I originally found Orchard through a Google search; downloaded the app and got my estimate right away! Sent my phone in and really appreciated the pre-payment of shipping. Orchard kept me in the loop of what was happening the whole time.

The best part is when they received my phone and said it was in such great condition that they increased the money they were going to give me.

I am quite happy with my experience with Orchard and would use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks so much!

My iPhone was stolen and a friend suggested that I use Orchard explaining that it would be 'like it never happened' - in other words, it was easy and fast! I got the phone less than 2 days after ordering it, with the new SIM card enclosed too, which allowed me to get my service back up with my provider over the phone. The phone is in "very good" condition, as advertised, and I am very happy with the hardware and the service I received from Orchard. Totally reasonable price too. Highly recommended!

Experience was simple with the app on the iPhone. I was a bit slow in shipping the device to Orchard, and they followed up with a reminder from a person (at least the language seemed like a person rather than a canned message).

After shipping, I was given a nice surprise - they sent me email saying my phone was in better condition than expected so would pay me more.

I received the electronic transfer in a shorter time than specified.

It seems Orchard is doing something right to provide good service to sellers and good prices to buyers.

Recommended, and would be happy to deal with Orchard again.

I bought an iPhone 5 last year for a Christmas gift and received it in 2 days right to my door. The online process is easy to use and the phone was "like new" as indicated.
This year I purchased an iPhone 6 in "like new" condition and once again delivery was excellent and the phone is all set up and working great! Both times I was looking for unlocked iPhones and Orchard definitely has the best prices for used iPhones as well as best service for delivery. Will use again!

This year I decided to do the iPhone Upgrade program rather than ATT's Next program. By the time you add AppleCare+ to the phones, this winds up being about $70 cheaper per year, if you continually upgrade, which I do. So I bought myself and my wife each a new iPhone 7 Plus. I gave my iPhone 6s Plus to my daughter, and sold my wife's 6s Plus and my daughters old 6 Plus through Orchard. They quoted me three prices, I chose the most with the 30 day wait period (which by the way were about $100 more per phone than any other site I looked at). They sent me the shipping material. I sent in the phones. I received prompt emails that they received the phones and were evaluating them. One of the phones was upgraded by them with a new quote that they were going to pay me $34 more for the phone than originally quoted. Two weeks later they had sold the 6s Plus and sent me a check. Then at the end of the 30 days where they had not sold the 6 Plus they sent me a check for that one. I have to admit, I was somewhat skeptical about this process, its a lot to trust in an online process such as this, but it worked out great. I pocketed over $200 more than I would have gotten anywhere else and even more than ATT would have given me. Thanks Orchard, I will use you again!

I registered to sell my unlocked iPhone 5 through GetOrchard about 3 weeks ago, and today I was paid. Initially, remote diagnostics were run on my iPhone and it was determined that a fair price would be $191. I was pleased with that, as I would only get $70 by bringing it back to Apple. The folks at GetOrchard sent out pre-paid shipping material and I quickly and easily was able to package up the device and mail it off to them. Shortly thereafter, GetOrchard contacted me and let me know that the phone was in better condition than they expected, and hence they would be giving me more than I had expected; their price for me was now $206! Today I did the e-transfer (also a very easy process) into my chequing account. Wow!

Needed a new phone before Christmas break for pictures and etc. and had to follow a budget. This is my first phone ever, and everything from the simplicity of selection on Orchards website, to the delivery and package care that was inside the box was amazing. Great prices and GREAT quality phone. Highly recommend buying from Orchard, as I have already recommended to my friends. Orchard is very caring for their customers, and I guarantee you will be satisfied.

I stumbled upon Orchard when I was looking for a new phone for my 14 yr old daughter who insisted that she only wanted an iPhone to replace her broken one. The costs of a new iPhone are outrageous so when I saw their add and the prices that they were asking (almost half price if not more) I was a little weary but thought I'd give them a try. Thank God I did, not only was the price amazing but the service and product as well. I received the phone within 2 days and when I called in with a quick question the customer service representative was very friendly and helpful. And the best part was that my daughter loves it and it looks and works like new. I will definitely recommend Orchard to all my family and friends, I just wish that they sold Samsung phones as well.

I bought a iPhone from you a while back and am really pleased with it. When my wife expressed a desire to have a phone I decided that Orchard was the only place to shop. The phone arrived in short time and looks like brand new thank you.

This is the second time I have sold a phone on Orchard, and both times it was seamless and easy. Dollar-wise, I got a lot more than the majors offer for a used phone (Apple, Telus) and it is a heck of a lot easier than trying to get a better price selling through Craigslist. There is basically nothing hard about the process: I downloaded the app, it tested the phone, I got a price quote, Orchard sent me a box, which I then packed and dropped it in a mailbox to send to Orchard. A few days later I got an email saying that they had put the phone on sale. Voila - they emailed me the money by Interac about a week later. So easy. Finally, I was impressed with their business ethics: I had rated my recent phone's condition as "good". When Orchard inspected it, they rated it as "very good" and actually paid me more than they had initially offered for a "good" phone (sight unseen, before I sent it.) Now that's an honest business. I have no regrets, and will patronize them again.

Bought my daughter the iPhone 6 from Orchard and was so impressed with the ease of the purchase. The ability to look through the very well laid out website, and see the phones in the videos was very helpful in feeling comfortable about the choice of phone. Their 30 day no issue refund made me feel confident in going ahead and making the purchase. The phone came within two days, and it's been fantastic. Saved a lot of money, and a lot of hassle in buying a phone through Orchard. Really happy to have found this site, as buying them secondhand from someone on Kijiji that I don't know makes me too nervous. Will definitely use them again when I am ready to upgrade my phone. Overall super impressed with the service.
