It's been about 3 weeks since my iPhone 6 arrived (quickly) in the mail. It was advertised "good as new" and lives up to the claim. I was able to connect it to my existing Koodo account within minutes.

I had a minor complaint about the cord and screen protector so I called the support line and Orchard staff were quick to apologize and send new ones out. I love a company that wants customers to be satisfied!

I ordered an iPhone 6 plus in 'Like new' condition however after 2 days of using it I'm noticing a lot of issues with it. The top of the screen flickers every 20 minutes and when that happens it doesn't respond to touch. When I am on the phone, the screen blacks out so I'm unable to use my phone or even end the call until someone else does.

I'm waiting to hear from Orchard, it takes them at least a day or two to respond to emails, but hopefully they will allow me a full refund or exchange as per their "30 day warranty."

Ordered an iPhone 5S for my wife this past Saturday evening. It arrived on Tuesday and I am very pleased with the condition of the phone. For a phone rated as "very good" condition, it surpassed my expectations and looks to be in "mint condition". While I have not put a Sim card in it yet, as it is a birthday gift for the better half, I am certain she will be pleased when she opens her gift. I will gladly spread the good news about how good a company "Get Orchard" is if one is looking to pick up a slightly used phone.

I was referred to Orchard through a link on the Public Mobile site. My old phone had died and I needed another one. I have purchased comparatively few things online as I am generally more comfortable making my purchases in person. However I was anxious to get a working phone quickly and previous positive reviews of Orchard reassured me to give it a try. If my experience is another example, Orchard deserves the excellent reviews. Everything worked out. Orchard reps. Answered an additional query promptly. The telephone arrived in the next work day. Orchard sent me several notes along the way giving me updates...'Your order is shipped' etc. and offered additional assistance should I need it. Happily I didn't need it. I set up the 'new' phone and it is working perfectly. Thank you!

I purchased an iPhone 5s from GetOrchard in august 2016. The web site was straightforward to use. The delivery was 24 hours by snail mail with Canada Post. The iPhone was exactly as described. The price was a fair evaluation of its value. My daughter has been glued to it for 2 months. It works exactly as expected. I'm very satisfied with the "GetOrchard.com" experience. One more time I am here to let you guys that since I bought the two Iphones 5S I never had a problem with them. They are working like brand new. I will keep doing business with them.

I bought a iphone 5S for myself which they gladly replaced for the same product when my motherboard died (I had purchased the protection plan). I bought a iphone 5S for my daughter and so far so good (she has had it for more than a year now). Last week I bought a Samsung Galaxy S6 for my son. He is very pleased with it. The service is excellent and the delivery is very rapid. I recommend GetOrchard to everyone around me who is looking for a good phone at a great price.

Happy to find the phone I was looking for on the Orchard site... put it on my wishlist so they emailed me when one came into stock. Glad to get an extended warranty for a low cost, and a few add ons. My only quibbles? Website boasts the protective screencover I purchased will be put on perfectly... not... and website states I needed a special Nano sim card, which I paid $15 for. Was told at my Rogers store this was incorrect... they simply whipped my simcard out of my Blackberry and inserted it into my new iPhone. He also noted simcards at Rogers are $10. Not sure why a second-hand reseller would overcharge for a Rogers product... such a tiny amount of the overall purchase, but it left me feeling a bit snowed.

I bought a phone from Orchard as well as sold as phone to Orchard! Both purchases were very easy to complete. Using the Orchard app was a breeze to sell my phone and they even offered more money after they received the phone. I chose the 4 week option but my money was sent to me 11 days after being put up for sale.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. They replied extremely fast to all e-mails and kept me in the loop when selling my phone.

I would recommend Orchard to anyone looking to buy or sell their phone. I am very happy with the money I got when selling my phone.
