I ordered an iPhone, but my browser seemed to stall when I clicked the "order" button. When it was still spinning 10 minutes later I started over again.

Unfortunately the first order did actually go through so I accidentally ordered two phones.

I brought this to Orchard's attention and within a few hours they responded, apologizing and offering me a postage-paid return label for one of the phones and a refund for that phone once they received it back. As we coordinated things over the next few days they remained very responsive, often returning my e-mails in 15 minutes.

The phones arrived, I sent one back to them using the return label they sent me. As soon as they received it I received a canceled order notification and a refund on my credit card a few days later.

They were true to their word and very responsive. I know if I have a problem they will be on top of things and will make things right.

My wife was looking to upgrade from her iPhone 4 without getting a new contract and losing her great 6GB/month plan, or breaking the bank. GetOrchard has a great site that helps narrow down your search by carrier, model, ect. If it's not in stock, just sign up to be notified. It didn't take long after the new iPhone came out for lots of options to choose from. Shipping was fast and getting an e-mail the day it arrived from their support team to make sure everything was good was a pleasant surprise. My wife set it up and is enjoying a much faster phone. GetOrchard beats taking a chance on buying a used phone elsewhere and not knowing what you are going to get.

Every part of my experience dealing with Orchard has been great. I have purchased 3 phones with them. Or was it 2? I can't quite remember as I ordered one in "like new" condition but when it came it turned out it couldn't really hold a charge for very long. I contacted Orchard and they immediately offered to exchange it and send out a replacement. I was looking for an older phone and they didn't the exact one I wanted in stock so they let me wait until one was available. They were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this company and do regularly to friends.

I decided on an iphone 6s+ as an upgrade to my five year old iphone 5, but wasn't too excited about paying well over $1000 for a new one in Canada. My phone plan is grandfathered and I could not get one subsidized by my provider. I started to review buying used and stumbled upon Orchard.
Orchard was very pleasant to deal with and it was a nice comfort knowing the used phone came from a reputable company. It was in the condition stated and I saved about 1/3 the cost of new. Customer support has been excellent with any questions I have.

Orchard took all the hard work involved in finding a buyer, meeting, and collecting payment out of the iPhone sale process. I've sold phones via Kijiji in the past and its requires a lot of back and forth and usually feels like a huge was of time. Orchard made it safe and simple.

I didn't expect for my phone to be sold so quickly (within a week) and I got paid via eTransfer as soon as it was sold. Really happy with the whole process! Thanks Orchard!

My wife is an apple fan but unlike most women she doesn't talk on the phone much. She had an old flip phone which she used mainly for emergencies and they are difficult to send a text on. Her iPad was stolen and when looking around to replace it she found that the new iPads could also be used for a phone. I discouraged her from getting this add-on and suggested getting a used iPhone as well as the new iPad. That way, when she went on long walks she could make emergencies calls without carrying a bulky iPad. We bought an unlocked used i5 from Orchard and it is great! They were able to give us the history on it (new camera was all). We got a one year warrant so that helped our peace of mind.
My only criticism, and I may be wrong on this, is that they seem to only carry apple products. I, unlike my wife, am used to the android products. I wish they would expand their business to include android as well. I am also not a big phone user but do have data as well as phone and would upgrade at some time in the future to a new but not the newest model.

First time user of Orchard to sell an iPhone. Here are the key points:
- had Orchard ship me packing materials which arrived quickly and had everything I needed to package and send my phone their way. No hidden charges at post office, just package and slip in the mail.
- confirmation of arrival on their end was within a couple days, in fact communication throughout the process was quick and reassuring throughout.
- even though I selected a longer selling period, my phone sold much quicker than expected and I had an email from Orchard with notification of the sale and the email money transfer right away!
- overall, a surprisingly quick and easy process for selling my iPhone.
Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell their old cell phone and wants to avoid the haggling and time consuming process of other methods of sale. Will use this service again in the future.

I was selling and was skeptical but the experience has been amazing.

They even said my phone was in better shape that I thought and increased the money they gave me. We use our phones a lot and like to keep them current, I will absolutely do business with them in the future.

I ordered my phone at 11pm Tuesday and it arrived first thing Thursday morning. The phone was is excellent shape and I was able to start using it immediately. I highly recommend getting a phone through orchard.
