I broke my phone on Thursday, ordered a new phone the same day and had it by Friday. Great condition and works perfectly. Plus it came with a little personalized note from someone at the business. Can't argue with that service.

Ordered a like new condition iPhone 5 and received it very quickly. Phone is in condition as described, looks new, and works flawlessly! Very professional service and highly recommend buying a phone from them!

Purchased an iPhone 5 unlocked from Orchard for my friend visiting from Europe. A new phone would land her close to 800 euros. Arrived in less than 48h and looked perfectly new and costed around 350 euros (470 cdn). She has 2 phone providers, O2 and some other. Anyways, I print out the template (ensure you set adobe to print actual size) and double check scale on the page once printed. Anyways, in under 2 minutes I cut from a full 2FF size down to a nano sim 4FF. Plugged it in and it worked with no problems in roam mode. I would definitely purchase more products from them in the future.

I purchased an iPhone5 from GetOrchard last week and it has arrived as indicated by the shipping estimate (thumbs up for the status lookup). I even got a followup email from them asking if everything is alright. To me this means they really care about the process, even when the phone is out of their possession.
The packaging is minimal but the phone is well-protected. Nothing redundant was included -- just the phone I purchased.
The phone simply works right after I put in my sim (I bought an unlocked one), and everything is in the initial settings, as they must have gone through the whole wiping process before shipping it out.
The condition of the phone is great. To be fair the model I was looking for was described as "like new", but the description is accurate. It does look like a new phone.
I enjoy the purchase process a lot, very streamlined and secured. But the main reason I decided to buy from them is they gave me the impression of a dedicated group of people trying to facilitate the trading of used iPhones, and they have done it well. I think their pricing is fair, perhaps you can find a better deal from Kijiji, Craglist, or ebay, but none of the price difference can buy the confidence you get with GetOrchard.
I highly recommend their service and if you are looking for an iPhone this is the place.

I found an ad for Orchard on Kijiji a couple weeks ago. I had been scanning Kijiji for months, too nervous to take the plunge and meet some random stranger in a Starbucks. At first I was skeptical, these were used iPhones with the price of second hand, but they were guaranteed to work, paired with a beautiful website, and had extremely detailed photos of every possible flaw. Nothing was hidden. It arrived in two days. I marched into the bell store that evening and got a new SIM card (my old phone had a larger one). I called my mom within five minutes. I'm writing this review from my new iPhone, in better condition than most of my friends phones, for half off or more what they paid. I'm beyond pleased with this company.

Great place to buy iphones for cheap, they even have ones that aren't sold by apple anymore (32gb iphone 4s, etc...). The shipping is really fast, i ordered the 13th and got my phone the 15th (i live in Montréal). 265$ for an iphone 4s 32gb including taxes and shipping, best deal i had in a long time!
The only problem is that i'm not sure they have a lot of stock, so they might not have the phone you're looking for right now, but keep trying and it will come up eventually.

I ordered a phone on a Sunday and by mid week I was unpacking it at home, in good condition as promised. Good information on the site and helpful people. They check that the phones work and are not stolen merchandise. Nice experience and good to see phones recycled rather than abandoned.

I found out about this site reading an article in the Toronto Star. I then went to the site and I ordered an iPhone 4. The site was very professional and it made it easy to place an order.

Them directly. The phone was in great condition as shown on their site. It hooked up with no problems. A follow-up email was sent to me to make sure everything was in order. I highly recommend this site if you are selling or especially buying an iPhone.

My iPhone went for a swim so I was in need of a replacement one FAST. I was skeptical of buying one "off the street" so I looked into Orchard. They are a Toronto based business and sounded legit. I was fortunate to have a friend able to take delivery of the used iPhone 4S in excellent condition. The phone was in my hands the same day for a reasonable $250 including shipping and tax. The phone works perfectly and didn't have a scratch on it.

I was in the market for an iPhone and wanted one fast. Looked at Kijiji and saw the ad by Orchard. I contacted them, I am an hour away from downtown Toronto but had a friend who owned a business in the vicinity of the Orchard location. Bruno Wong personally delivered the iPhone and it was in my hands that SAME DAY.

Like many people these days I have a collection of what I thought were redundant electronics collecting dust in my desk. I stumbled upon Get Orchard via blogto and immediately downloaded the app. I thought there'd be no one who wanted an old iPhone 4 but went through the steps anyway. Within two weeks I was notified I had a buyer. I sent the phone to the office despite feeling unsure about not seeing any money up front, but within three days I got an electronic transfer for more money then I thought my phone was worth.

Get Orchard has excellent support via email and videos for people like me who know nothing about the tech side. I was able to re-set my phone and clear old data via easy to follow videos. There's even a video on how to fold the shipping box. All in all this has been a really great discovery. Now if only they would sell used iPods...

I had a completely seamless - let alone fantastic - experience buying an iPhone 5 from Orchard. I lost my cell phone in Europe. The evening I returned to Canada, I emailed Orchard asking about used iPhone availability. I wasn't expecting a reply given it was Sunday evening, but low and behold not 3 minutes later I had a response waiting for me. I had a ton of selection in terms of price, quality and colour. I went to pick up my phone in their Toronto location the next day. We called Bell from the office, resulting in multiple saved hours (and frustration) of waiting in line-up at a Bell store. My phone looks and performs perfectly. Thank you, Orchard!
