrading your phone. Process can not be easier. Highly recommended.
